Would you want to subject a kid to watching two adult men going at it, one of them family, over something stupid, and possibly terrifying the kid more or worse, accidentally hurting him?

WTF is WRONG with you people? To anyone supporting Barrall in this, I hope to hell you are not in a position of responsibility because it shows you, too, cannot handle yourself properly in an emotional situation.

Broken Spoke License Renewed

STURGIS; Biker entrepreneur Jay Allen managed to win renewal of his beer license for the Broken Spoke Saloon, his rally-week tavern in downtown Sturgis.

The Sturgis City Council voted Monday night to renew his malt beverage license after his attorney, Bryce Flint, told council members that Allen was working to settle his debts.

Wayne Barall, The Daily Times, Crippled?????

Some have come to this Blog, (and other Sites) claiming that Wayne Barrall is crippled and is not capable of picking a fight, WRONG!

The Daily Times now claims they DO NOT pay Wayne Barrall for photos regularly printed in the Daily Times, including the Sports Section. Wayne tells everyone he gets $40.00 a shot. Which is it?

Even the Delmar Fire Department will create an internal investigation on matters that happened on Thanksgiving Day with Wayne at my home. "There is a procedure for matters like this," said the President and Fire Chief who visited my home yesterday.

Any and ALL charges made by the State Police will be of their choosing, not mine. I have expressed exactly what happened Thanksgiving Day and I have turned over evidence of such, including threatening e-mail messages threatening physical assault on me by Wayne.

What some of you have seen from the outside is nothing compared to what I have seen from this man time and time again. IMO, Wayne Barrall has a mean streak in him that is completely out of control and he proved that Thanksgiving Day.

So why would Wayne Barrall all of a sudden be remorseful? Well, I'm sure The Daily Times knows I have an Attorney on call, since the Daily Times now claims I'm competition and Wayne represents The Daily Times. Then there's the outcome of the Delmar Fire Department's investigation? Just how many Fire Departments does Wayne Barrall represent? He sells disks of his photos to these Fire Departments as well as Insurance Companies. There's also the fact that I'm sure by now Wayne has spoken to an Attorney and he knows he's in deep sh*t.

Considering Wayne is at pretty much EVERY scene I have ever been to, NONE of you can claim the man is crippled, so cut the crap! My Wife has an injured back and we would never claim she's crippled.

Trust me, when Wayne started flinching his arms up and down at me acting as if he was going to hit me, the man isn't crippled. I'll close with, an apology because everyone around you is coming down on you and you were forced to do so is BULLSHIT Wayne. And do you know why I will refuse to accept your apology? Because you should have been apologizing to a 6 YEAR OLD, not me! That's why I know your apology is forced upon you under pressure.

The President and Chief of the Delmar Fire Department were kind enough last night to let Gavin play in their truck, run the lights, the siren, the whole nine yards just to regain the confidence ALL 6 year old's should have in FIRE MEN!

Delmarva Dealings Is History, Once Again

It has been almost a month since his last Post and from the sound of it I doubt very seriously he'll be making a return. We experienced this exact same thing a year ago with G.A. Harrison, (Cato) and as I can attest to the fact that Blogging just isn't easy, it drains every ounce of your spare time and quite frankly I don't know how some do it.

Once it consumes you, people can tend to make you feel obligated to getting something out as soon as possible. That means everything else you're doing has to come to an end. Bill Duvall and I have a more fortunate situation whereas we're retired and we have the spare time to entertain people with our thoughts.

Nevertheless, I have done everything I can to make contact with G.A. and I have been unsuccessful in getting him to return those attempts. What saddens me about that is, I truly considered him my friend and I have never had a friend treat me like that. Out of respect, G.A. should have returned my calls and he has not done so. No one is that busy.

Anyhow, I wish him the best and I'll miss his work, as I'm sure many others will as well. All that being said, for those of you who regularly call me about G.A., do not do so any more and waste my cell minutes. I am removing his link today from my computer, just as I did the Anti Albero Blogs a month ago.

Reflecting Back A Year Ago Today

If you'll recall, this was a photo I put up a year ago saying, "What's Wrong With This Picture?" I took a photo into my Pond and flipped it upside down to make it look like it was a regular photo of some trees and the sky. Boy how time flies! Hence the new title, "Reflecting Back A Year Ago Today" LOL.

Tonight kicks off the Wicomico River Christmas Parade. Boats will be passing the Upper Ferry around 7:00 PM and end up at Brew River around 8:00 PM. If you haven't been before, it truly is a sight to see. Bring some hot chocolate.

Thanksgiving Gone Wild

My Wife and I would like to congratulate Wayne Barrel for changing a six year olds opinion of the Firefighting Hero. Instead of our Grandson thinking of the profession as being something to look up to, he now knows the fear of what happened at our house on Thanksgiving Day. You see Wayne in some perceived wrong decided to come over to our house uninvited because I had the audacity to not answer either the house or the cell phone when he was repeatedly calling. My wife was on her way to pick up her son for the holiday and I was home alone with our Grandson. I also happen to have been in the process of showering when Wayne came over to do God knows what. Well I stuck my head out of the master bath just in time to see our Grandson come running in and diving under the bed. The hammering on the door and some stranger trying to beat his way into the house had really scared him. When our Grandson heard me explaining to Jennifer what happened, he over heard me mention that Wayne was a firemen. What a shame. What little boy doesn't aspire to join the fire department and ride around on those really cool trucks? Well, our Grandson now has a tainted version of what a fire fighter represents.

What's truly amazing is that Wayne seems to feel I have slighted him. Yet read what some of his cohorts as well as himself, have said about my family. Read some of the lovely things they said about my wife, my in-laws and even my Grandson. And please while your at it feel free to explain when I have ever picked on a fire fighter's family.

If anybody had a reason to go over the top, it wasn't Wayne Barrel. But I guess that old saying about sticks and stones only apply when your mature enough to understand the thought behind the saying. My family and I have been called it all, but we don't and won't act on any of it. Perhaps Wayne might do himself and his fire fighting friends a big favor by abiding by those same rules. Because right now they all have a black mark on their department when one of their owns feels it's okay to frighten the he** out of a six year old. Way to go Wayne. Maybe they'll erect a statue in your honor.

So this Thanksgiving will go down in the history books. One that we would rather have not had our Grandson experience. He's experience enough trauma in his 6 short years on earth without anyone adding more to it. I also would like to ask what sort of mental evaluation goes on within fire departments. These folks have access to sensitive information, so how about explaining how departments handle the screening process. Obviously there are some lose cannons that need to be weeded out. These kinds of folks can do more harm to a department then any good the department can do in its existence.

The Parrot

A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary. Every word out of the bird's mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity.

John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently Saying only polite words, playing soft music and anything else he could think of to "clean up" the bird's vocabulary. Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even ruder. John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the bird and put him in the freezer.

For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed. Then Suddenly there was total quiet. Not a peep was heard for over a minute. Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door to the freezer.

The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched arms and said "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language and actions. I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my rude and unforgivable
behavior." John was stunned at the change in the bird's attitude. As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his behavior, the bird continued, "May I ask what the turkey did?"

The AZA & Zoo Industry Is Out Of Control!

While animals are dying left and right, even the Salisbury Zoo has had MORE than its fair share of animals deaths over the past several years.

Jennifer and I have in our possession, animals necropsy reports like there's no tomorrow showing similar circumstances where foreign objects were found inside animals that had died at the Salisbury Zoo. Pebbles, glass, a live bullet, a dart, coins and all sorts of things. Now don't challenge me on these facts as they are absolutely 100% true!

Yes, this is ONE of the reasons why Barrie Tilghman just had to get Jennifer OUT of the Salisbury Zoo as she wanted to discredit her and not have these FACTS exposed. That being said, just what good is the AZA for Zoo's anyway?

The USDA would hold these kind of investigations and the AZA would fax all AZA Zoo's around the Country and tell them what to say about these kind of Zoo issues. In other words, DAMAGE CONTROL!

The AZA doesn't have their name on articles like you see posted today in The Daily Times because they don't want you to know just how bad things can be at AZA Zoo's. Considering the multitude of dead animals at the Salisbury Zoo, (AKA The Animal Cemetery) I'd say it's about time something be done about these irresponsible Zoo's.

When you have someone like Barrie Tilghman in Office, nothing she says gets delivered without a political curve to it. I used to say my Ex Wive had selective hearing. I believe Barrie does too.

When someone comes to you and says hundreds of animals have died at the Zoo lately, Barrie/AZA bring in outside Veterinarians related to the AZA who come back, (without interviewing the former Veterinarian OR my Wife) and ONE of them stated this was somewhat normal.

No mater what has been said in the past, hundreds of animals dying at the Salisbury Zoo is NOT normal, period. Obviously other Zoo's are having the same issues.

Accident Moments Ago In Delaware/Maryland?

Fortunately this motorcycle rider will walk away from this accident. He was taken away in an ambulance and somewhat groggy but he was wearing a helmet, which probably saved his life. It appears as if he started losing control in Maryland and finally stopped after dumping his Bike in Delaware. It happened on the "S" curve on Spring Hill Lane in Delmar? Just one more reason to give thanks today!

Why Would The Daily Times Charge $1.25 For Today's Paper?

Let's start with these photos. These are Aeriel photos of The Daily Times new facility. Besides the fact that the Paper had 2 inches worth of advertising inserts, it's not as if they didn't make a small fortune advertising! Have any of you tried to run a simple ad in their want ads lately? They want something like $300.00 for a 4 line ad! Perhaps it's time for Salisbury News to start running ads?

It's Time To Give Thanks On Thanksgiving??????

I thank God I live in a Country where I have the right to my Freedom of Speech. I'm thankful I can come here every day and express MY opinion without recourse. Shit, who am I kidding! This is Salisbury where the Chiefy of Police and the Mayor of Salisbury are suing me for such. Well, at least the fresh Turkey I bought, (killed yesterday from my neighbor who is a Turkey Farmer) will taste great.

All kidding aside. Someone asked me to fill out a piece of paper the other day asked what I wished for and was thankful for this year. My answer was, I'm thankful for our Troops and I wish them all to come home safely and healthy. Any other wish would be selfish but don't think selfish is a bad thing. If my Mother was dying of cancer, my wish would be for her recovery. I just think while we all have such great lives and we're not hearing bullets fly past our heads, let's think about our Troops this year and thank them for all that they do.

So even though my rights are being violated right now, don't think for a second I don't appreciate what our Soldiers are doing to protect us in so many ways. That being said, I'm not going to get all emotional here and thank everyone for visiting. I'm not going to mention that I appreciate ALL of the support so many of you have offered me on this Blog and through friendships. I'm instead going to tell it like I see it, eat too much, take a healthy dump later and kick back and watch some Football. Anyone not doing the same is either a liar or they didn't eat enough. LOL

Black Thursday, Black Friday, Whites Off?

The impression I get from the Front Cover of The Daily Times is that white people are off on Thursday & Friday while blacks do all the work serving white people. Only on the Eastern Shore!

Is the Daily Times putting the picture of a black man on the Front Page a coincidence with the title including the words "Black Thursday"? Is the Daily Times trying to indicate that the stores mentioned in the article are prejudiced because they are making black people work on Thanksgiving? Is the Editorial Staff at the Daily Times actually racist and it is now actually revealed?

I think they're pushing the envelope from black Friday a little too far. They knew this Post was coming, trust me Folks. Their hope is National attention.

SPD "Keeping It Real" Press Releases

November 21, 2007

Daniel Nathan Elliott, 47yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for 2nd Degree Assault, Disorderly Conduct, two counts of Resisting Arrest, and Openly Wear and Carry a Dangerous Weapon. Officers responded to the 300 block of Washington Street for an assault in progress. On arrival officers observed Elliott yelling at the victims from Elliott’s residence. Officers spoke with the victims and witnesses and learned that Elliott tried to pick a fight with the victims as they walked a dog on the street. Elliott pushed one of the victims in the chest and then attempted to strike the other victim with a wooden broom handle. One of the victim’s was able to disarm Elliott of the broom handle. When officers tried to arrest Elliott he pulled away from the officers but was subdued. Elliott was released to the custody of Central Booking. CC#200700038744

Angela Yvette Sturgis, 20yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute within a School Zone. Vice/Narcotics Unit officers conducted an investigation into ongoing distribution of illegal narcotics in the Smith St area. During this investigation, Sturgis sold crack cocaine to an undercover officer from a residence located in the 600 block of Smith Street. This purchase led to a search warrant being executed at the residence and an additional quantity of crack cocaine was seized. This occurred within 1,000 feet of St Frances De Sales Catholic School. Sturgis was released to the custody of Central Booking. CC#200700038146

Lamont Dean Christopher, Jr, 31yoa, of Salisbury, was arrested for Possession of Marihuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Vice/Narcotics Unit officers were conducting an investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics in the Delaware Ave area. As result of the investigation a search warrant was obtained and executed in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue. Christopher was arrested when a quantity of suspected marihuana and paraphernalia was located inside of his residence. Christopher was released to the custody of Central Booking. CC#200700036609

Robert Lee Clark, Jr, 33yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Theft less than $500 and Malicious Destruction of Property over $500. Officers responded to the Twilley Center for a reported suspicious person behind a soda machine. On arrival, officers observed Clark standing in front of a soda machine. When Clark observed officers approaching him, he fled on foot but was detained after a brief chase. A pry bar was located with Clark. Further investigation found that the soda machine had been broken into and an undetermined amount of US Currency in one-dollar bills had been removed. During a search of Clark, a large amount of one-dollar bills were located in his clothing. Clark was released to the custody of Central Booking.

Darell Marcus Wongus, 20yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for numerous Credit Card Offenses. Officers responded to the Finish Line Store for a subject being detained with a stolen credit card. Investigation by officers found that Wongus had found a credit card that had been dropped on a bathroom floor in a local restaurant. Wongus then used the credit card at various businesses in the Salisbury area. It was at the Finish Line that the use of the card for a purchase had been flagged by the financial institution holding the credit card. Wongus was released to the custody of Central Booking. Debra Anne Gramby, 46yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officers were on patrol in the area of RailRoad Avenue and Anne Street. Officers observed Gramby on Anne Street who immediately walked away from the officers as they approached her. Gramby was located a few seconds later and detained. During the investigation, a smoking device used to inhale illegal substances was located. It was also learned that Gramby had two additional outstanding warrants for her arrest. Gramby was released to the custody of Central Booking. CC#200700038672

Randolph George Cottman, 22yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for numerous counts of Burglary, Malicious Destruction of Property, Theft, Conspiracy to commit Burglary and Conspiracy to commit Theft over $500. During an investigation by detectives into numerous residential and commercial burglaries, information was received that Cottman and another individual were involved in the crimes. Based on this information as well as other evidence, a search warrant was obtained for a residence in the 600 block of Liberty Street. During the execution of this warrant, stolen property was located. Cottman was not at the residence during the service of the warrant. However, Cottman was located in Fruitland, Md where he was detained by Fruitland Police Department Officers until the arrival of Salisbury Officers. Cottman was released to the custody of Central Booking. CC#2700038031

Michael Anthony Johnson, 28yoa, of Fruitland, Md was arrested for Theft of Motor Vehicle, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle, and Theft over $500. Katherine Elizabeth Trower, 33yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute and Theft over $500. Officers were on patrol in the area of E Church Street. Officers observed the driver of a 1990 Cadillac commit a traffic violation and the vehicle was stopped. During the investigation it was learned that the vehicle was reported stolen to the Baltimore City, Md Police Department. The driver (Johnson) and passenger (Trower) were arrested. Further investigation found that Trower had suspected Crack Cocaine in her possession in a sufficient quantity to indicate distribution. Johnson and Trower were released to the custody of Central Booking. CC#200700038788
