Incident: Possession of Crack Cocaine
Date of Incident: 5 February 2009
Location: Ward Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Christian K. Dailey, 22, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 5 February 2009
at 10:45 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office was speaking to Christian Dailey when the deputy observed that Dailey threw a crack pipe. The deputy recovered the pipe and observed that it still contained the remnants of crack cocaine.

Dailey was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit at the Wicomico County Detention Center where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Dailey was held in the Detention Center by the Commissioner in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.

Incident: Motor Vehicle Theft
Date of Incident: 5 February 2009
Location: 2010 N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Sarioja L. Croswell, 21, Delmar, MD

Narrative: On 5 February 2009
at 11:41AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to Pohanka Mazda in Salisbury, MD for the report of a theft of a vehicle. The deputy discovered that a recently repossessed vehicle stored on the lot of Pohanka was missing. During the deputy’s investigation, it was discovered that the owner of the vehicle whom the vehicle was repossessed from had apparently gone to Pohanka with a spare key and driven away with the vehicle.

The deputy located the owner of the vehicle, Sarioja L. Croswell, and discovered that Croswell was in possession of the repossessed vehicle. The deputy placed Croswell under arrest and transported Croswell to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Croswell was released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Theft / Unlawful Use of Debit Card
Date of Incident: 5 February 2009
Location: 7200 block of Sixty Foot Road, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Theodore Thomas Bush, 34, Pittsville, MD

Narrative: On 5 February 2009
at 2:04 PM, a deputy from the WCSO met with a victim in reference to the unauthorized use of her debit card. The victim told the deputy that she discovered money missing from her bank account. During the investigation, the deputy identified Theodore Bush as a suspect. During an interview, the suspect admitted to using the debit card of the victim to make cash withdrawals at an ATM inside a convenience store in Pittsville. The total of the withdrawals was just over $500.00.

Bush was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Bush was held in the detention Center by the Commissioner in lieu of $15,000.00.
