Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani says that the media focusing on the Ferguson, Missouri grand jury should spend more attention on why white police officers are in black neighborhoods to start with.
"I find it very disappointing that you're not discussing the fact that 93 percent of blacks in America are killed by other blacks," Giuliani said Sunday on "Meet the Press."
The case of white police officers killing blacks are the exception rather that the rule, he said.
"We are talking about the significant exception," Giuliani said.

Ferguson Verdict Explodes Media's Lying Racial Narrative
McCulloch added pointed criticism of the media that drove the case in the first place, ripping the “insatiable appetite” of social media and “non-stop rumors” driven by it. The initial accounts pushed by social media, McCulloch said, were “filled with speculation and little, if any, solid or accurate evidence.” But he saved his harshest criticism for the media machine itself: “The most significant challenge encountered in this investigation has been the 24-hour news cycle and its insatiable appetite for something, for anything, to talk about, followed closely behind with the non-stop rumors on social media.” McCulloch finished by stating that evidence mattered, and that no one’s life should be decided based on “public outcry or for political expediency.”
The lecture was well-deserved.

As Gay Marriages Rise, Now Comes The Case For Same-Sex Divorce
In 2008, Lauren Beth Czekala-Chatham traveled with her then-partner from their home in Mississippi to San Francisco, a few months after gay marriage became legal in California. They'd been together for about a year and a half before they decided to get married.
After the ceremony, they went back to Mississippi, where they lived together. Then a year later, they decided to split up. The state of Mississippi doesn't recognize same-sex marriage, however, so they couldn't get a divorce there.
"It's a very unfortunate predicament to be in, because you realize you cannot get divorced in your state of residence," says Kody Silva, a divorce attorney in Washington, D.C. "And the state you were married in will not allow you to get divorced unless you go back and essentially become a resident of that state."
Silva says that you would have to live in the state you got married in for at least six months — or longer in some states. Establishing residency means getting utilities and a driver's license in your name.
"You don't want to have to move in order to achieve a divorce that your straight couple friends can do without having to go through that hassle," Silva says.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released a 324-page proposed rule centering around 35 different areas of Obamacare in 2016 late Friday afternoon, saying they centered around keeping premiums low for customers. One of the many changes would widen the administration’s job on getting people to re-enroll.
The administration had originally planned to auto-enroll customers who don’t take action to either renew or cancel their coverage. Now they also want the ability to unilaterally switch those customers into different health insurance plans entirely.
The auto-enrollment plan attracted pushback from experts and consumer advocates who pointed out that customers who renewed their old plans, instead of picking a new one each year, would be in store for large premium rate hikes

During his amnesty announcement, Obama claimed that these 5 million suddenly “legal” lawbreaking immigrants will not get free healthcare. Looks like he lied, at least as far as illegals in California goes.
Upwards to 400,000 illegals will now qualify for government-paid healthcare in California now that they have legal status.
Roughly one million undocumented immigrants in California qualify for President Obama’s executive action of deferred deportation that he announced on Thursday. Of those 40% will be eligible for the states free Medi-Cal health services, while the remaining will be ineligible under the program’s income requirements.
Medi-Cal is the state’s name for Medicaid, a federal health services program for people who have low income. According to KQED News, the newly protected illegal immigrants do not qualify for other benefits of the Affordable Care Act and are not eligible for subsidies on the Covered California exchange.
“They’ll be in the same situation as DACA,” said Gabrielle Lessard, a health policy attorney with the Los Angeles office of the National Immigration Law Center. Lessard was referring to a 2012 executive action by the president known as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. DACA granted deferred deportation to children born in America from parents who were in the country illegally.

So, no, Obama is not interested in deporting criminals. He isn’t interested in deporting anyone. His sole goal is to create a massive new pool of Democrat voters who will support the Democrat Party in order to keep open the spigot of government freebies.
The Department of Homeland Security has just released new “Policies for the Apprehension, Detention, and Removal of Undocumented Immigrants.” Designed to fill in the details after President Obama’s announcement that at least four million currently illegal immigrants will be given work permits, Social Security numbers and protection from deportation, the DHS guidelines are instructions for the nation’s immigration and border security officers as they administer the president’s directive.
The new priorities are striking. On the tough side, the president wants U.S. immigration authorities to go after terrorists, felons, and new illegal border crossers. On the not-so-tough side, the administration views convicted drunk drivers, sex abusers, drug dealers, and gun offenders as second-level enforcement priorities. An illegal immigrant could spend up to a year in prison for a violent crime and still not be a top removal priority for the Obama administration.
This man’s goal is to destroy this country. It is just that plain.

Maryland Man Charged in Attempted Rape of Arlington Teen
According to Arlington County Police, the victim noticed David Cabrera watching her as she worked in the Buckingham neighborhood of Arlington. When she began her walk home at 11 p.m., the suspect grabbed her from behind in the 4200 block of 2nd Road N.
The suspect then pulled down his pants and attempted to pull down the girl's, but the victim was able to bite him and run away. Her screams were heard by a nearby officer and neighbors.

The young man, who asked not to be identified, explained what happened when his ethics instructor, Cheryl Abbate, led a conversation in “Theory of Ethics” class about applying philosophical theories to modern political controversies. There were a list of issues on the board – gay rights, gun rights, and the death penalty.
“We had a discussion on all of them – except gay rights,” the student told me. “She erased that line from the board and said, ‘We all agree on this.’”
Well, as it so happened – the student did not agree with instructor Abbate.

Budweiser has seen a dip in popularity and sales the last 25 years, and its parents company, Anheuser-Busch InBev, said that 44 percent of 21- to 27-years-olds in America have never even cracked open a Budweiser before, The Wall Street Journal reports.
