Live From Delmar, DE.

The man sitting on the ground in the first picture behind the man standing with the white tee shirt is handcuffed and being arrested for assaulting his parents.

The Delmar Police and State Police were on the scene as well as the Fire Chief from Delmar. The Fire Chief informed me that it was not a good scene and the man caused quite a bit of trouble.

Fortunately the parents will be OK but it's a sad day in America whenever a child beats their parent/parents. This was a very big man too!

Mr. Ruark Is Up To No Good Again

Here we go again Folks! So you know in advance I will be posting in the next few days a link in which you will be able to view the very first Sassafras/City Council Meeting and once you see it you'll be blown away with what was stated and what they've done. Yess Barrie Tilghman & Mike Dunn, you're going down!

Nevertheless, Mr. Ruark is up to no good again. Are you familiar with Nutters Crossing and the newly expanded section? Mr. Ruark had promised that he would be adding his own water and sewer facilities there but rumor has it the entire project is becoming far too expensive and he's asking the City to annex the property into the City.

What gets me the most about these Builders is that they say they're going to do one thing, (in other words, LIE) and then they come back to the Taxpayers and force them to foot the bill for their wants and needs.

Seems to me that Mr. Ruark has become a master at this game! First of all, this property is NOT in the Smart Growth portion of the City. The City would not consider anything OUTSIDE the Bypass and as we can ALL recall, Mike Dunn stated VERY clearly that there would be "NO MORE LARGE ANNEXATIONS."

That being said, ALL of you now have the heads up on this issue/matter and it's time you step up to the plate and shut these Developers down! This property is NOT in the Comprehensive Plan and Mr. Ruark should be forced to eat his own words and or shut down his business and move elsewhere.

DELMARVA DEALINGS IS BACK!!!!!!!

The timing couldn't be better! Hadley, (AKA Charles Jannace) dropped out of the Bloggosphere, (Praise the Lord) to pursue Marriage Counseling and Parental Classes and likes to blame his misfortunes on his Blog and not his little brain.

My only thought is, boat season is over and G.A. has a lot of extra time on his hands. Could it be that when the season picks up again he'll drop his Blog again? Nevertheless, it's great to have you guys back as I've always enjoyed your style of writing. I can only hope it lasts?

I'll add your Link today.

Other Uses For Used Campaign Signs

I was having a problem with a hook on one of our barn doors so I was able to pry the door open with a Charles Jannace sign and it worked perfectly. I then became even more creative and considering I had so many extra signs no one would take from the beginning, I re-shingled my entire barn roof with Charles Jannace signs. I'm told I'll get a good 20 years out of them. Do you have any ideas for these nasty campaign signs?

More Proof The Staff At The Zoo Are Careless & Lazy

Back in the day it might have been one thing to rake up all these leaves but I have personally seen them using "professional blowers" where they can very easily remove dead leaves.

The fact that it started raining right after this photo was taken means that things got slippery and more risky simply because they're too lazy to do their jobs.

I know I can get picky at times about the Zoo but look, this is just ridiculous. They have a full time groundskeeper working there and what's even more interesting is that I've watched Zookeepers doing the cleaning up of the walkways recently, so there's just no excuse.

I know for a fact there are literally hours in a day these Zookeepers have absolutely nothing to do and even make things up so they can stop from going crazy. This is out of line, it's risky and it needs to be cleaned up immediately.

How To Get ALL Candidates To Remove Their Signs Immediately!

They say there's more than one way to skin a cat. Well let's think of this as the "Albero Bronx Way."

My suggestion is, each person reading this Post can head out ASAP and start picking up only the signs you want. When you've collected a ton of them, wait till December 3rd and start putting them up again!

I believe the fine is $50.00 per sign and this will get these people off their rear ends if they want to save themselves a ton of money! They look horrible and the elections are over.

Maybe the City/County can offer a reward for each sign collected? It could help the local homeless collect a few bucks for themselves as well?

Heck, everyone reading this Blog Site knows darned well we'll be out on the road looking for any signs left over, so they better get on the ball soon.

You know what we say, you either love me or you hate me. The idea is lovable, the fines are not. My guess is that you'll see Alessi/Ollinger going out in rain gear today picking up Charles Jannace Signs.

Please check with your Local Police and see if there's any laws against this first. :-)

Welcome To The Salisbury Zoo

Come with me little boys and girls.

If some of the Zookeepers didn't dress like this they might actually find stuff like this offensive!

However, they say and do nothing and the children are subjected to stuff like this every day.

Before you make any "cracks" Jimbo, I didn't take the picture.

Highway Robbery!

Just take a look at the prices for this junk! A small soda cost a mere $2.00?

Get This! For the Hospitality Suite where they feed the Judges lunch, are you ready? $28.00 a plate!

These are just some very small reasons why I still think this Show should be moved to Ocean City. We'll not get into Hotel rates and other taxes the City of Salisbury is slamming everyone with while visiting.

Local Judge Cathy Williams Knows Her Stuff!

It turns out the show dog Cathy Williams chose while Judging is the exact dog that took the Show yesterday. That says a lot about just how good a job she did. She's got the eye!

Renoir Is Singled Out

For those of you interested, Renoir gained enough points in yesterday's win he is now what they call, "singled out." This means he should only be entered in Shows that only offer a "Major" in it. He can be shown in other shows, such as today and tomorrows but it wouldn't be fair to the other dogs competing. Ren doesn't need single or double points any more, he only needs a 3 point Major, which is the smallest Major available anyway.

So Ren will not go into today's show and or tomorrows show, sorry Folks. I didn't learn this information about his points gained yesterday till a few minutes ago. So he's here at home relaxing and enjoying his freedom till next weekend when he'll be entered in the show in Philly where there is a Major.

My Deer Stand Is The Bestist In The Whole World!

If you think you can top this one, send us your picture and we'll post it. This one is going to be tough to beat though.

Yes (you should) No (you should not)
Hypothetically speaking there are children and a home involved.
