Martin Kessman says in the federal lawsuit filed last week that he was embarrassed in 2009 when he tried squeezing his 6-foot, 290-pound frame into the seating at a White Castle in Nanuet, N.Y. He says he slammed his knee into a metal post under the table and was in pain.

Just when you think you've heard it all! So thie dude likes his White Castle hamburgers so much that he end up not being able to fit into the standard booth and then sues the restaurant!
He needs to apply for the next season of The Biggest Loser.
Everytime the courts entertain this kind of nonsense we become the " Biggest Loser ".
Wonder if JT is getting ideas after reading this?
