Since when is sitting in a car in public place or on a public road a crime? No apparent purpose? Are you required to have a purpose to be in public? How about I stopped to make a phone call or text since I can't do that while driving? Is it apparent to all that that I am having a conversation?
They should put that up in Mojo's restrooms!
All prudent advice, but do you suppose that this 'press release' has more to do with SBY's crime statistic reporting than with public safety?
