The other day I posted an article about the people who were dumb enough to take a video of illegal activity at the Old Salisbury Mall. The Police Chief did in fact do something about it and today I received a response from the dummy who posted the video on his own "My Space" Internet Site.
Chief Webster, I will take the very last sentence as a personal threat on my life and I want something done about this immediately.
hi my name is Carson and I'm the person who's my-space you posted on your blogspot National Joe-A-Graphic without my permission. granted you do not have to have any permission since it is on the world wide web... but when it takes time out of my day to take a trip down to the police station and answer some bull shit questions i have a problem with it especially when it took time out of my work day! i have now set my profile to private on my-space so people like yourself who seem to have a bull shit vendetta b/c your wife was fired from the city of Salisbury. it is unnecessary to take it out on my self and a group of guys that like to ride motorcycles in place where we are only harming ourselves and no one else instead of being on an open highway... WOW! I wish I had seen the video. Joe, I don't think it's a threat on your life, maybe the writer has had experience with the SPD before and knows what it is like to loose your financial stability (lifestyle) for trying to stand up for what is right. What was on the video??? Why was it illegal? And if it wasn't illegal what right did the police have to harass him?
This guy Carson can't even remember what it showed in his video. His quote "group of guys that like to ride motorcycles in place where we are only harming ourselves and no one else instead of being on an OPEN HIGHWAY...". The video showed him on an open highway, it looked like Rt. 50, with other cars around. He was also shown on two lane back roads where there were also other cars around.

I recently read your blog about the old mall. I agree with you 100% about people should not be vandelizing the old mall but putting that video of guys on bikes stunting is NOT vandelizing! Stunting and riding is NOT against the law!! So for you to post the video on myspace that is not fair. You only want people to hear your opion and no one elses. If you are going to comment on a topic please get the full story!! They did no vandelizing would you rather them ride on the public roads stunting and hurt themselves or someone else?? That's the questions that you should be asking your self.... No wonder nobody listens to you about this subject. You are one sided. Get the story straight and take that video off!!

I am around when they do it! Thankyou... and they do it on public street because people like you keep complaining about the old mall. We got specific information from the owner last year about being able to stunt on that property!! And I wouldn't call it terrorizing the public roads thats so dumb!
Stunting on Motorcycles I saw that on a movie once. Absolutely insane, a death wish. I doubt anyone at Route 13 Dragway would put up with this dangerous crap. Let's hope innocent people don't get hurt. Here is a question for the legal eagles. If they hurt themselves at the Salisbury Mall can they sue the owners?

As much as I enjoy motorcycles and have ridden them most of my life, I find no entertainment from a crotch rocket street bike and the fools that do stunts on them.
I watched one of your type two days ago popping wheelies down Rt. 50 behind a car as it was turning dark bouncing his headlight up and down behind the car in front of him. If you were behind me, I would have slammed on the brakes and said, OH LOOK, A DEER!
On the track, that's one thing. On the road, you're Idiots! My son happens to be best friends with a very talented motorcycle rider, (dirt bikes) who just completed a triple flip in the air on his motorcycle. Maybe you know him or have seen him on X-Games? Nevertheless, let me assure you, this young man practices these stunts on a custom foam padded jump made for safety, NOT RT. 50!
I thank you for the invite but I seriously have much better things to do like cleaning up horse shit in my barns than come watch you guys act like you're somebody. I personally think it's a shame parents allow their children to watch that kind of crap and think it's talent!

let's look at the law again. A property being posted is just one aspect of "wanton trespassing". If the owner or the agent of an owner tells you verbally to stay off of the propert and the police have knowledge of this, you can be arrested if the police see you there, even without a sign. Second, check the law.....if any of your "stunts" involve spinning your wheel it's a violation of the law unless it's done at the track. It can be the middle of a corn field with no smoke coming from the tire. You can even own the property, technically it's a traffic violation. The law states "on any property in the State of Maryland". It does not stipulate public or private property. I love roadside attorney's who never went to law school or had any experience with the law other than an arrest or citation.
