How Safe Are Our Schools?

This past week was quite eventful at Bennett High School but you never heard a word about the criminal activity from Channel 16, 47 or The Daily Times.

Last year Bennett High School had some $2,000.00 worth of crime happen the entire year. Get this! This year they have already surpassed the $2,000.00 mark and they're just getting started.

Someone has been going into Gym lockers and stealing money, cell phones and whatever they can get their grubby little hands on. Here we have Sheriffs in our Schools and crime is actually on the rise?

Oh, it gets even worse. Last week a student at Bennett High was arrested for having a loaded pistol in his locker. Did you hear about this "ANYWHERE" in the MSM, (Main Stream Media)? NO! Why is that? Is it because The Daily Times is covering up such said stories? I highly doubt that! We believe it is more the local politicians, (mainly the Mayor) doing everything she can to keep this out of the public eye.

The more serious crime that is reported the higher the ratings go up in Salisbury and it's only a matter of time before Chief Webster is thrown out into the streets because crime will have completely taken over the City. I am completely surprised that the Sheriffs Department hasn't made this information public and it seems the entire system is falling apart.

The Gang activity is out of hand, children are bringing guns to school and nothing is mentioned, children are stealing anything they can get their hand on and crime is up in the City and Wicomico County! It's time for a change and Charles Jannace is the man for the job Folks. Just read his platform ideas and you'll see the guy isn't messing around.

The City Lied About The Mounted Police!

Out of nowhere Pam Oland and Chief Webster believe they are the best fit to decide where the three remaining horses that WILL go up for Auction will be placed.

Even though Mr. Bill Hearne asked over and over again, please let me find homes for these horses, the City Council as well as Pam and the Chief refuse to allow him to have any involvement in finding good homes for these three horses.

Here's the deal Folks. Barrie Tilghman wants to make damn sure that Jennifer and Joe Albero do NOT get a hold of these horses whatsoever. I don't care what that Witch says, the mere fact that Mike Dunn stated, I'll take one penny or I'll take one million dollars, we're going to find the best home for these animals and that's all there is to it.

Well, what the hell do you people know about finding good homes? That's also not the entire story here. There are numerous Officers that would like to visit and care for these animals who have participated with these horses for many, many years.

When I went outside to speak with the Chief he insisted he told me he wasn't sure what was going to happen to these horses and things got heated when I barked right back and called him a liar. I flat out told him that he told me month after month he knew nothing about it and he insisted that he told me he said he wasn't sure. Now look Folks, I printed on this Blog what happened several times and the man clearly stated he was clueless and knew nothing about these horses going up for auction.

Then Bill Hearne got into it with the Chief because the Chief supposedly lied to him as well. No matter what is said here about all of that, the end result is, Bill Hearne and Joe Albero wanted some kind of involvement in purchasing these animals and giving them a good home. The Chief and Council refuse to allow that to happen.

What has also happened is, they have created this whole thing so they can discriminate against any one of us by stating they know another home is better than either of ours. You know what Pam, you started stepping in my personal space yesterday trying to interfere in what I was saying to the Chief and I will right here and now strongly suggest you stay away from me from here on out. I was NOT speaking to you and you were VERY disrespectful towards me and you're acting as if you have more knowledge than you actually do when it comes to animals. Get back behind your desk and start punching numbers and don't you ever step in my face again and act like a man.

Bill Hearne did not back down from the Chief either, as you can see from these photos. I thank you Mr. Hearne for standing your ground and doing what was right for these animals. I do understand that the Chief has a job to do and follow the rules of protocol. However, Chief Webster knows good and well the game that is being played here and we will simply see what happens in the end to these horses.

The Chief was also very upset with me about the Baltimore Police interested in purchasing these horses. He claims that they were not coming here to purchase them. They were coming here to see how we take care of them. LMAO! PLEASE! The Chief got VERY angry with me and wanted to know who my source was within the Salisbury Police Department and I told him more or less to go to hell, I wasn't telling him and I hoped he'd respect that I would do the same for him if the rolls were reversed.

I will say though, the Chief has respect for maybe one of those Officers but the rest of them he couldn't care less, no matter what he tries to now say. We heard his language last night after he wanted to know who was involved and he could care less if any of them had any further involvement with these horses after they're out of the City's hands.

It was heated and in the end we got nowhere. Mike Dunn had to come out of the Work Session and tell us to move away because they couldn't hear a thing over our arguing and he kept waving his hands like a little girl to the point I finally had to turn to him and say, OK MIKE, we get the point. What a jerk!

The Cat Is Out Of The Bag

Effective today I have finalized the contracts to purchase 300 W. Main Street on the Downtown Plaza.

This location will ultimately become Headquarters for the Jannace Campaign and I must say, I think it's one of the nicest buildings in all of Salisbury.

I am open to all kinds of creative ideas as to what to do with the building. I do know I'll be setting up an Office some time next week there and over time I'm sure I'll come up with something very creative for it.

Maybe another Sanford & Son Junk Yard?

As new signs go up today for lots on the East side of Westwood, the City Council were discussing finally completing their "illegal" pipe stem annexation in which I can assure you another lawsuit will be in order.

Maybe when they depose Mikey and his Father they'll come to learn the truth as to how Mike got Stock in the Bank of Delmarva out of nowhere and why he's now telling everyone he's now a millionaire?

I thought you and your Father didn't make any money on this sale Mikey?

Tony Bruce' Death Was A Suicide

On his final day on earth, Tony Bruce was being chased by a couple of Goons from Easton trying to get back money Tony had supposedly stolen from a family estate.

This was the typical story in the life of Tony Bruce as many have stated the man was crooked and had lost his license to practice law, once for an entire year. He had been sanctioned numerous times, suspended and took advantage of the elderly and their money.

You don't read about this in The Daily Times, even in today's article. The locals are trying to keep everything quiet but the reality of it all is, the man committed suicide by taking Rat Poison. He was scared to death that these two were going to hurt him as they came in and agressively asked for their family money back and Tony didn't have it. He acted like he was going off to the Bank to get the money, (in which he didn't have any more) and they stopped him at his car and asked where he was going. He explained it wasn't at the Bank next door, it was down the street.

He was able to get away from these guys for a 1/2 hour or so and in the time that he got away he swallowed the poison and ultimately killed himself. I have heard from people in Princess Anne that this man would steal money from the elderly. He'd buy properties and never pay for it. I was also told it was well known that locals would stay away from him and not do business with him.

Now granted, I surely hope I never get a ticket in Princess Anne after this post and or get into any kind of trouble there because this is not the type of news anyone wants to get out. However, this is the real world and people deserve the right to know the truth. The man swallowed Rat Poison and he simply killed himself.

So if you're a lawyer and you cheat and steal from people, don't go killing yourself and think you're going to leave behind some sort of positive legacy. Tony Bruce was a cheat and took his own life. End of story. Some clients hate lawyers enough to actually think this is a wonderful ending to a lawyers life.

PLEASE, I'm Begging You, Don't Let Charles Jannace Into The PACE Debate?

After the Bill Reddish Show, Ron Alessi doesn't know what direction to go.

He's simply begging and pleading that PACE doesn't get smart and realize they're giving Jannace the Republican Nomination for County Executive because the entire County is sick and tired of all these lies, twists, cover ups and games.

Democrats are sending us leters each and every day stating they're giving their vote to Charles Jannace and this is the honest truth Folks.

People are asking for Jannace signs and they want to take down their Alessi sign. The Alessi Campaign is so stupid they're pushing to keep Jannace out of the debate yet their supporters are turing on them like there's no tomorrow.

Charles Jannace Does Fantastic On The Bill Reddish Show

This interview IMO was one of the best I've ever heard on the Bill Reddish Show.

Charles had some 20 minutes comfortably to spell out his platform and Bill welcomed every ounce of it. In fact, he stated he liked the fact that Charles is willing to spell it all out so everyone knows what he's running for while the other candidates haven't.

If you aren't convinced that Charles is the man for the job now, you need to go back to Alessi's campaign and start tweaking your platform to at least mirror most of Charles'.

These Are The Reasons Why Bill Reddish Is Afraid To Interview Me & Why Ron Alessi Should Never Be County Executive!

It has been noted by several respected people who have spoken with Bill Reddish asking him why he refuses to interview Joe Albero and Bill's reply is, all Joe wants to do is talk about Zoo issues.

First of all Mr. Reddish, you and I have "never" spoken a word so how do you know what I will and won't talk about? Secondly, it is very well known that Jim Rapp and Bill Reddish are Buddies and based on the documents above it is VERY clear Bill is in fact afraid the truth will get out about Jim Rapp as well as the fact that Ron Alessi knows who he has been dealing with for many, many years now and has done absolutely nothing towards the safety of the animals and or children visiting the Salisbury Zoo.

I believe the deposition paperwork above will very clearly spell out just who Jim Rapp is and just how far the Mayor, Ron Alessi and others will go to cover up the mess they truly have on their hands. Might I also add that Ron Alessi called my wife a disgruntled employee who's lawsuit had no credibility. Folks, you read the documents above and you decide if there was any credibility. Do remember this is the man who also states he'd rather handle things like a gentleman.

As for Bill Reddish, I have tons of documents just like this to back up just how bad things are at the Salisbury Zoo involving Jim Rapp, Carrie Samis and Ron Alessi. I guess if I were in your shoes I'd be afraid of Joe Albero as well. However, you have a job to do and in my personal opinion protecting a guy like Jim Rapp puts you in the same category as Barrie Tilghman and Ron Alessi. What say you now Bill? Bill Reddish was also trying to coax Charles Jannace into stating part of his platform to run for County Executive had to do with the Zoo. You couldn't be further than the truth there Bill Reddish and based on that you lost all my respect towards your credibility. I've heard you numerous times trying to do this same thing with Debbie Campbell yet she's far to smart for your game.

The bigger question however is, Ron Alessi covered all these things up and supported Jim Rapp 100%. Is this the man you want as County Executive? Ron has no rebuttal to this whatsoever because the public wasn't supposed to be privy to this information, until now. Can you now see why PACE doesn't want someone like Charles Jannace in a debate with Ron Alessi?

While visiting a friends house yesterday I caught something moving about out of the corner of my eye. The 4th pictures shows the den this Fox is living in. We sat in amazement that the Fox simply wasn't afraid of us and just kept doing his/her thing. The final picture was taken in a shadded area. It's amazing how different it looks from sunlight to shade. Enjoy

Gas Prices Are All Over The Place!

Yesterday I drove to Georgetown, DE. and I couldn't believe my eyes. Usually Delaware has much higher gas prices but as I saw the gas price in the North part of Salisbury at $2.31 per gallon, gas was down to $2.09 a gallon in Laurel, DE. right on Rt 13!

$ .22 cents per gallon, 7 miles apart is a serious problem. Next we'll hear from the Mayor telling us Salisbury has a special blend of gasoline that is better for the environment like we've heard her state before. Dee, Dee, Deeeee!
