A 42-year-old Milton man was charged Sept. 9 with dealing in child pornography and other charges after police investigated an Aug. 6 sexual assault complaint at his home.
A 24-year-old woman and her friend were visiting Travis E. Land at his home in the 18000 block of Hudson Road when he injected her with lidocaine epinephrene without her permission, said Cpl. Bruce Harris of the Delaware State Police.
