Date of Incident: 18 January 2014
Location: Northwood Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kia Monique Savage, 37, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 18 January 2014 at 10:56 PM, a deputy attempted to stop a vehicle operated by Kia Savage for an equipment violation. Savage pulled to the side of the road but accelerated away after the deputy exited his patrol vehicle and approached Savage. The deputy returned to his vehicle and pursued Savage who headed towards U.S. 13. Savage was able to elude the deputy after turning off the headlights on her vehicle.
The deputy responded to the address of the registered owner of the vehicle and waited for Savage to return which she ultimately did. Savage admitted to the deputy that she fled because her privilege to drive had been suspended and she was afraid the deputy might arrest her for driving suspended.
The deputy placed Savage under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Savage in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.

i really don't know if crime is up or crime is down but the criminals are definitely getting dumber.
they probably thought obammie would come to rescue them, but oh no!! it be de po-po!!
It would have been a lighter load if they had drained the tub first...
HAHAHAHA!!! very clever 4:41!! i wish i had thought of that!
Where are you going to escape to on the Eastern Shore trying to Flee and Elude or for that matter Committing a Crime?
I wonder if she was driving a KIA?
She should have spent the night at the KOA!
While wearing a BOA!
$.40 (the cost of two .45 bullets) would have saved everyone time and money for the theft.
anonymous you got that right. crime would go down if there was actual punishment for all these ghetto thugs
James Wright has been in jail 60% of his adult life. Whats wrong with you man.
