Salisbury News Surpasses 33,000,000 Hits In 2015

Happy New Year To All Our Viewers
While 2015 has proven to be the best year we have ever seen, there's so much more to do and so much more to come.

2016 will be a very telling year for Salisbury News. In years past we have continued to expand many features but we'd like to do more. We have always been a free service to the community and will continue to do so.

However, it costs money to do what we do, let alone all the time it takes to read/moderated/reject more then 1,000,000 comments. We've published more then 140,000 articles in our time and viewers have asked us to provide even more features.

Some have asked that we bring a daily news video and some have asked that we consider doing an on line radio show. We're considering both.

However, to do so, this will take even more of our time and certainly more expenses. We have moderators who spend so much time, (7 days a week) going through comments. We've grown to delivering news and information 24 hours a day and yes, we have even been moderating comments 24 hours a day as well.

It's time we do something different. This year we're going to add a Pay Pal button to Salisbury News that will allow each and every one of you to consider making a DONATION to our cause. We need to start paying these hard working people.

A Viewer Writes: Breaking News: another restaurant closes in Salisbury Maryland

Joe,

Please report on Salisbury News as a former worker at Roly Poly in the Seagull Shopping Center that we were all told yesterday, (on new years  day) all six of us got a text message saying the owner will close all stores as of yesterday. He also owns Tutti Frutti Yogurt Shop next door.

None of us knew this was happening. He sent a group message to everyone at the same time. Text messages stated he says I have closed all stores down. If you need a reference please request. All final paychecks will be mailed to you. Please update if you moved or are going to move. So with both stores closing that puts about 10 of us with out jobs and unaware of this happening. Whats wrong with telling us in person so we have a chance to get anther job. How coward is this. A lot of customers are going to be pissed off on Monday when they find our doors have closed. Now all of us have to find work again after 4 years. We were all like family.  Happy new year to all of us, we are now jobless looking for work.   Both places were nice. Roly Poly was a very nice place, good food and soup. Just anther failing business in Salisbury MD.

What happened to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law?

By: Abigail Bailey
SBYNews

The mass media machine has been convicting suspects before trial since Lee Harvey Oswald in November 1963 but now, the epidemic of this Constitutional infringement has reached an unfathomable proportion. In today’s world of fast facts, we find ourselves inundated with information on suspects within hours of criminal investigations, thus, spurring a rush to judgment. A new documentary has introduced a new dialogue about the media role in convictions that will surely have you questioning where the lines are truly drawn in our society.

On December 18, 2015, Netflix premiered one of its newest documentaries called Making a Murderer, featuring the story of Steven Avery. Born and raised in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, Avery was a guy with a below-average IQ and checkered past – but nothing that constituted odious violent tendencies. However, his family never fit into the township or county; therefore, when a sexual assault in 1985 occurred, he was an immediate (and only) suspect.

Filmed over a decade, documentarians, Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos, bring to light the corruption and biasness perpetrated on Avery in both cases while challenging the judicial line within communities all over America. After being incarcerated for almost two decades for a crime he never committed, within two years of his release from prison, Avery found himself in the law enforcement crosshairs once again. However, this time, there was a $36M reason to defame him.

An example of this within our own community is the fact the Salisbury Police run weekly shoplifting suspects with justification that it is meant to serve as a deterrent. However, constitutionally, these suspects are supposed to be presumed innocent until a judge, jury or plea deal says otherwise. Like Avery’s District Attorney, Ken Katz, our police rushes to broadcast these suspects’ names, mug shots and, sometimes treat us to the horrific scenario, in social media and local newscasts to fling a negative light on them.

Were we asleep when the presumption of innocence was eliminated from our inalienable rights or has law enforcement taken it upon itself to just disregard them?

This documentary is well worth at least one viewing as it provokes the viewers to examine the judicial abuse and malfeasance within their own communities. As Avery’s defense attorney, Jerry Buting laments, “We can all say we will never commit a crime, but we can never guarantee that someone will never accuse us of a crime. And if that happens, good luck in this criminal justice system.”

BREAKING: Delaware to lose 1700 DuPont jobs in early 2016 due to Dow Chemical Merger

This letter was released to Delaware DuPont employees today in regard to the upcoming DowDuPont merger. Gov. Markell calls it "deeply disappointing."

Dear Delaware-based Colleagues:

DuPont has called Delaware home for more than 213 years. The company has created countless scientific discoveries and built leading businesses, and we can be proud of the major social and economic impact DuPont has had in the State. However, as we face a pivotal time unlike any other in our company's history, we have begun a necessary journey down a new path to a stable and secure future for DuPont.

The planned merger with Dow and intended creation of three strong, independent companies-coupled with our own 2016 cost reduction program-has created concerns about our future in Delaware. I want to reinforce that these decisions were made only after careful and serious deliberation, taking into account every possible alternative, including continuing on our previous path. In the end, the Board of Directors and I unanimously agreed that this is the best path to a better, sustainable future for DuPont.

The first step is the $700 million cost reduction and associated restructuring we announced on December 11th. While this program is being implemented globally, I want to be straightforward with you about the impact on our local workforce. The effect in Delaware will be significant, reflecting the urgent need to restructure our cost base and, as part of that effort, reduce our corporate overhead costs so that we can remain competitive. The change also reflects the impact of our efforts to move corporate functions into the businesses, closer to our customers.

Especially given that we are in the middle of the holidays, we would have preferred to wait until individual notifications were complete before reporting the full local impact. However, by December 31st, we are legally required to file a notice with the Delaware State government detailing the expected local job reductions, and I wanted you to hear the difficult news-directly from me-that approximately 1,700 Delaware-based positions will be eliminated in the beginning of the year.

I am deeply aware that these decisions affect the lives - and families - of many people. As we work through these notifications, we are committed to doing so in a way that is consistent with our Core Values. We will honor each colleague's service to the company by providing separation packages, career placement services and training allowances as part of our effort to help our team members through these transitions.

Along with this sobering news of our Wilmington-area reductions, we fortunately are also able to announce that the corporate headquarters for the combined, post-merger Specialty Products business will remain in Wilmington, Delaware. Specialty Products will be a technology driven innovative leader, focused on unique businesses that share similar investment characteristics and specialty market focus. The businesses will include DuPont's Nutrition & Health, Industrial Biosciences, Safety & Protection and Electronics & Communications, as well as the Dow Electronic Materials business. Together, their complementary offerings create a new global leader in Electronics Products, and each business will benefit from more targeted investment in their productive technology development and innovation capabilities. Our leadership in these key areas will be the foundation for further growth - in the world, and in Delaware.

We have much more work to do with the three independent companies we intend to establish, including selecting the corporate headquarter location for our Agriculture business. I look forward to updating you on our selection progress in the months ahead.

DuPont has evolved many times over the past two centuries. In each era, our leaders recognized that change was inevitable to remain successful. By building our strength through the merger of equals with Dow and focusing our businesses to compete more effectively, we will enhance our ability to invest in the future. Each business will be able to create the value-added solutions its customers expect through targeted, highly productive investments in science and R&D.

I recognize this is a lot of change in a short time and in the New Year you will hear much more from me personally and from the leadership team regarding our strategic direction. As we go forward, we need to stay focused on our Core Values, ensuring the company is as strong as it can be for an increasingly competitive future. I believe we will build on our history and create a new phase of progress and opportunity for DuPont.

Sincerely,

Ed Breen

ARE YOU KIDDING! House Dems STRIKE To Implement First Sharia Law!

As we enjoyed the Holidays with our family and friends… House DEMOCRATS moved to implement America’s first Sharia Law. If they get their way…they will be stripping us of our basic rights, and we need to be prepared for their TERRIFYING hope…and get Americans aware of what is happening!

On December 17, Democrat Congressmen quietly sponsored House Resolution 569, a resolution that asks lawmakers to condemn “violence, bigotry, and hateful rhetoric towards Muslims in the United States.” The resolution specifically mentions Muslims, no other religious groups, and will serve as a test by which further criminalizing of “Islamophobia” may be introduced.

Democrats have shamelessly lumped together “hate speech” with “violence” in an effort to compare criticism of Islam to physically harming Muslims. H. Res. 569 threatens to restrict our right to even report facts that tarnish Islam’s reputation, a law that all Sharia-governed countries already have in place.

According to Congress.gov, the resolution reads:

“Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the House of Representatives denounces in the strongest terms the increase of hate speech, intimidation, violence, vandalism, arson, and other hate crimes targeted against mosques, Muslims, or those perceived to be Muslim; urges local and Federal law enforcement authorities to work to prevent hate crimes; and to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law those perpetrators of hate crimes”

Muslims are slaughtering innocent people more than any other religious groups combined, all while refusing as a whole to condemn this barbaric Islamic terrorism, yet we are working to ensure these silent, consenting “moderates” have special protection — protection that they have never allowed religious minorities in their own countries.

FBI Offers $5,000 Reward After Bacon Found at Vegas Mosque

The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information that helps them find the person who put raw bacon on the door handles of a Las Vegas mosque.

The FBI said in a statement Wednesday that agents are trying to find the man seen in a surveillance video putting the meat on the entrances of the Masjid-e-Tawheed mosque. Authorities call it a desecration of the Islamic worship center.

The Quran, the holy book of Islam, prohibits Muslims from eating pork, and pigs have been used to taunt or offend Muslims.

Both the FBI and Las Vegas police say they're investigating the case as a possible hate crime.

Las Vegas police spokesman Larry Hadfield said the bacon was wrapped on the door knobs, and was also found on the ground and fences.

Police Say Man Wrapping Mosque Door Handle with Bacon ‘Possible Hate Crime’

The FBI is now searching for the suspect who is seen in footage carrying a package of raw bacon before placing strips of it on the doors of a mosque.

The incident is being investigated as vandalism and a hate crime.

Per a report by Turnto23, police said a man wrapped raw bacon around the door of a Las Vegas, NV mosque over the weekend.

Police are investigating the incident captured on video as a possible hate crime since pork or bacon are forbidden in Islam both to eat and touch.

The surveillance video captured by Masjid Tawheed mosque shows a man placing the raw bacon onto the mosque’s doors and door handles.

31K Louisianans Will Lose Food Stamps On New Years

Roughly 31,000 Louisiana residents could lose their food stamp benefits Jan. 1, 2016 because of the reinstatement of a policy which requires able-bodied recipients to work.

The work requirements were restored under outgoing Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal. Nearly every state was granted a federal waiver to the requirements in response to the Great Recession but now some are letting waivers expire without renewal. Without the waiver able-bodied adults without children must work at least 20 hours a week or be enrolled in a federally approved job training program to qualify for benefits. The policy change is likely to impact 31,000 state residents, reports Al Jazeera America.

“We continue to seek opportunities for SNAP recipients to increase their self-sufficiency,” Louisiana Children and Family Services Secretary Suzy Sonnier said in September. “Engaging in work activities is a key step in that transition. We are striving to reduce reliance on public benefits, increase the number of clients participating in education or workforce activities.”

Boyfriends killing boys: A troubling trend in Md.

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — There is a disturbing trend emerging in Prince George’s County that prosecutors fear is related to the cost of child care: little boys being killed by their mothers’ boyfriends.

Authorities tell WTOP that the prohibitive cost of child care can leave a mother with no alternative but to trust her lover with her child’s life.

It was more than two years ago that Lydia Polk got word her 2-year-old grandson, Jamir Shipe, was being rushed to the hospital. She remembers every word of the phone call. She knew instinctively to fear the worst.

“There’s a feeling you get when there’s something wrong with your little ones, and I got that feeling,” Polk says.

Oregon Bakery Owners Pay Damages Over Refusal to Make Cake for Gay Wedding

The owners of an Oregon bakery who denied service to a same-sex couple have paid more than $135,000 in state-ordered damages – months after refusing to do so – according to state officials Monday.

Aaron Klein, co-owner of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, dropped a check off for $136,927.07, according to the Bureau of Labor and Industries. The payment includes interest. Klein also paid $7,000 earlier this month.

Damages were awarded in July for "emotional suffering" caused by the bakery, which refused to make a wedding cake for Laurel and Rachel Bowman-Cryer more than two years ago. The bakers said they refused to make the cake because of their religious beliefs.

The dispute goes back to January 2013 when Bowman-Cryer came into the shop with her mother for a cake-tasting appointment. However, Aaron Klein told the women that the bakery didn’t do cakes for same-sex weddings. The women filed complaints with the state and triggered a national debate over claims of religious beliefs against anti-discrimination laws.

Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian awarded the damages nearly six months ago, saying the owners had violated the women’s civil rights by discriminating on the basis of their sexual orientation. They were also slapped with a gag order that prohibited them from speaking publicly about their refusal to participate in or bake wedding cakes for same-sex marriages.

Aaron and his wife Melissa filed an appeal of the ruling and were defying the order to pay the damages before Monday. Tyler Smith, an attorney representing the Kleins, told The Oregonian that his clients have not abandoned their appeal of Avakian’s order.

WCSO Deputy Won’t Be Charged In Fatal Shooting In Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) — A Wicomico County sheriff’s deputy won’t face charges in the fatal shooting of a man during a struggle in Salisbury in March.

State’s Attorney Matt Maciarello released his report Tuesday on the March 3 shooting stating that there was no probable cause to charge Deputy 1st Class Benjamin Jones.

The report states the Jones asked 25-year-old Fednel Rhinvil and another man to stop, but Rhinvil ran. When Jones caught him, a struggle ensued. According to an interview transcript, Jones said Rhinvil pulled out a revolver and Jones warned that he would shoot, before firing and striking him four times. Maciarello says the revolver’s last record was its purchase in the 1950s.

Maciarello says the deputy was “was 100 percent justified in his use of deadly force.”

The first photos from inside Elon Musk's sleek new Tesla Gigafactory, which will be three times the size of Central Park

Elon Musk is building a massive Tesla Gigafactory that's expected to be completed in 2020.

When finished, it'll be the world's second-largest building by volume — three times the size of New York's Central Park.

While there have been drone videos of the factory's exterior, photographers haven't been allowed inside the Gigafactory.

That's not for lack of trying — one Reno photojournalist got arrested for being on the property.

But it looks as if Tesla is allowing commercial photographer James Lipman into its biggest project.

Lipman posted the first photos ever taken inside the Gigafactory on his Instagram account, and it looks gorgeous.

Tamir Rice's family accuses prosecutor of 'manipulating' grand jury to get cops out of indictment for 12-year-old's death

The family of a 12-year-old black boy shot by police in Ohio is claiming that a prosecutor abused the grand-jury process to ensure that the two officers responsible wouldn't be indicted.

The family of shooting victim Tamir Rice was displeased with Cuyahoga County prosecutor Tim McGinty before Monday's announcement that neither of the officers involved in Rice's death would be indicted.

Cleveland police officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback were facing potential indictment after Loehmann shot and killed Rice, who appeared to be drawing a gun from his waistband, in November 2014. The gun was ultimately found to be a toy airsoft gun with the orange safety cap removed.

A week before the grand jury decided not to indict the officers, The New York Times reported that Jonathan S. Abady, a lawyer for Rice's mother, had already come to expect that no charges would be filed.

"We have never seen a prosecutor try so hard to lose a case," Abady said.

The grand jury needs only to find that the evidence presents probable cause that a crime has been committed in order to indict a suspect, but Rice's family claims that McGinty seemed to be working explicitly to convince the grand jury of the officers' innocence.

Hillary Clinton: I'll 'Stand Up to' Trump

On a day that Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump attacked her husband, Hillary Clinton picked up the gauntlet, vowing to "stand up to him."

The Democratic presidential candidate's response came in the form of a statement from Clinton deputy communications director Christina Reynolds. It alludes to Trump's criticism of Clinton's husband, former President Bill Clinton, without defending him. Trump charged the former president of "a terrible record of women's abuse" in a tweet earlier Monday. In 1998, after a sexual liaison with a White House intern, Bill Clinton was tried for impeachment but not convicted .

In the statement, Clinton's campaign focused on Trump's "demeaning" remarks about "women, immigrants, Asian-Americans, Muslims, the disabled or hard-working Americans" and said he has "pushed around nearly all of his fellow Republicans."

JUST IN: Bill Cosby is charged with sexually assaulting a woman

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Bill Cosby was charged Wednesday with drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his home 12 years ago — the first criminal charges brought against the comedian out of the torrent of allegations that destroyed his good-guy image as America’s Dad.

The case sets the stage for perhaps the biggest Hollywood celebrity trial of the mobile-all-the-time era and could send the 78-year-old Cosby to prison in the twilight of his life and barrier-breaking career.

Cosby was charged with aggravated indecent assault and was to be arraigned in the afternoon.

Prosecutors accused him of rendering former Temple University employee Andrea Constand unable to resist by plying her with pills and wine, then penetrating her digitally without her consent, when she was unconscious or unaware of what was happening.

Muslims, atheists team up against war memorial in Maryland

A group of American atheists and Muslims has for months looked with scorn upon the Bladensburg World War I Veterans Memorial.

The source of their indignation? Well, it’s all about the shape of the edifice.

The imposing landmark, which has stood since 1925 in Bladensburg, a small town in Prince George’s County, Maryland, happens to be in the shape of a Latin cross.

The American Humanist Association, joined by the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, has challenged the state in court, arguing that the large cross violates the establishment clause of the First Amendment. A Nov. 30 ruling by a federal judge came down in favor of the state of Maryland and its right to maintain such a memorial on public land honoring the sacrifice of World War I veterans.

Muslim mob goes crazy after a man rips apart a Quran (Language Warning)

Media fails to identify the race of 1,000 to 2,000 Black teens that shut down Kentucky mall

The teenagers involved in this incident were Black, but media reports, including Fox News, omit the fact from their reports. Notice how CBS just calls them “unruly”. Why? It’s obvious.
The media works from templates to fit their agenda. Minorities behaving badly will always be unreported as much as possible. But, had a White Cop shot one of these criminal Black teens, then the races of all involved would be indentified. This I why I call the media the corrupt media machine.

CBS News reports a suburban Louisville mall reopened Sunday with extra security, a day after closing early when throngs of unruly teens caused disturbances.
The night before, up to 2,000 teens created mayhem at Mall St. Matthews as the shopping center was filled with post-Christmas shoppers, police said.

We should not be surprised to find out that yet another ‘charity’ claiming to ‘help’ Veterans is more interested in the salaries of their executives and funding the vicious cycle of advertisement…raise funds…spend it on advertisement…raise funds…ad nauseum. But just the raw figures from their own reporting:

Black Professor To White Americans: ‘Admit to the Racist Poison Inside of You’

A black Emory University professor has penned an open letter to white Americans asking them to admit to “the racist poison” inside of them that’s to blame for a long history of black suffering.

In “Dear White America,” published by The New York Times, philosophy professor George Yancy called his letter “a gift” to white people.

“Bear in mind, though, that some gifts can be heavy to bear. You don’t have to accept it; there is no obligation,” he wrote. “I give it freely, believing that many of you will throw the gift back in my face, saying that I wrongly accuse you, that I am too sensitive, that I’m a race hustler, and that I blame white people (you) for everything.”

“So, as you read this letter, take a deep breath,” he continued. “Make a space for my voice in the deepest part of your psyche. Try to listen, to practice being silent. There are times when you must quiet your own voice to hear from or about those who suffer in ways that you do not.”

To support his argument that all white people are racist, Mr. Yancy started off by admitting that he is a sexist for perpetuating sexism “every day of my life. “

“As a sexist, I have failed women,” he wrote. “I have failed to speak out when I should have. I have failed to engage critically and extensively their pain and suffering in my writing. I have failed to transcend the rigidity of gender roles in my own life. I have failed to challenge those poisonous assumptions that women are ‘inferior’ to men or to speak out loudly in the company of male philosophers who believe that feminist philosophy is just a non-philosophical fad. I have been complicit with, and have allowed myself to be seduced by, a country that makes billions of dollars from sexually objectifying women, from pornography, commercials, video games, to Hollywood movies. I am not innocent.”

50,000 Food Stamp Recipients Just Received A Brutal Demand: Return To Work Or …

Among the latest U.S. states to enact welfare reform measures is West Virginia, which recently informed certain residents receiving food stamps that they will soon be required to meet new qualifications in order to remain enrolled in the taxpayer-funded program.

The state’s Health and Human Resources Department sent out a notification this week to Supplemental Nutrition Program benefits recipients living in nine counties. Effective at the beginning of 2016, the announcement explained, they will have three months to either land a job or begin a job-training program before their benefits would be rescinded.

According to West Virginia Bureau for Children and Families Commissioner Nancy Exline, the nine-county sample was chosen because of its comparatively low unemployment rate.

Martin O’Malley Had One Person Show Up to a Campaign Event

It’s tough being former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley these days. O’Malley, who often reminds Americans that he’s running for the Democratic Party’s 2016 presidential nomination, went on a four-city tour of Iowa on Monday, only to be met with painfully low turnout from potential caucus-goers. His final stop of the night, in the tiny burg of Tama, might have yielded the harshest picture yet of his straggling campaign: only one person showed up, and not even a guaranteed supporter.

“The very last event of the night we had one person, but by God he was glad to see me,” O’Malley told MSNBC on Tuesday morning.

The single voter who showed up, whom an Iowa television station later identified as “Kenneth,” might not have been as thrilled as O’Malley claims—the former governor also told MSNBC he’s “working on” getting Kenneth’s support for the February 1 caucus, which kicks off the presidential-nominating process.

Police searching for group of dirt bike riders in Prince George’s

WASHINGTON — Motorists on the Capital Beltway were startled this weekend, when a pack of up to 100 dirt bike and ATV riders briefly stopped traffic, harassed drivers and performed stunts.

Police couldn’t catch any of the bikers, but they are looking at video of the incident.

“It was really frightening,” said a motorist, who asked not to be named and who was caught in the disruption. “People were sitting in their cars terrorized.”

Traffic cameras caught the bikers weaving in and out of traffic on Sunday, antagonizing drivers and riding in the opposite direction. Plumes of bluish-gray smoke could be seen rising from the pavement as bikers burned tire rubber.

Others popped wheelies, lifting the front wheel of their bikes to ride on the back wheel only.

Troopers Investigating Suspicious Item

Lewes, DE - The Delaware State Police investigated a report of a suspicious item in the Lowes parking lot Monday afternoon.

The investigation began around 12:00 p.m. Monday December 28, 2015 when a 9-1-1 call was placed by a manager of the Lowes located at 20364 Plantations Road after locating a suspicious item in a shopping cart located in the parking lot of the business.

Troopers responded to the Lowes and observed an approximate 12"-15" long PVC pipe with two end caps attached and immediately contacted the State Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit. The store parking lot was sealed off at the entrances and patrons and employees were asked to remain in the building for approximately an hour before being allowed to leave the area. The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit examined and removed the empty and hollow pipe from the shopping cart and determined it to be non-explosive, later rendering the area safe.

Investigator were able to establish that a male customer purchased the pipe with the end caps attached earlier that morning along with some other items. When he pushed the shopping cart out to his vehicle, he unloaded the other items out of the cart and failed to retrieve the pipe that was left on the infant seat area of the cart.

No charges will be filed in this incident and the Lowes was reopened for business around 2:30 p.m.

Smoking Gun! Obama Administration was Secretly Running Guns to Syria through Benghazi!

Well the truth about Benghazi is finally starting to see the light. As we have theorized in several articles, the Obama administration was involved in an international Fast and Furious by trafficking arms through Benghazi into Syria. Today that theory has been confirmed.

Newly released documents show that US intelligence agencies were fully aware that weapons were moving from the Islamic terror stronghold in Libya to Syria before the attack on the Benghazi compound on September 11, 2012.

The documents also contradict Hussein Obama's claim that the rise of the Islamic State came as a surprise to the administration.

FOX News' Catherine Herridge said the newly released documents "showed a serious disconnect between what the administration said and what was known by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)."

Male partner pregnant with baby of transgender couple in Ecuador

A couple in Ecuador is making history with a unique pregnancy: The father-to-be is carrying the baby of his transgender partner.

Fernando Machado and Diane Rodríguez announced their pregnancy, believed to be the first of its kind in South America, on social media earlier this month and it's received widespread attention in a continent that has seen a sudden explosion in the rights and visibility of trans people.

Rodríguez, who was born Luis, is one of Ecuador's most-prominent LGBT activists and says she and her Venezuelan-born partner, whose birth name was María, decided to publicize the pregnancy to help change attitudes in the staunchly Roman Catholic society. Although both take hormones, neither has undergone gender-reassignment surgery, so the child-to-be was conceived the old-fashioned way with no known medical complications to date.

Black Mob of 2,000 Violent Teens Shuts Down Kentucky Mall: US Media Refuses to Report Race Riot

The interesting thing with regard to this report is the fact that the media has been largely quiet on the race-riot component of the mall brawl and take over....

ABC News, CBS, NBC, none of the major media outlets made mention of this key component as can be seen in the following report.

Political correctness once again rules the day, in the US, not only with terrorism but also even with a race riot ~ Refocus Notes

Around 7 p.m., police started to receive disturbance calls from the Mall St. Mathews regarding "juveniles who were loitering, refusing to leave businesses, fights, those kinds of things," St. Matthews Police spokesman Dennis McDonald told ABC News today.

New MS-13 Style Gang Slaying

An 18-year-old was fatally stabbed in a gang-ordered slaying near the Montgomery-Prince George’s county border by assailants who threw heavy rocks down on him as he crawled away from the attack to a stream, according to court records filed in Montgomery District Court on Thursday.

The death of Denis Montufar-Bautista follows two other recent slayings in wooded areas of Montgomery that police have linked to a resurgence of the MS-13 gang. In one of those cases — the killing of a 34-year-old man found in a shallow grave — detectives filed charges this week against four people. The suspects range from 15 to 19 years old.

Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy raised the issue of gang violence last month. Since then, he said Thursday, he’s come to believe “the depth of the problem is even broader and wider than I ever imagined.”

He said five slayings in the county in 2015 are probably linked to MS-13.

“I don’t think we’ve ever reached this kind of gang violence in Montgomery County,” he said.

Rap Sheet: The Women Who Claim to Be Victims of Bill and Hillary Clinton

While Bill Cosby is finally doing a long overdue perp walk for an alleged sexual assault some 10 years ago, and I say “long overdue” because dozens of woman claim he did the same to them over the decades, the dozen or so women who claim to be victims of Bill and Hillary Clinton are being victimized once again by a DC Media circling the wagons to protect Hillary, a woman they are desperate to see become president.

The DC Media is not just politically motivated. Race also plays a factor. The DC Media see black conservatives as apostates who must be destroyed for daring to escape the Left-Wing Thought Plantation. On top of Bill Cosby, and over far, far lesser allegations, this same media has attempted to destroy two powerful black men: Justice Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain.

Despite a laundry list of extremely disturbing allegations involving everything from rape to groping to harassment to character assassination, the DC Media has not only protected white Democrat Bill Clinton, in a number of cases, the media has joined the campaign to destroy these women.

The double standard is glaring.

The pattern is horrifying.
