Boehner Now 'All in' on Marijuana, Predicts Nationwide Legalization

WASHINGTON – Former House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said he was “wrong” about marijuana when he opposed legalizing the drug while serving in Congress.

Boehner predicted that national cannabis legalization is going to happen in less than five years.

“That sound bite about being ‘unalterably opposed’ to cannabis is almost a decade old. Back then, like a lot of folks, I was getting faulty information,” Boehner said of his 2011 remark during today’s American Cannabis Summit online seminar organized by the National Institute for Cannabis Investors.

“I realized I was wrong and, let me tell you, I’ve been having more and more meetings with my friends and colleagues on the Hill about this – some of the most conservative politicians around and their views are evolving on cannabis, too, just like the American people,” he added.

Boehner told the story of a veteran he met who turned to cannabis for pain relief.

Avenatti accused of 'outright fraud' in new FBI referral

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley sent a new request Friday for the Justice Department to open a second investigation into Michael Avenatti, saying the anti-Trump lawyer lied to Congress through a second affidavit.

“Simply put, the sworn statement Mr. Avenatti provided the committee on October 2 appears to be an outright fraud,” Mr. Grassley wrote in asking the FBI to conduct a review.

Earlier this week Mr. Grassley asked the FBI to look at whether the lawyer and his client Julie Swetnick lied when they alleged Justice Brett Kavanaugh was complicit in gang rapes at high school parties in the 1980s.

Ms. Swetnick’s story changed, though, and her charges remain uncorroborated. Mr. Grassley says Mr. Avenattiappeared to be trying to obstruct the Senate’s confirmation process — a federal crime.

In an effort to back up Ms. Swetnick, Mr. Avenatti in early October submitted another affidavit — though he did not reveal to the committee who it was from.

Why Did God Choose the Apostle Paul?

During interviews about my most recent book, "Jesus Is Risen: Paul and the Early Church," many hosts have asked me why the greatest persecutor of Christians, Saul of Tarsus (later known as Paul), became Christianity's foremost evangelist.

This is a fascinating question because Paul, by all appearances, was the least likely person to pioneer early Christianity's missionary efforts. He was born a Jew in Tarsus but raised and educated in Jerusalem under Gamaliel, a highly respected rabbi and Jewish scholar who mentored him on the "strict manner of the law of our fathers" (Acts 22:3). Paul touted his own Jewish bona fides, saying, "If anyone else thinks he has reason for confidence in the flesh, I have more: circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; as to the law, a Pharisee; as to zeal, a persecutor of the church; as to righteousness under the law, blameless" (Philippians 3:4-6).

When Paul saw some of his Jewish brothers converting to Christianity, he was more than a little upset. He viewed Christianity not as some harmless competing religion but as one that was seeking to co-opt his religion, corrupt it at its core and twist it into something it was never intended to be. So he set out to bring to justice the heretics who were betraying the God he'd worshipped his entire life.

Why would God choose such a man to present the very Gospel that drove him to persecute and even execute early Christians? Scripture clarifies that God specifically chose Paul, before he was born, to proclaim the Gospel, mainly, but not exclusively, to the Gentiles (Galatians 1:15-16).

Florida prison guard and his wife arrested for smuggling McDonald's hamburgers into county jail

A Miami prison has uncovered a corrections officer's alleged smuggling scheme in which inmates paid him for contraband including McDonald's hamburgers.

Gary West Alford, a 23-year veteran of the Metro West Detention Center, was arrested on Thursday along with his wife and alleged accomplice Shantica Anastacia Alford, 31.

Prosecutors say an inmate paid Shantica Alford $500 through a smartphone app in exchange for a delivery of McDonald’s Quarter Pounder hamburgers and lemon-pepper chicken wings into the jail, according to the Miami Herald.

Gary Alford is facing 14 charges of unlawful compensation and introducing contraband into a county detention facility, while his wife is facing seven counts of introducing contraband.

They are both scheduled to appear in court on November 26.

Attorney General Frosh Joins Coalition to Demand Withdrawal of Proposal to Roll Back the Nation’s Clean Car Standards

Current Achievable Clean Car Standards Save Consumers Money, Reduce Emissions, and Prevent the Effects of Climate Change

BALTIMORE, MD –
Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh today joined a coalition of 21 attorneys general and four major cities, in filing written comments demanding the Trump administration’s U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) withdraw their proposal to eliminate the national Clean Car Standards. The current Clean Car Standards require significant and feasible reductions in fuel economy and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from passenger cars and light trucks. The current rule is expected to prevent up to 2,000 premature deaths, 50,000 cases of respiratory ailments, and reduce asthma symptoms for the 24 million Americans, including 6.3 million children. The rule would save the average consumer $1,620 over the lifetime of a personal vehicle.

The Trump administration’s proposal would throw out these standards, which are supported by scientific research and have been repeatedly proven achievable, in favor of a plan that requires no improvements in vehicle fuel economy or GHG emissions for a period of at least six years. In addition, the proposal would unlawfully revoke Maryland’s long-standing authority to manage its own more stringent GHG standards per the State’s Clean Cars Act. This law allows Maryland to regulate GHG from passenger vehicles, and includes a Zero Emissions Vehicle (ZEV) mandate that car manufacturers must meet. As a result of the Clean Cars Program, Maryland has seen a substantial reduction in nitrogen oxide (NOx) from highway vehicles as well as GHG emissions.

“The EPA and NHSTA have a responsibility to uphold standards that have, time and time again, been shown to be attainable and critical to reducing the pollutants that harm public health and the environment,” said Attorney General Frosh. “We will continue to oppose this administration’s efforts to chip away at protections that combat rapidly accelerating climate change and its dangerous consequences. The right of individual states to adopt pollution standards stricter than federal standards is critical to protecting public health and our unique environmental resources.”

Second Suspect Arrested-Seaford

Arslan Chaudhary
Seaford – The Delaware State Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a reckless endangering incident.

'Hate Crimes'? There Have Been 1,705 Deadly Force Attacks on Churches Since 1999

Liberal groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) track "hate crimes," and conservatives rightly remember crimes of malice committed against them, but the vast majority of crime is not motivated by animus towards people groups — but by personal anger. Carl Chinn, founder of the Faith Based Security Network, has catalogued deadly force attacks against religious organizations for nearly 20 years, and found that "hate" only inspired a small percentage of these attacks.

"The animus that results in deadly violence is one of the lowest reasons that we see deadly violence," Chinn told PJ Media. While this does not prove that animus towards people groups (racism, sexism, Christianophobia, et cetera) does not exist, it does show that the more likely motive for deadly violence — at religious organizations at least — is something else.

According to his statistics, only 76 out of the 1,705 deadly force attacks against religious organizations (including all denominations of Christianity, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, etc.) since 1999 have been inspired by animus against a specific people group (be it racial or religious or something else). Such incidents make up only 5.87 percent of the deadly attacks on churches.

Pending Home Sales Slump For 5th Straight Month

Following the plunge in existing, and new home sales in September, pending home sales were expected to be unchanged, but printed a small 0.5% MoM gain (against downwardly revised August data).

However, pending home sales dropped 3.4% YoY (on non-adjusted data), the 10th annual decline in the last 11 months...

The advance was led by a 4.5 percent gain in the West, while the Midwest posted a 1.2 percent increase, Northeast slid 0.4 percent while South was down 1.4 percent.

Pending Home Sales SAAR is hovering just above 4 year lows...

Realtors remain hopeful at this tiny rebound...

“This shows that buyers are out there on the sidelines, waiting to jump in once more inventory becomes available and the price is right,” Lawrence Yun, NAR’s chief economist, said in a statement.

“Though affordability has been falling recently, the demand for housing should remain steady.”

Peter Schiff: The Dollar And Americans' Standard Of Living Will Be "Biggest Casualties"

The United States economy is about to crash and it will take the dollar and the American standard of living with it. Peter Schiff, who currently serves as the CEO of Euro Pacific Capital, says it is time to prepare for the global market crash in light of the recent downturn.

“All the signs are already there. Look at what’s happening out there. The stock market is falling, 40 percent of the S&P is already in a bear market. Look at homebuilders, the housing stocks, the financials, the retailers – all these are the same things that were happening in 2007 leading to that crisis,“ Schiff, who accurately predicted the 2008 recession, told RT America. We don’t have much time left in this economic bubble if Schiff is correct.

After the dramatic early drop, U.S. stocks recovered but still finished lower after a wild day on Wall Street. By the closing bell, the Dow was down 126 points, or 0.5 percent, recovering most of its early losses. The Nasdaq closed down 0.4 percent, while the S&P 500 shed 15 points, finishing 0.6 percent lower. Schiff urged people to be prepared for not only an economic crisis but a political crisis as well with the current administration likely to take the blame.

According to Schiff, the US national currency is set to meet with the worst losses along with the American standard of living. Although the Trump administration is to blame for the trade war that is already wreaking havoc on American’s wallets, Schiff says the political crisis about to follow will be much worse.

“So, what you’ve got to do is get out of U.S. dollar assets. The dollar is going to be the biggest casualty along with the American standard of living,” he said, adding that foreign stock markets, especially emerging markets, currently depressed by the strong dollar would see a strong rise. “They are going to see a boom when the dollar weakens,” Schiff said.

DeSantis: Florida Will Have Sanctuary Cities if Gillum Becomes Governor

Florida Republican gubernatorial candidate Rep. During their second gubernatorial debate, DeSantis, addressing Gillum’s remarks that there are no official sanctuary cities in Florida, said “that’s going to change if he’s governor. He’ll support sanctuary cities.”

Gillum, who ran on a platform of abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and impeaching President Donald Trump, and DeSantis are in a tight battle down the homestretch, with Gillum having slight leads in recent polls.

TSA Confirms Biometrics, Facial Recognition To Be Condition For All Air Travelers

Today the US Transportation Security Administration released a detailed TSA Biometric Roadmap for Aviation Security & the Passenger Experience, making explicit the goal of requiring mug shots (to be used for automated facial recognition and image-based surveillance and control) as a condition of all domestic or international air travel.

This makes explicit the goal that has been apparent, but only implicit, in the activities and statements of both government agencies and airline and airport trade associations.

It’s a terrifyingly totalitarian vision of pervasive surveillance of air travelers at, quite literally and deliberately, every step of their journey, enabled by automated facial recognition and by the seamless collaboration of airlines and airport operators that will help the government surveil their customers in exchange for free use of facial images for their own business purposes and profits.

The closest contemporary counterpart to what the TSA envisions for the USA is the pervasive surveillance and control of travelers in China through automated facial recognition by the Public Security Bureau.

Automated surveillance of air travelers by the TSA will begin with people who have “voluntarily” provided photos for other purposes such as background checks:

D.C. Was Scammed Out of $700,000. Now the Treasury Department Is Investigating.

Scammers posing as a city vendor were able to successfully steal almost $700,000 from the city government in Washington, D.C.

The Treasury Department is investigating the theft, which happened in July, city officials told The Washington Post. The hundreds of thousands of dollars had been wired to the scammers' bank account. None of the money has been recovered.

David Umansky, spokesman for D.C. Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey DeWitt, said that the incident has led to stricter security protocols in DeWitt's office, such as now requiring additional confirmation before a vendor changes bank information. The investigation, conducted by the Treasury Department because bank fraud is a felony offense, is ongoing.

According to the Post, the scammers were able to impersonate the vendor Winmar Construction after a hacker created a fraudulent email address after gaining information from the vendor. The hacker altered one letter in the company's domain and used this address to communicate with the D.C. Department of General Services.

President Trump INSPIRATIONAL Speech at Young Black Leadership Summit 2018

Should the Constitution Have a Right to Privacy? Voters in New Hampshire, the 'Live Free or Die' State, Will Decide.

Privacy concerns have prompted 10 states to add privacy protections in their constitutions. Voters in New Hampshire, the "Live Free or Die" state, could make theirs the next.

Chad Marlow, a privacy lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), has a ritual.

Each year, at the start of the New Hampshire legislative session, he reads a slew of proposed bills from longtime Republican state Rep. Neal Kurk, one of the nation's most prolific lawmakers on the issue of privacy. Marlow says reading his legislative priorities -- from regulating surveillance drones to challenging government disclosure of voter information -- is "like Christmas" for a civil libertarian like himself.

Kurk isn't seeking another term in Concord, but voters can give him a farewell gift in November. He and Marlow worked together to get a major privacy initiative onto the state's ballot.

Question 2 aims to protect Granite State residents' privacy rights in the digital age. If approved by voters, the measure would amend the state constitution to say: "An individual's right to live free from governmental intrusion in private or personal information is natural, essential and inherent."

The goal is to ensure that governments get permission before snooping through citizens’ private social media accounts, internet search histories, emails and text messages.

"Without state constitutional protections, privacy is not the Granite State’s default setting," Kurk and Marlow wrote in a recent ACLU blog post. "Rather, it needs to be repeatedly established, protected and defended by the state legislature each time a new surveillance technology or method is established, which is a common occurrence in our modern technological world."

Court: Georgia Cannot Reject Absentee Ballots Without Allowing Voters to Fix Them

A federal judge intends to issue an injunction barring Georgia election officials from tossing certain absentee ballots without giving would-be voters advance notice and a chance to rectify any issues.

The implementation of the injunction -- which U.S. District Court Judge Leigh Martin May plans to file Thursday -- could complicate the work of election officials statewide, requiring the review of hundreds or thousands of ballot signatures with less than two weeks until Election Day. But civil rights groups whose lawsuits led to May's decision have already declared victory in the battle, just one of many voting rights skirmishes to surface in what's become a contentious Georgia election season.

"Delinquency Is At Crisis Levels" - Student Loan Bubble Is About To Pop

According to a new Bloomberg Report, the student debt crisis is about to take a turn for the worse, as the next generation of millennial graduates could be trapped in insurmountable debts.

Over the last decade, the federal student loan segment experienced an explosion in growth.

As the cost of college soars, the result is a widening default crisis that even Fed Chairman Jerome Powell recently warned:Burgeoning levels of student loan debt could slow down economic growth over time.

Millennials have frantically tapped into student loans, up almost 157% in cumulative growth over the decade. By comparison, Bloomberg notes that auto debt has grown by 52% while mortgage and credit card debt fell by 1%. Student Loans Owned and Securitized, Outstanding has breached the $1.5 trillion level under the Trump administration, making it the second largest household debt segment among all Americans, after mortgages.

Arnold Ahlert: Disintegrating Families, Disintegrating Culture

The root of our cultural rot can be traced back to one place: the shift away from nuclear families.

In recent columns, this writer has sought to address the root causes of the nation’s increasing polarization. One of the foremost of those is an education system that turns out generations of weak-thinking Americans whose command of the nation’s founding documents, civic structures, and historical foundations is virtually nonexistent — even as those same Americans are well-schooled in the nation’s shortcomings. If this effort is allowed to continue, our status as a constitutional republic and what is often referred to as the world’s “last best hope for mankind” is seriously threatened. Nationally televised congressional hearings would be a great way to begin shedding light on a contemptible dynamic that can no longer be blamed on incompetence.

It is nothing less than a concerted and coordinated effort to “fundamentally transform” the nation, and it must be exposed.

Yet there can be no mistaking the reality that the devolution of our education system has root causes as well. The failure factories otherwise known as public schools created — and nurtured — by the Democrat Education Complex are far easier to maintain in a disintegrating culture. There is a level of legitimacy in the all-too-familiar teachers’ lament that some children are “unteachable,” and that assertion is almost invariably accompanied by the reason for it: Most of these children live in circumstances that could be charitably described as “chaotic” at best — and wholly removed from anything resembling civilized norms at worst.

Expect A "Lost Decade", Mish Warns Stock Market Rout "Only Just Starting"

October has been a terrible month for equities. Yet, this is only a start of what's to come...

Despite the rout, the S&P is just barely down for the year.
Expect a "Lost Decade"

Why?

The Shiller PE Ratio also known as "CAPE", the Cyclically Adjusted Price-Earnings Ratio, is in the stratosphere. It's not a timing mechanism, rather it's a warning mechanism.

The main idea is that earnings are mean reverting.

Fake bombs are not bombs. Fake news is fake news.

The fake news of the day has been disingenuously pretending that any of those persons to whom the fake bombs were addressed was in any danger. None of them was. Who sends bombs to people who do not open their own mail?

As Roger L. Simon wrote, it doesn't matter who built those little fake not-pipe bombs; the intent is clear. The message? See, it isn't only the left that is vicious and violent. The right is violent, too! Whoever is guilty of perpetrating this latest stunt is irrelevant. His intent is obvious: demonstrate that there are lunatics on the right, too! Great plan.

Underestimating the intelligence of the American people is a progressive conceit. People on the left are confident that those not on their "team" are all troglodytes.

We on the right cannot escape knowing their Marxist-socialist opinions, their plans for transforming America. We are subjected to their views and values all day, every day, in print and on television. But they know nothing of what or how we think or what our values are. The young know nothing about the truth of American history or the Constitution. Everything they have been taught is wrong.

With the exception of those educated at Hillsdale College and a few other places, they know nothing about the founding of this nation, the Constitution, or the Revolutionary War that won our independence. They know nothing of the facts of the Civil War, Lincoln, or the truth of the racism that characterized the Democratic Party then and still does. It is the left that defines all of us by skin color and on one scale of victimhood or another.

Trump Weighing Asylum Shutdown That Would Close Southern Border To Migrants

As fear, anxiety and paranoia descend on members of the migrant caravan following a rash of deaths, inspiring many to turn back or accept rides from Mexican law enforcement back to the local immigration-processing facilities, President Trump is reportedly weighing an executive action that would suspend migrants' ability to seek asylum in the US, virtually guaranteeing that any migrants who cross the US's southern border would be immediately arrested and deported.

If Trump follows through with the plan, according to Politico, he would invoke his authority under Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the same authority that allowed him to pursue the immigration ban that was upheld by the Supreme Court back in June, to temporarily suspend migrants ability to seek asylum, because, per the Washington Post, it "would be contrary to the national interest" and "detrimental to the interests of the United States."

However, several anonymous administration officials told WaPo that invoking this power - a decision that would almost certainly be blocked by a federal court (likely the same San Francisco district court that blocked multiple iterations of the Trump travel ban) - is "one of several" options under consideration. Though, as Fox News points out, a Supreme Court ruling earlier this summer affirmed the president’s right to bar the entry of migrants who "would be detrimental to the interests of the United States."

Texas Democratic Party Leader Funded 'Voter Fraud Ring,' Says AG

A North Texas woman recently indicted as part of a “voter fraud ring” paid the others involved in the scheme with funds provided by a Democratic Party leader, say court documents filed by the Office of Attorney General Ken Paxton this week.

Leticia Sanchez was charged with 17 felony counts of voter fraud following an investigation by Paxton’s office. Sanchez, 57, allegedly paid her co-defendants to target elderly voters in select northern Fort Worth precincts in the 2016 March Democrat Party primary election to affect the outcome of certain down-ballot candidate races.

The state’s newly filed notice of intent to introduce evidence in the Sanchez criminal case alleged that Stuart Clegg, then Tarrant County Democratic Party executive director, funded the alleged voter fraud ring’s criminal activities.

Lottery Winners Should Choose Annuity, Not the Lump Sum

Every few months our country goes through “Power Ball Fever” where the uninformed, the uneducated, the dreamers, and my father stand in line to be the one who wins the jackpot. I gasp in amazement every time I see those long lines. It is a fact that you have a better chance of getting hit by an asteroid or getting killed driving to the convenience store to buy a ticket than actually winning the lottery. So what gives? Are we a land of idiots and people who ignore the simple math of probability? The unfortunate answer is probably yes on both of those points.

Winners Who Choose the Lump Sum Instead of Annuity Payments End up Bankrupt

I live in the state of Florida where lottery fever happens on a daily basis. There is a ping pong ball drawing on TV every night, and I’m sure there a ton of dreamers who tune in with a ticket in hand. There is a dark side to this lottery madness because most lottery winners end up squandering away the money. It’s pathetic. People win, take the lump sum, and then file bankruptcy a few years later. It’s actually predictable when you see the interview as they hold up the over-sized check. You can hear the bankruptcy clock ticking.

Here’s the mistake that most people make: they take the lump sum instead of the lifetime payout! It’s the dumbest move ever. Let me explain.

Annuity Lottery Payments Protect Assets From Beggars (I.E. Family & Friends)

When someone wins the lottery, I can only imagine the line of family and “friends” at the door with their hands out. That’s how the march to bankruptcy begins. When you take the annuity lifetime income stream instead of the lump sum, you are placingannuity handcuffs on these ungrateful beggars. Yes, they will show up every year for the rest of your life when your annuity payment arrives, but at least that will be a contractual filter.

NBC News Sat On Information That Would Have Discredited Kavanaugh Accusers

While promoting obviously biased and possibly defamatory narratives is par for the course at NBC News (in another example,MSNBC's chief political correspondent suggested last night that Russia might be behind the spate of attempted mail bombings despite having no evidence to support that claim), its decision to sit on information that undermined the claims of one of the Brett Kavanauh "accusers" wrangled by attorney/presidential candidate/charlatan Michael Avenatti is simply baffling, as the Daily Wire reported.

After NBC aired in an interview with Julie Swetnick that undermined her testimony in a sworn affidavit (something that recently earned the pair a criminal referral to the DOJ), Avenatti presented ANOTHER sworn statement from a fourth anonymous accuser who allegedly knew Swetnick and had witnessed some of the same boorish behavior exhibited by Kavanaugh.

Murdered University of Utah student was extorted before her killing, police say

A University of Utah student who police say was murdered by her ex-boyfriend told officers she wired $1,000 to an account earlier this month to prevent the release of "compromising pictures" of the pair, investigators said Thursday.

University Police Chief Dale Brophy told reporters that Lauren McCluskey, 21, reported the extortion to his officers on Oct. 13, nine days before she was found shot dead outside an on-campus dormitory. The suspect in her murder, 37-year-old Melvin Rowland, was found dead that same evening of a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a Salt Lake City church.

Brophy said that McCluskey had ended her relationship with Rowland on Oct. 9 after she discovered that he had lied to her about his age and was a registered sex offender. McCluskey initially declined police assistance in dealing with Rowland, but later reported receiving numerous emails and messages using different names trying to lure her to locations in addition to the extortion attempt. Investigators now believe the messages all came from Rowland, who Brophy called a master manipulator.

"If his lips were moving, he was lying," Brophy said of Rowland. "I don't think he told the truth to anybody based on our investigation."

The grandmother, identified as 48-year-old Carolyn Jones, was charged Oct. 16 with first-degree murder and held on $500,000 bond, the paper reported. At the time it was unclear to investigators what led to the toddler’s death.

Nolte: NBC News Hid Information that Would've Helped Clear Kavanaugh

NBC News deliberately hid vital information that would have helped clear Brett Kavanaugh of the serial rape allegations Julie Swetnick and her attorney, Michael Avenatti, leveled against him.

On September 16, Kavanaugh and his loved ones were dropped into a pit of hell due to allegations of sexual assault from Christine Blasey Ford. Although her story quickly fell apart during public testimony, for the three-plus weeks that would follow, in an effort to derail his confirmation, Democrats and their allies in the establishment media did everything in their power to personally destroy this man as a drunken serial rapist.

NBC News and Avenatti played a huge role in this obscene smear campaign. One notable example was NBC breathlessly publishing and airing an assault allegation against Kavanaugh that was quickly exposed as a hoax. NBC did not even bother to independently corroborate this allegation prior to airing it. A Democrat handed NBC the smear, and NBC ran with it.

Q3 GDP Of 3.5% Beats Expectations As Inventories Soar

With the US economy firing on all four cylinders heading into the 3rd quarter, largely thanks to the latent effects from Trump's fiscal stimulus, moments ago the BEA reported that in its first estimate of Q3 GDP, the US economy continued to surprise to the upside, growing at an annualized rate of 3.5%, modestly below the second quarter's 4.2% print but above the 3.3% expected.

However, a quick look at the internals reveals some ugly details below the surface.

While Personal consumption was indeed strong, rising 4.0% in Q3 after 3.8% in Q2, the largest increase since Q4 2014, and contributing 2.69% of the bottom line 3.49% GDP print, the main reason why the US economy grew as fast as it did in the third quarter was a build up in inventories, which contributed 2.07%, or 59% of the bottom line number. This was the biggest quarterly inventory stocking since the first quarter of 2015.

Nolte: NBC Closes the Trap on Megyn Kelly

According to various reports, Megyn Kelly has not only “parted ways” with NBC after losing her coveted 9 a.m. hour on NBC’s Today Show, she lost her representationat the powerful CAA talent agency.

Worse, when she tried to move to UTA, her “blackface” comments closed that door.

Because she is now toxic, on Wednesday, Kelly could only hire an attorney to represent her, a move that points to her fighting for every penny left on her three-year, $69 million contract — an agreement that was not set to expire with NBC until 2020.

Report: 3K SNAP Retailers Used SSNs of Deceased During Obama Admin

More than 3,000 Obama administration-approved Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retailers used Social Security numbers of dead people when reporting SNAP redemptions to the federal government, according to a recent report from the Government Accountability Institute (GAI).

The report from GAI, where Breitbart News Senior-Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer serves as president, went through a January 2017 audit from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Office of the Inspector General (OIG).

The audit examined SNAP retailers for 21 months between October 2013 to June 2015–the period during the Obama administration right after food stamp enrollment reached its highest recorded level since the welfare program’s inception.

Italy in shock: Third African migrant arrested in gang rape and homicide case of teen girl

The Italian police have arrested a third suspect in a case that shocked the country. As we reported earlier, the body of the 16-year-old Desiree Mariottini was found in an abandoned building in Rome on Saturday.

Two Senegalese nationals were already arrested last night: Mamadou Gara, 26, and Brian Minteh, 43. Today a third suspect was arrested as well. The 40-year-old man comes from Nigeria, details on his name were not given.

The men face charges of sexual group violence, selling drugs and voluntary manslaughter. Police try to track down at least one other suspect who likely was present during the gang rape of the girl, as well.

“Now I want justice for Desiree. I don’t want this tragedy to happen to other girls,” the victim’s mother, Barbara Mariottini said.

Calling Mohammed a Pedophile Not Covered by Free Speech, European Court Rules

According to Islamic texts, the 7th century Arabian who founded Islam was betrothed to Aisha when she was six, and the marriage was consummated when she was nine

Europe’s top human rights court has ruled that comments about Mohammed having pedophilic tendencies are not covered by the right to freedom of expression, agreeing with the assessment of courts in Austria that the remarks constituted “an abusive attack on the Prophet of Islam which could stir up prejudice and threaten religious peace.”

A seven-judge European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) panel in Strasbourg concluded that the Austrian courts had “carefully balanced the applicant’s right to freedom of expression with the rights of others to have their religious feelings protected, and to have religious peace preserved in Austrian society.”

Thursday’s decision came nine years after Elizabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, an Austrian political scientist and activist, held a seminar in Vienna where among things she criticized the treatment of women in Islam. The topic of Mohammed’s marriage to Aisha, the youngest of his dozen wives and concubines, came up.

According to Islamic texts, the 7th century Arabian who founded Islam was betrothed to Aisha when she was six, and the marriage was consummated when she was nine
