Stellar. I don't know what is so difficult to grasp about this simple concept. But, of course, the gun-control freaks are generally the same fools that support Obama. Maybe I give them a little too much credit for cognitive skills that they simply don't have.

Yes you do. I bet they believe he reduced spending by a trillion too.
He must have meant 'proposed' spending since spending did in fact go up by 147 billion.
