More Graffiti In Salisbury

Keep in mind Folks, it USED to be a business owner had 30 Days to remove any Graffiti. The Mayor has now DEMANDED ALL Graffiti be removed in 14 days! Yet the City doesn't do Jack about cleaning up their own mess. So for those of you who criticized me for stating I wasn't going to remove my Graffiti off my building, you need to bitch at the Mayor first before you go criticizing me. In detail, YOU have had YOUR Graffiti up far longer than mine. I say YOU because each one of YOU own the City of Salisbury, (so to speak) and YOU'RE responsible to remove YOURS in 30 Days and YOU haven't done so either. So YOU know, mine is being removed as we speak.

New Graffiti Throughout The City Of Salisbury

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I spent the entire day yesterday collecting "new" graffiti photos throughout the City. What happened to Downtown Salisbury is minor compared to what you'll see in probably the next 4 posts. It could take even more posts than that to show it all.

Multiple Posts

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I will have multiple posts this morning referencing Graffiti throughout the City of Salisbury. Be patient as there are many photos to share in many different areas of Salisbury.

Perhaps after you see all this you'll contact your Mayor and Chief of Police and yell loud enough for them to actually listen that there ARE Gangs in Salisbury!

Reagans Run Hopes Are Flushed Down The Toilet

Although millions of dollars are lost, this Council doesn't like what they saw and listened very carefully to those who voted for this new Council and they responded by tabling this project, perhaps indefinitely?

Mr. Cannon made it very clear that they want to send a message to property owners, investors, developers and anyone else buying property in Wicomico County, until they know more about these kind of systems, they're not going to allow them under their watch until there's solid proof they're not going to leave people high and dry should their system fail.

A Black Cruiser, A Bald Head, Could It Be The Chief Again?

As I was walking the Plaza & Downtown again today I looked up and there he was again! I started snapping away and then I realized, this can't be the Chief. This guy is far more handsome, he's in a uniform and he's actually looking around doing his job for far less money.

I quickly came to realize I had the wrong Perp! LOL! We've missed you on the Plaza Chief, NOT! 10-4, over and out.

More Graffiti Around Town

Like I said earlier, the major big stuff has stopped but the small tagger wanna be's are out there with markers and itty bitty baby sized stickers by No Division.

So everyone knows, No Division was caught many, many months ago and was forced to remove "all" of his stickers. Now all of a sudden out of nowhere these cheap stickers that fall apart in a very short period of time have started popping up everywhere.

On another post not long ago the supposed "No Division" came on here and stated it wasn't him. First of all, the name he used wasn't the real "No Division." Secondly, these stickers are so fresh, I know they have been placed up in recent days.

Nevertheless, No Division and his friends are just some college kids trying to make a statement and that's cool. Just do it where it's legal.

Look Who's Got Your Back Salisbury!

In the past two days the Salisbury Police Department was seen everywhere Downtown. Citizens are now calling the Police whenever they see suspicious activity and I can assure you, these guys appreciate every bit of it.

Nothing major has happened in almost three weeks now because these criminals are afraid of getting caught and I don't blame them. If they think the Police Department is going to stop patrolling the Downtown area, they're wrong!

Bad Boys, Bad Boys, whatcha gonna do. Whatcha gonna do when they come for you, Bad Boys, Bad Boys!

More Graffiti Hits North Salisbury

Not far from the college I found these new signs of graffiti. The stickers are a typical no division style of stickers but the spray paint is a wanna be graffiti artist who probably used the same spray for his balding head as he used on the sign.

Keep your eyes open from here on out folks because we're gonna get these guys, you'll see.

Let The Games Begin!

Isn't it so fitting to see the first campaign signs showing up on Michael Day's property for the one and only Bubba Comegys.

Some have already said that Bubba, (Gary Comegys) is breaking the law but IMO I don't think he is. I wish Mike Dunn would come out of the closet so we can poke a little fun at him too.

Speaking of Michael Day, word on the street has it the Mayor is pushing to have him appointed to run Urban Salisbury. Boy, this guy has no loyalty to what he's doing whatsoever. He'll change jobs like the direction of the wind and he has no real experience to handle such a position.

Once Barrie Tilghman is gone, Michael Day will become a name of the past because without her he can't hold onto anything for himself. Nice guy, just useless in business. That is, unless you like the weekend flea market?

I'm seeing the patern more and more between department heads and Barrie Tilghman. Similar for the 50 to 75 "professional Zookeepers" that apply for a job at the Zoo and Rapp hires a much younger friend of the family or bar stool buddy rather than the professional so as Jim can control them throughout their career. This is exactly what Barrie does. She hires and places individuals that will listen to whatever she wants and controls each and every department and they're all falling apart, just like the Zoo.

The Power Of The Blogs!

Last night as I was making my multiple tours around the Downtown area I came to realize that Flavors of Italy and Jimmy's Grill got the hint and cleaned up all of their trash!

Now that doesn't mean I'm not ticked at all that grease on the ground and obviously run into the City's sewer system, because I am! My hope is that the City AND the Health Department look into that matter right away.

Nevertheless, I'd like to thank the owners of these businesses for cleaning everything up and making it less available for rats to fine dine.

Salisbury News Photos Shared And Used By Another Major Political Blog Site

The Maryland Politics Today Blog Site asked some time ago if they could use some of my photos to promote local politics on the Eastern Shore and I happily agreed. However, I did ask that they show where they came from and he has been a perfect gentleman in doing so.

It now makes me wonder if this is one of the reasons why we're reaching the over 5,000 reader mark per day on my Blog? It's all good to me though. The more, the merrier! I hope this link helps your numbers as well Ken.

It's A Crying Shame When Your Head Stone Ends Up As Rip Rap On The Bay!

We found this head stone buried with a whole bunch of other crushed concrete along the Chesapeake Bay yesterday. Perhaps they spelled his name wrong and it was a wasted piece? Perhaps they upgraded the head stone after several years? Perhaps they developed that area and simply didn't give a hoot? Which do you think it might be?

In Memory Of A Friend, Neighbor & An All Around Great Guy, R.I.P. Skip

If you're any kind of fisherman locally, then you knew of Skip Mumford. Now this was a guy who lived life to the fullest. If you are a fisherman, then this guy set the example life of what some of us could only dream of doing. Traveling around the world fishing and living a good life.

A Bruital Hint As To Where The Trash Is Coming From On The Plaza

Fact, last night we watched a tenant come out of this building with a bag of trash, walk over to the trash can on the Plaza with two Police Officers sitting right there watching him and drop his bag right into the trash can provided by the City/Taxpayers.

Although Mike Dunn brought this exact situation up at last Monday's City Council Meeting as being a problem for the City, he said, Gary, (Comegys) don't you have a friend that lives on the Plaza and you actually watched her take a kitchen bag of trash from her kitchen and take it right to the trash cans on the Plaza and throw it away? Why yes Mike, I sure did. Wow, this is a serious problem Folks. We need to do something about this right away.

In Albero version. Hey Gary, did you read Joe Albero's Blog Site and see all those pictures of trash cans overflowing daily on the Plaza. Uh, yeah, um, yeah Mike but uh, I'll never admit it. Well this guy is killing us! Getting some 5,000 hits a day, people are really starting to believe what he's putting out there so we better make up a "cool" story for Monday night's meeting and get this trash thing taken care of, okay? Uh, well, um, I, uh, well, yeah, that might make some, uh sense, oh look, a chicken!

By the way Mayor, there were four of us who watched it happen. Two of them were Police Officers.

Cleaning Up After Christmas

You have to give thanks to these companies who went the extra mile to paint the glass on their businesses for the Holidays. They have now chosen it's time to take it down and move onto the next season.

I'm thinking of asking permission to paint selective cartoons from the Daily Times onto my windows for everyone to enjoy. Perhaps someone could paint some of the pictures I've taken over time? It doesn't look like a permit is necessary, any Ideas Folks?

2 More Lamps Burned Out

Since no one is policing the lamps burned out in the City, here's another photo of two burned out lamps on the Plaza. The first is obvious but the second is around 9:00 to this one through the tree that's 1/2 way light up. If this is what it takes to get things done in Salisbury, I'm willing to waste some space on my Blog to get things right.
