If I was someone thinking about moving to the lower eastern shore of Maryland I'd have to think twice after reading most of these comments. Most of these so called "educated" democrats have degrees in things like gender studies,black history, sports and entertainment management, art history, comic and online gaming art, even journalism and communications are useless degrees anymore. The media/journalism field wants lawyers anymore in the industry. Many company spokesperson have a law background.
The truly educated and the highly intelligent people overwhelmingly vote GOP. People such as medical doctors, veterinarians (more difficult then human medicine because all animals are different and many drop out of vet school and enroll in med school.) Those in the most of the sciences that actually do meaningful research vote GOP.
There are more Democrats with masters and doctorate degree's but more Republicans with bachelor degrees which out number Democrats with masters and doctorates however there are more Democrats without high school diploma's than Republicans.
Guess I am amazed at how all most of you who commented to my post think that they know my politics, etc. as well as how much money I make. I can assure you that I most likely make a lot more money than many of the "anonymous" people who are commenting and have way more education. I would like to know why most of you don't think that I have the same beliefs as you. Guess people just like to assume.
