Judge Gives Teen “Anger Management” After He Murdered a 59-Year Old White Man at the County Fair

Here’s a story you won’t see in the race-obsessed national media.

Two black Maryland teenagers found guilty of killing a middle-aged white man via sucker punch at the county fair were let off by the presiding female judge with shockingly lenient sentences of probation and anger management. The teens punched the man after asking him for a dollar. After the first teen landed the knockout blow, the other one spit on his lifeless body. The small crew then proceeded to dance around the lifeless man, 59-year-old John Weed, like a bunch of maniacs.

The incident happened last year, but of course you haven’t heard about it until now. The national press has totally ignored the story. While the local paper did a decent job, they totally ignored the racial angle and buried the video, which you will find below. From the Frederick News-Post:

Hurricane Laura kills 14-year-old girl when tree falls on her home

Hurricane Laura has killed a 14-year-old girl after a tree fell on her home as the Category 4 storm system smashed into Texas and Louisiana with 150mph winds, leaving 600,000 without power as people who did not evacuate are told to write their names on a piece of paper and 'put it in a ziplock bag' in their pockets.

The Category 4 monster made landfall at 1am with the strongest winds that Louisiana has seen since 1856 and warnings that the storm could rip apart buildings and penetrate up to 200 miles inland.

Louisiana Gov John Bel Edwards reported that the state has one fatality from the hurricane that became a Category 1 hurricane shortly after 9am.

The storm's first victim, a 14 year old girl, died when a tree fell on her home, according to the governor's office. The office said they do expect more fatalities as the hurricane continues to pass through the state.

'Now is not the time to go sightseeing. The threat #Laura poses to Louisiana is far from over,' Edwards tweeted Thursday morning. 'Stay home, continue to heed warnings from local officials and monitor your local news to stay informed,' he added.

US Cargo Thefts Erupt As Violent Crime Spreads Across America

The latest trucking news from Overdrive is particularly disturbing, outlines how cargo theft across the US surged during the virus-induced downturn in the second quarter.

Overdrive, citing data from SensiGuard, a cargo theft recording firm aggregating data from transportation security councils, insurance companies and law enforcement organizations, said cargo theft surged 56% year-over-year in the quarter.

"One significant note is that April, which was at the height of the supply chain disruption caused by COVID-19, experienced more than double the volume of April 2019 (+109%). While both May (+31%) and June (+30%) also beat their 2019 totals, it was by a decreasing amount in each case," SensiGuard noted in its 2Q20 cargo theft report.

The cargo theft monitoring firm recorded 227 thefts over the three months ending June, with 96 in April, 67 in May, and 64 in June. In dollar amount, the average theft was about a quarter-million dollars. It said 23% of all cargo thefts were miscellaneous products for retailers. Food and drinks made up about 20% of all thefts.

California, for the first time since 3Q17, was dethroned as the state with most cargo thefts. Texas became the epicenter of thefts in 2Q20, followed by California, Illinois, Florida, and Tennessee.

"Any Excuse To Riot" - Minneapolis Descends Into Chaos Over Police Shooting "Fake News"

In these heady times, it seems, incidents are quickly magnified and wildly distorted, leading to mass public outrage when really none should be warranted: Case in point, the state of Minnesota was forced to declare a "state of peacetime emergency" in Minneapolis last night after violent protests erupted following the death of a local black man.

Violence erupted once again in the larger of the twin cities last night, with video showing angry "demonstrators" burning down businesses, rioting and looting, following "misinformation" about the killing of a black homicide suspect. Rumors spread online said he had been killed in a police shooting, but really, he shot himself in the head, according to surveillance video.

Before watching the video below, be advised: It depicts a man shooting himself in the head, before a nearby officer rushes to his aid. Then off camera, bystanders can be heard accusing the cops of shooting the now-dead victim.

It later emerged that the man shot himself in the head as police were moving in to make an arrest. He had committed the murder just hours earlier, at around 2pm local time in a nearby parking garage

Violent Crime Now Almost As Important To American Voters As COVID-19

As riots and unrest continue to dominate the headlines, a new poll has found that almost as many American voters now view violent crime as an important election issue compared to coronavirus, something that is likely to help President Trump.

While cities like Portland have seen riots on a nightly basis for a virtually unbroken time period, the mayhem has now spread to Kenosha, Wisconsin, where two people were fatally shot last night.

The bedlam is now reflected in the polls, with Americans becoming increasingly concerned about law and order.

“A sizable 59 percent of voters in the survey indicate that violent crime, which President Trump has framed as happening in Democrat-controlled cities, is a “very important” factor in casting their ballots,”writes Rusty Weiss.

He cites a Pew poll which found that coronavirus has dropped to the fourth most important issue with 63 percent concerned.

Ex-Political Prisoner at RNC: Chinese Communists an ‘Enemy of Humanity’

Chen Guangcheng, a dissident who spent seven years imprisoned in China, told the Republican National Convention (RNC) Wednesday the Communist Party was an “enemy of humanity.”

Chen, a blind self-taught legal scholar from a rural community, spentthose years in both prison and house arrest after police detained him for his advocacy against forced abortions, a common policy under China’s “one-child” rule that prevented families from birthing siblings. Currently, due to a precipitous decline in population, China has expanded that policy to two children but is still believed to force women to kill illegal unborn children.

Sister Byrne at RNC: ‘The Largest Marginalized Group in the World’ Is the ‘Unborn’

Sister Deirdre Byrne from the Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts spoke at the Republican National Convention (RNC) on Wednesday where she declared that “the largest marginalized group in the world” is “the unborn.”

“While we tend to think of the marginalized as living beyond our borders, the truth is, the largest marginalized group in the world can be found here in the United States. They are the unborn,” said Sister Byrne at the RNC on Wednesday evening.

“As Christians, we first met Jesus as a stirring embryo in the womb of an unwed mother and saw him born nine months later in the poverty of the cave,” she added.

Sister Byrne went on to explain that, like so many pro-life people today, Jesus, too, had stood up for what was just, which was not considered “politically correct or fashionable.”

“It’s no coincidence that Jesus stood up for what was just and was ultimately crucified because what he said wasn’t politically correct or fashionable,” said Sister Byrne. “As followers of Christ, we are called to stand up for life against the politically correct or fashionable of today.”

“We must fight against a legislative agenda that supports and even celebrates destroying life in the womb,” she said. “Keep in mind the laws we create define how we see our humanity. And we must ask ourselves, ‘What are we saying when we go into a womb and snuff out an innocent, powerless, voiceless life?'”

Sister Byrne added that, as a physician, she can say “without hesitation” that “life begins at conception.”

“While what I have to say may be difficult for some to hear, I’m saying it because I’m not just pro-life, I’m pro-eternal life, and I want all of us to end up in heaven together someday,” said Sister Byrne.

“Donald Trump is the most pro-life president that this nation has ever had, defending life at all stages,” Sister Byrne went on to declare. “His belief in the sanctity of life transcends politics.”

Rioting erupts after Minneapolis police accused of shooting and killing suspect — they say video shows he killed himself

The suspect was being sought over a homicide earlier in the day

Looting and rioting broke out in Minneapolis again after the police were accused of shooting and killing another black man, but they say video shows that he committed suicide.

The aftermath of the incident was captured on cellphone video by residents who angrily denounced the police and accused them of shooting and killing the black man.

Social media erupted with scenes of looting and rioting in the wake of the accusations against the officers.

But police claim that the suspect turned a gun on himself and committed suicide when they cornered him. According to reporter Kent Erdahl of KARE11 News, Minneapolis police showed them the video of the suspect caught on surveillance video killing himself.

Virginia Senate approves new legislation that reduces penalty for assaulting police

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — The Virginia Senate on Wednesday approved legislation that would eliminate a six-month mandatory minimum sentence for assaulting a police officer, despite strenuous objections from Republicans who said the bill disrespects police at a time when they have come under attack during nationwide protests. Democrats, who hold a narrow majority in the Senate, said the legislation does not minimize the crime of assaulting a police officer, but instead makes a distinction between serious assaults and minor assaults. The bill keeps the charge as a felony, but gives a judge or jury discretion to reduce it to a misdemeanor if there is no bodily injury or if someone’s culpability is slight because of diminished physical or mental capacity or a developmental disorder.n If the charge is brought as a felony, it requires an investigation by a different police officer and must be approved by a Commonwealth’s Attorney.

Family Court Can’t Order Teen DNA Scrubbed From NYPD Records, Judge Rules

A Brooklyn judge has ruled that family courts don’t have the power to intervene with the NYPD’s stealthy collection of DNA evidence from minors in its custody — a practice that police officials staunchly defend.

It comes as the state Legislature considers a bill that would ban collecting and storing DNA from youth charged in family court and centralize record-keeping statewide.

In a decision last Wednesday in the Matter of Logan C., Judge Alan Beckoff of Brooklyn Family Court found that he didn’t have the authority to order the city medical examiner to purge a DNA sample collected from a 15-year-old who had been offered a water bottle by a cop at Coney Island’s 60th Precinct.

Nor could Beckoff stop the record of the teen’s DNA from being uploaded to an NYPD databank used in investigations, the judge ruled.

Biden tweets support for Milwaukee Bucks' boycott of playoff game

Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden offered his support for the Milwaukee Bucks after the teamboycotted a playoff game Wednesday in solidarity with Jacob Blake.

“This moment demands moral leadership. And these players answered by standing up, speaking out, and using their platform for good,” Biden tweeted. “Now is not the time for silence.”

Biden shared a Twitter link to a video statement from the team, in which the Bucks called for the Wisconsin state Legislature to hold a special session addressing police reform.

Bucks guard George Hill read the team statement, urging for peaceful demonstrations and for residents to make their voices heard in the ballot box on Nov. 3.

“We are calling for justice for Jacob Blake and demand the officers be held accountable,” Hill said. “For this to occur, it is imperative for the Wisconsin legislature to reconvene after months of inaction and take meaningful measures to address police accountability, brutality and criminal justice reform.”

CA Dem Faces Ethics Complaint for Using Office to Get Into Yosemite

A nonpartisan ethics watchdog hit Rep. T.J. Cox (D., Calif.) with an ethics complaint Wednesday for using the power of his office to score free tickets into Yosemite National Park on the Fourth of July.

"The ethics rules do not allow Members to use their official position for private or political purposes, i.e., to obtain tickets not available to the general public under the guise of official business," said Kendra Arnold, the executive director of the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT). "Given the circumstances and evidence, it certainly appears that Congressman Cox used his official position to circumvent the normal process all citizens have to go through. He then attempted to justify his trip by releasing a political video lobbying for a bill, which, by nature, would not qualify as official business."

Arnold added that an investigation should be opened to reveal the purpose of the congressman's trip, who was with him, and what funds were used for it.

After first being denied passes to Yosemite, Cox convinced the Park Service he needed the passes for official government business. Cox tweeted a picture on July 4 of him and his family enjoying what appears to be Yosemite.

Hogan Administration Helps Drive More Than 11,000 Marylanders to Sign Up To Be Election Judges

Governor Hogan Urges Local Boards to Contact and Train Judges For Upcoming ElectionAdministration Has Conducted Aggressive Outreach to 65,000 State Employees, Made 167,000 Contacts Through Universities and Colleges
ANNAPOLIS, MD—In recent weeks, the Hogan administration’s aggressive recruiting efforts have already helped drive more than 11,000 Marylanders to sign up to be election judges. Amid increasing reports that interested judges are not being contacted or are being turned away, Governor Larry Hogan wrote to local election officials today to urge them to move quickly to secure and train judges for the upcoming election. Read the governor’s letter.
“As of today, based mainly on our administration’s aggressive recruiting efforts, more than 11,000 Marylanders have expressed interest in serving as election judges for the upcoming general election,” writes Governor Hogan. “However, there are increasing reports that local boards of election have failed to contact, or even turned away, interested election judges. This is unacceptable, and hurts our ability to safely conduct the November election.”
In his letter, the governor details the steps that he has directed the administration to take to recruit judges, which “have already put the state on track to exceed the number of judges needed to staff the polls”:
  • Multiple notices encouraging approximately 65,000 state employees to sign up and serve as election judges, doubling the incentive of previous elections by offering 16 hours of administrative leave for each day of service.
  • Collaboration with our colleges and universities to make 167,000 contacts encouraging staff and students to serve as election judges.
  • A dedicated digital media campaign for state agencies to regularly and actively promote the need for election judges on their homepages and social platforms.
“It is absolutely critical to ensure that the November election is conducted safely and effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic,” writes the governor. “You must stress to local boards the importance of responding to and training election judges immediately. There is no time to waste.”
In keeping with CDC guidelines that call for giving voters a wide variety of options, the Hogan administration continues to strongly encourage voting by mail, early voting, and voting on election day at off-peak times as safe and efficient options.

'This is indoctrination': Leaked documents reveal disturbing lessons our schools are planning to teach

'I believe in understanding other people, but that's NOT what this is'

On the radio program Tuesday, Glenn Beck discussed the details of just one of the 800 leaked documents that reveal some truly disturbing lessons that schools all across America are planning to teach our kids.

"This is the Black Panthers' Ten-Point Program," Glenn said of the document. "This particular school assignment is to memorize the Black Panthers' Ten-Point program."

Glenn read the content of the Ten-Point Program, which includes demands for guaranteed income, guaranteed housing, reparations, free health care, and release from incarceration for "black and oppressed people."

"So your kids have to study all of this. And then ... students will be given a worksheet to make sure they retain the information," Glenn explained. "This is obscene. And this is one document — they get muchworse than this. This is one of the documents that we will be exposing, that are building floated and put into action in schools across the country.

Jacob Blake's family is 'disgusted' by violence in Wisconsin

Jacob Blake’s mother begged rioters to stop the looting and violence in the wake of her son’s police shooting in Wisconsin, saying her family is “quite frankly disgusted” with the civil unrest.

Julia Jackson’s plea came Tuesday night as she told CNN’s Don Lemon that she didn’t condone the turmoil that’s unfolded in Kenosha.

“My family and I are very hurt. And quite frankly disgusted,” Jackson said, while flanked by her husband, Jacob Blake Sr. “And as his mother, please don’t burn up property and cause havoc and tear your own homes down in my son’s name.

“People shouldn’t do it anyway, but to use my child or any other mother or father’s child, our tragedy — to react in that manner is just not acceptable. And it’s not helping Jacob. It’s not helping Jacob or any other of the men or women who has suffered in these areas.”

Jackson also shared her exchange with her son while visiting him in the hospital for the first time.

Revenge of the Normies

The 2020 Republican National Convention is the Trump presidency in microcosm: precedent is overturned, norms disregarded, and authorities ignored or dismissed in favor of the men and women who comprise the Trump coalition. It's polarizing and riveting. And the whole thing makes for great television.

The second night of the convention featured high-profile speeches from First Lady Melania Trump, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and Eric Trump. But, once again, the real stars were President Trump and the cast of Americans who had been selected to illustrate aspects of his multi-front war on the political and media elite. We heard from a Maine lobsterman, a Wisconsin dairy farmer, a truck driver from Ohio, and a police officer from New Mexico who adopted the child of a woman addicted to opiates. Nick Sandmann explained how mainstream media outlets defamed him based on a photo that went viral on Twitter. Sandmann brought a bit of meme culture to the proceedings when he "trolled" his media antagonists by putting on a MAGA cap at the end of his speech.

Trump sent many reporters and commentators into a fury when he pardoned a former convict and presided over a naturalization ceremony in the middle of the convention. But the whole thing worked, both as political theater and as campaign strategy. Trump's interactions with normal Americans humanize him and allow him to display rarely seen compassion and to utilize his self-deprecating sense of humor. And the men and women highlighted in these two segments are living rebukes to the critical narratives surrounding Trump on race and immigration. Trump's exchanges with each of the new Americans were charming and amusing. After he finished reading aloud the resume of a new U.S. citizen from Lebanon who is a multilingual psychologist, Trump quipped, "In other words, she can figure me out." Everyone in the room laughed.

CNN’s Lemon, Cuomo: Biden Needs to Stop Ignoring Riots — ‘This Is a Blind Spot for Democrats’

Tuesday on CNN, network anchors Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon said Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden needed to address the rioting in Wisconsin after a video of Kenosha resident Jacob Blake being shot by police made its way onto the internet.

Cuomo said, “You have COVID and Kenosha, Don, and what’s happening in Wisconsin, it’s a Rorschach test for where this country is, and I think it probably represents the biggest threat to the Democratic cause.”

Lemon said, “You took the words right out of my mouth.”

Cuomo said, “That’s because we’re reading from the same teleprompter.”

Lemon said, “That’s all you. This is where I come in. We’ll get to that. But when you said it’s too little too late, I don’t know about that. I mean, we still have a lot of time left until election day. I do think that this —what you said was happening in Kenosha is a Rorschach test for the entire country. I think this is a blind spot for Democrats. I think Democrats are hoping this will go away, and it’s not going to go away.”

He added, “I think maybe Joe Biden may be afraid to do it. I’m not sure. Maybe he won’t, maybe he is. He’s got to address it. He’s got to come out and talk about it. He’s got to do a speech like Barack Obama did about race. He’s got to come out and tell people that he’s going to deal with the issue of police reform in this country, and that’s what’s happening now is happening under Donald Trump’s watch. When he is the president, Kamala Harris is the vice president. Then they will take care of this problem. But guess what? The rioting has to stop. Chris, as you know, and I know it’s showing up in the polling, it’s showing up in focus groups. It is the only thing right now that is sticking.”

Navajo Nation VP: Native Americans Weren’t Invited to the American Dream Until Donald Trump Was Elected

Myron Lizer, vice president of the Navajo Nation, said on Tuesday at the Republican National Committee’s 2020 convention that, until President Donald Trump was elected, Native Americans were ignored by Washington.

“Many of our ancestral leaders sought to govern and lead a nation within a nation,” Lizer said. “They sought to lead their people into the promises of a better way of life for their children’s children.”

“It is also where they have not been as successful as the rest of America,” Lizer said. “Our first nation’s people — the host people of the land — we are still here. Our creator placed us here and he knew that for such a time as this we would have the opportunity for an appeal to heaven.”

“You see our people have never been invited into the America Dream,” Lizer said. “We for years fought past battles with congressmen and senators that were part of a broken system that ignored us. That is until President Trump took office.”

Hillary Clinton: 'Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances' in November election

Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said Monday that Democratic presidential nominee Joseph R. Biden should not concede the November election “under any circumstances” because of the Republican Party’s attempts to “mess up” mail-in voting.

During an interview on Showtime’s “The Circus,” Mrs. Clinton said the election between President Trumpand Mr. Biden will be a “close” one and that Republicans will do everything they can to secure “a narrow advantage in the Electoral College.”

“In the recent Michigan primary, I was told, in Detroit the Republicans had 40 lawyers challenging absentee, mail-in voting, and a local reporter, talking to one of the lawyers he knew, was told it was a dry run for November,” the former secretary of state said. “So we’ve got to have a massive legal operation — I know the Biden campaign is working on that.

Voter Fraud: Man Arrested in L.A. for Voting 3 Times as His Dead Mother

From Breitbart:

A man from Norwalk, California, in Los Angeles County was arrested and charged last month for voting three times as his dead mother, as well as voting for himself, the Los Angeles District Attorney announced in a statement on Tuesday.

The DA’s office said:

A Norwalk man has been charged with allegedly casting votes in three elections on behalf of his mother who had passed away, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced today.

Caesar Peter Abutin (dob 11/2/64) was charged in case BA488819 with one felony count each of fraud in connection with votes cast and fraudulent voting. He pleaded not guilty today and is scheduled to return for a preliminary hearing setting on October 28 in Department 50 of the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.

The case was filed for warrant on July 31.

Deputy District Attorney Marian Thompson of the Public Integrity Division is prosecuting the case.

Between October 2012 and November 2014, Abutin is accused of voting in three elections, claiming to be his 67-year-old mother who passed away in July 2006, while also casting votes for himself.

The charges were announced, coincidentally, in the midst of the Democratic National Convention, as Democrats accused President Donald Trump of exaggerating the potential for voter fraud in his push against automatic vote-by-mail.

FARRELL: VOA’s Much Needed Shake-Up

Why would American taxpayers pay for anti-U.S. propaganda to be broadcast and published around the world? Beyond just plain, old “stupid” – right? Those of us “woke” to the pervasiveness of the Deep State see it as more than a coincidence. The attacks on America masquerade as independent journalism. Those abuses at the U.S. Agency for Global Media have resulted in a long overdue shake-up. USAGM – which oversees global communications agencies like the Voice of America and numerous regional programs – has suffered from a confused sense of mission and has been transmitting muddled messages.

CEO Michael Pack has come under withering fire for implementing sweeping personnel and policy changes, having removed most of the leadership of USAGM’s various components and pressed for more focused and pro-American content. Imagine that – a Voice of America that actually promotes American values. Compared to the grim narrative pitched by most media outlets that would be a radical message indeed.

Pack’s critics see his reforms as an assault on press freedom. They argue that these government-funded entities should be free to publish whatever they want without interference, even from the agency tasked with their supervision. But no media organization, public or private, operates on the principle of freedom from editorial oversight and direction

Harris Applauds Health Center Quality Improvement Grants

WASHINGTON, DC: Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01) announced the award of $151,616 in federal grants from the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).  Funding was obtained via HRSA’s Quality Improvement Awards, which are designed to help health centers further strengthen quality improvement activities and expand quality primary health care service delivery. HRSA’s Quality Improvement Awards recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide, as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvements from the previous year. Health centers are recognized for achievements in various areas, including improving cost-efficient care delivery while also increasing quality of care, reducing health disparities, increasing both the number of patients served and patients’ ability to access comprehensive services, advancing the use of health information technology, and delivering patient-centered care..

Specifically, three health centers serving the Eastern Shore have been awarded funding:

West Cecil Health Center, Inc.
  • $5,750 in Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality grants
  • $21,866 in Clinical Quality Improvers grants

Choptank Community Health System, Inc.
  • $5,750 in Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality grants
  • $60,000 in Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition grants

Three Lower Counties Community Services, Inc.
  • $8,250 in Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality grants
  • $50,000 in Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition grants

Congressman Harris made the following statement:
“As a physician and member of the House Appropriations Committee, I applaud the award of this federal funding to our local health centers.  These grants are designed to improve efficiency in care delivery, quality of care, and reward high achieving centers – which leads to better overall health service for our consistently underserved rural areas.  These grants have my full support.”

State Department Official ‘Destroyed’ Records at Foreign Agent's Request

A former State Department official told the Senate Intelligence Committee that he destroyed records in January 2017, the month President Donald Trump took office, at the request of former British spy Christopher Steele, according to a new report.

Jonathan Winer, who served as special envoy to Libya through early 2017, was Steele’s contact at the State Department. Winer arranged a meeting for Steele in October 2016 with another State Department official at Foggy Bottom to share findings of research on Trump, then the Republican presidential nominee in the November 2016 election.

The Senate Intelligence Committee interviewed Winer twice about his contacts with Steele and his handling of the so-called Steele dossier on Trump, on July 10, 2017, and April 18, 2018.

According to the Senate committee’s report released Tuesday, Winer disclosed that he destroyed reports that Steele had sent him over the years. The report also says that Winer failed to reveal when asked in his first interview with the committee that he had arranged the meeting for Steele at the State Department months earlier.
