Magazine to give out 'LGBT-free zone' stickers to readers

A Polish news magazine has announced plans to distribute stickers proclaiming an "LGBT-free zone" to its readers.

The right-wing weekly publication Gazeta Polska said it will include the stickers, which feature an image of a black cross over a Pride flag alongside the inflammatory slogan, in its next issue.

The stunt has sparked outrage from many inside the country and was criticized by the US Ambassador to Poland.

"I am disappointed and concerned that some groups use stickers to promote hatred and intolerance," Ambassador Georgette Mosbacher said on Twitter Thursday. "We respect freedom of speech, but we must stand together on the side of values such as diversity and tolerance."

Laurel Little League Major Girl’s State Champions.

Stephanie Spicer Lynch

I am heartbroken for our Laurel Little League Major Girl’s State Champions. After going undefeated to win the District III Title, and fighting from the loser’s bracket to win the State Title, our team was disqualified 12 hours before we were to depart for Connecticut to compete in the Eastern Regionals. One girl, who has a Laurel address and has played for Laurel Little League since she was 4, was found to live outside of the district boundary. This girl was approved at every district and state All-Star game by a Little League representative for two years in a row. After winning a State Title in Minor League last year, she was also approved by Little League to play in the Eastern Regional Tournament in Pennsylvania last year. After speaking with the Eastern Regional Tournament Director (Corey), it is very clear that Little League will take ZERO responsibility beyond blaming our local Laurel Little League. There is no accountability for district or state reps or regional reps who approved her last year. The director even went as far to say that last year’s Minor League Eastern Regional did not matter. That it is not really a Regional Tournament, but just an invitational for the state champions to come play. I am thoroughly disgusted in Little League. They wonder why it is dying. An organization for children, who just crushed a team full of girls for something that was not their fault. All the checks and balances were checked and balanced, and suddenly, they say it was incorrect, but not their fault, even though LITTLE LEAGUE approved her previously. I told them they needed to call the girls to explain to them why they were disqualified, but of course that was refused. We have volunteered for the better part of the past 16 years through various Little Leagues, teams, and kids, and this is what we’re left with. My daughter and her team mates worked so hard to accomplish this and all they’re left with is a disqualification because multiple people in multiple levels of Little League couldn’t do their jobs. Heads should roll, but when they’re unwilling to take any responsibility, our girls don’t even get the fairness of someone being held accountable. What a joke of an organization.

Please share. At least Little League can be held accountable in the court of public opinion (or hopefully legally after we speak with lawyers that have been recommended).

They are right. They don't want to solve the problem

Painfully hooked: Adirondack hospital fishing lure display is no joke

SARANAC LAKE, N.Y. – Sometimes fishermen get hooked in a painful way.

Gary Nye, a physician assistant in the emergency room at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake for more than 20 years, has treated numerous anglers who’ve come in with the treble hooks from fishing lures stuck on their thumbs, arms or legs, ears, noses, eyelids, lips, the side of their necks, the back of their heads – nearly every body part.

He said he’s taken lures off several patients’ penises and scrotums, adding those incidents occurred when the individuals were fishing with small bathing suits, or skimpy, loose-hanging shorts with nothing on underneath. “Usually alcohol has something to do with it,” he added.

As a testimony to Nye’s services and other hospital staff to Adirondack area anglers, the hospital in 1990 began asking individuals to contribute the lures staff removed for posting on a bulletin board where they could be displayed for all to see.

Kyrsten Sinema Leads Bipartisan Push To Streamline Removal Of Migrant Families With Invalid Asylum Claims

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) is spearheading an effort to streamline the screening and deportation process for migrant families who have entered into the United States without valid legal claims for asylum.

“This pilot program would apply to families who aren’t claiming ‘credible fear,’ which of course is the first threshold in seeking asylum,” Sinema told The Arizona Republic on Thursday. “If someone says ‘I left my country because I can’t make a living’ [or] ‘it’s hard to take care of my family,’ that’s what we call an economic migrant.”

Referring to the program as “Operation Safe Return,” Sinema helped craft the pilot program with Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), who chairs the Homeland Security Committee in the Senate. She initially designed the program after the Trump administration discussed potential changes to American asylum laws and mulled over challenges to court rulings that have more recently dictated immigration policy.

“I just felt those weren’t the right answers,” Sinema said. “We wanted to solve the problem. We wanted to protect the asylum process for valid applicants … and we want to respect the Flores decision.”

The "Scared & Desperate" Fed Is Playing The Most Dangerous Game

How can I not talk about the Fed? How can I not talk about the daily jawboning? It is all around us. Every. Single. Day.

And it keeps working.

I feel like I’m being reduced to a loon conspiracy theorist documenting the very reality of it. But I’m not. From my perch I’m doing a public service doing it, because the background motivation for why it is being done reveals a deeper and disturbing truth: They are scared, they are worried and they are desperate to keep the balls in the air.

In my view it’s disingenuous to not acknowledge the real impact central banks have on markets and assess the risk implications.

Yesterday the Fed went full circus. It was stunning to watch and I suspect they made a couple of mistakes by revealing things they shouldn’t have.

Not a surprise Bullard wants to see cuts, but it was Clarida and Williams who dropped the bombs. Wait for bad data? Nah, just cut preemptively. A full abandonment of the ‘data dependency’ charade. To ‘influence markets’. Stated straight up for all to see. They are no longer even pretending.

Nanticoke, Peninsula reach agreement to affiliate

SEAFORD — Top administrators from Seaford-based Nanticoke Health Services and Peninsula Regional Health System in Salisbury say high-level healthcare will continue and can only be enhanced through an affiliation of the two healthcare entities.

On Monday, boards of both healthcare systems reached a definitive agreement to affiliate in a membership substitution, which with final state and federal regulatory approval will pave the way for rebranding and operations as a single healthcare system

Final approvals are anticipated in November.

“We still have a step to go … but this a major milestone for us,” said Steve Rose, president/CEO of Nanticoke Health Services. “We have signed the affiliation agreement — some people call it the definitive agreement — and it really outlines the detail where we took the ideas from the letter of intent and formalized.”

"American Race Hustle" Is A Sure-Loser For Dems; Kunstler Warns Of "Walking Time-Bomb" Epstein

And so the four horsepeople-of-color arise, at once the glorious avatars of Wokesterdom in all their incendiary wrath, and the butt of ridicule among a pretty big chunk of everybody else in this land. I speak of congresswomen Omar, Tlaib, Pressley, and AOC, a.k.a. “the Squad,” riding a reconn mission to the precipice of that great cliff of electoral catastrophe - in advance of the political party that is apt to follow them over the edge in 2020, like so many suicidal lemmings.

Charges of “racism” have been twanging around the Federal District all week as if a throng of medieval re-enactors had taken over the place and were putting on a colorful pageant about ergot poisoning, with the townspeople afflicted by creeping incubi, crawling succubi, winged demons, murderous furies, and other agents of Satan. I have often noted that our president is the genuine article of a supernatural figure himself, being both a Golden Golem of Greatness and a Twitter troll of the highest degree. Last week, the four Squad gals pointed their fingers and ululated at him — “racist! racist! —expecting perhaps that a bolt from on-high might strike him dead, but it only prompted him to more keyboard villainy, challenging them to fly back to whatever infernal hellhole they came out of. For three of them it was the good ol’ USA, parts of which are, let’s face it, rather hellhole-ish these days.

Is Porn a Public Health Crisis? 16 States Say Yes.

For Todd Weiler, it started with a noisy constituent. The state senator in Utah, a Republican, was getting frequent calls from a local dentist who wanted to know what he was going to do about pornography. “I’m a lawyer," Weiler recalls telling her. "I understand the First Amendment, so I was telling her a lot of, ‘We can’t do that, we can’t do that.'"

Still, Weiler was able to get a resolution passed in 2016 declaring pornography a public health crisis. Since Utah’s first-in-the-nation resolution, the idea has picked up considerable steam: 15 other states have passed identical or near-identical resolutions.

Weiler says he changed his tune when the National Center on Sexual Exploitation approached him with the idea. “They told me," he recalls, "‘If you can pass this, we can get this passed in 15 more states. We just need one legislator to stick his neck out.'”

Pandemonium: Top Democrat Blows Up At DHS Secretary Over Border Crisis...That Liberals Had Refused To Believe For Months

Acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan testified before the House Oversight Committee, where Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) went into a tirade over the border crisis. It was directed at Secretary McAleenan. Cummings is apparently just sick and tired of overcrowding in detention centers. He’s appalled by the conditions. We’re dealing with human beings, they say. Yes, human beings who tried to enter this country illegally and should be sent home. But that’s not the issue here. It’s the gross hypocrisy. As if the Democrats were at the forefront of this crisis, warning about the looming humanitarian crisis it could create. Nope—that would be DHS and the Trump White House who warned for months that the situation was spiraling out of control. DHS flout out said they were running out of money to handle the horde of illegal swarming the border. Democrats thought this was a manufactured crisis. That the threats articulated by Trump were misleading, fake, or inaccurate. The threat of terrorism was one such thing viewed as overblown. ISIS operatives were recently arrested in Nicaragua. I doubt they were there soaking in the sun using points from their Hilton Honors membership (via Washington Examiner):

Beauty queen dethroned after conservative views ruled 'insensitive'

A beauty queen known for her pro-Trump conservative views was stripped of her Miss Michigan title and dismissed from the Miss World America pageant this week after the organization found her social media presence “offensive, insensitive and inappropriate.”

Kathy Zhu, 20, president of College Republicans at the University of Michigan, tweeted screen shots of the email correspondence with the Miss World America organization on Thursday.

"They stripped me of my Miss Michigan title due to my refusal to try on a hijab in 2018, my tweet about black on black gun violence, and 'insensitive' statistical tweets," Zhu asserted Thursday.

After Zhu's story went public, she received a torrent of feedback, both positive and negative.

"I woke up this morning with an overwhelming amount of support; I can't thank you all enough," she wrote to her supporters Friday. “I am glad this story came to light because this is more than just some beauty pageant, this is about the prejudice views against people with 'different opinions.'"

DR. DREW WARNS OF IMMINENT BUBONIC PLAGUE OUTBREAK STARTING IN LOS ANGELES

Talk radio host Dr. Drew warned Americans that Los Angeles, California’s growing homeless and rodent populations could lead to a resurgence of the bubonic Plague.

Speaking with Dilbert creator Scott Adams, Dr. Drew explained how he predicted the current typhus outbreak infecting Los Angeles residents and said bubonic plague is similarly endemic to the area.

Both typhus and bubonic plague can be spread to humans from rodents and the combination of the city’s massive rat infestation and increasing numbers of homeless people sets the stage for a major outbreak.

In fact, the last outbreak of bubonic plague in America took place in Los Angeles from 1924-25 and was stopped by doctors who, according to Drew, gave a “heroic effort.”

What’s the impact of immigration, according to Europeans and Americans?

Migration is seen as a blessing for cuisine, but also a catalyst for crime

With immigration becoming a more pressing national issue in recent years, a new YouGov survey conducted in seven European nations and the United States has sought to find out exactly what citizens believe to be the impact of migrants on their country – for good and ill.

Food, culture and sport are the top areas to benefit from immigration

In all countries except France, the most commonly agreed benefit of immigration has been better food. This figure was highest in the US, Norway and Britain, where around half of people (between 47% and 50%) think migrants have had a positive impact on cuisine.

Ilhan Omar’s Father was Top Propaganda Official in Genocidal Barre Regime

On Thursday David Steinberg published an extensive report on the alleged crimes and history of Rep. Ilhan Omar and the “Omar” family.

In his report David found that the Omar family changed their name in order to enter the United States.
In 1995, Ilhan entered the United States as a fraudulent member of the “Omar” family.

That is not her family. The Omar family is a second, unrelated family which was being granted asylum by the United States. The Omars allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sahra, and her genetic father Nur Said to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family.

Ilhan’s genetic family split up at this time. The above three received asylum in the United States, while Ilhan’s three other siblings — using their real names — managed to get asylum in the United Kingdom.

Ilhan Abdullahi Omar’s name, before applying for asylum, was Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.

Her father’s name before applying for asylum was Nur Said Elmi Mohamed. Her sister Sahra Noor’s name before applying for asylum was Sahra Nur Said Elmi. Her three siblings who were granted asylum by the United Kingdom are Leila Nur Said Elmi, Mohamed Nur Said Elmi, and Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

Cummings quizzes New York prosecutors for not indicting Trump

House Oversight Chairman Elijah Cummings requested Friday the U.S. attorney overseeing the probe into alleged campaign finance violations give lawmakers information as to why President Trump wasn’t indicted along with his former personal attorney Michael Cohen.

In a letter sent to Audrey Strauss, the deputy U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, the Maryland Democrat said he wants to know if the internal Justice Department policy against indicting a president was a factor they considered when wrapping up their probe into the hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, who claims to have had an affair with Mr. Trump.

Mr. Cummings said the same policy prevented Special Counsel Robert Mueller from bringing obstruction of justice charges against Mr. Trump.

“The Office of the President should not be used as a shield for criminal conduct,” Mr. Cummings said.
