People cut the crap. Absolutely every measure possible to keep weapons/explosives out of passengers' hands should be taken. If you don't like, then DONT FLY!
X-rays cannot detect explosives. Pat downs cannot detect anything hidden in a body cavity. TSA methods are wrong headed and useless.
