SHOCK VIDEO: Sacramento Police Taunted as “Cowards” while They Respond to Shooting of Young Female Officer — Crowd Heckles As Officer Lies Bleeding

The crowd heckled the officers, threatened to shoot them and called them cowards.

“Get your line! Cowards! The only people we need to be safe from is you!”

All of this was taking place on the street as a young female officer lay bleeding with gunshot wounds.
The 26-year-old officer was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Video posted to social media apparently captures two women taunting and heckling a group of California police officers Wednesday as they responded to a shooting that left one of their colleagues dead.

Posted to Twitter by Comstock Magazine digital editor Matthew Keys, the video reportedly shows Sacramento Police officers handling a domestic dispute which escalated into an armed standoff. In it, an officer is seen shooing two women away from an area and explaining that they need to move for fear of “dirty bullets.”

OH MY! Hunter Biden Accused of Fathering Child With Arkansas Woman – While He Was Dating His Dead Brother’s Wife

A 28-year-old Arkansas woman is claiming that Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden is the father of her 10-month-old child — and she’s suing to prove it.

Lunden Alexis Roberts claims Hunter Biden fathered her child while he was in a relationship with his own late brother’s wife (former sister-in-law), Hallie Biden.

You read that right. Hunter Biden began dating his brother’s widow in 2017 and they just split up a couple months ago.

Democrats Lash Out at Millionaire Food-Stamp Whistleblower

Democrats in a House agriculture subcommittee lashed out at a retired millionaire who applied for and received food stamps in an effort to prove that eligibility for the government benefits in his home state of Minnesota were too lax and could be easily exploited.

Rob Undersander noticed several years back that income was the only criterion for receiving benefits from the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps.

A retired engineer with a seven-figure nest egg but no real income, Undersander decided to perform an experiment to determine if someone as well-off as he and his wife could obtain the benefits.

"I've got the [SNAP] form in my hand and I'm thinking of my financial situation, and I said ‘you know, I just can't believe this,'" Undersander told the Washington Free Beacon by phone earlier this week. "So I went down to the second floor of the Sterns County Courthouse, stood in line a little bit, handed in the application and three weeks later I'm getting food stamps, a balance on my EBT card."

Trump delays planned ICE raids to see if Congress can solve border crisis

President Trump announced Saturday that a planned mass roundup of illegal immigrants by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is being delayed for two weeks, in the hope that a bipartisan solution to the border crisis can be reached.

“At the request of Democrats, I have delayed the Illegal Immigration Removal Process (Deportation) for two weeks to see if the Democrats and Republicans can get together and work out a solution to the Asylum and Loophole problems at the Southern Border,” he tweeted.

“If not, Deportations start!” he added.

The tweet came after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif, called Trump Friday and urged him to call off the raids, a source familiar with the situation told Fox News.

REPORT: It Will Cost $600,000 To Cover Up George Washington Mural That 'Traumatized' San Fran High School Students

Robby Soave at Reason Magazine reports that the San Francisco Unified School District will meet next week to discuss which of three "cover up" options is best for the mural, "The Life of Washington," which graces the foyer of George Washington High School. They'll decide whether to paint over the mural at a cost of $600,000, hide it behind paneling at a cost of $875,000, or hide it behind curtains (for the low, low price of just $300,000).

As Soave points out, that money could go to any number of important initiatives or even to hiring more teachers — the middle option, a $600,000 paint job, could support one newly hired SFUSD teacher for more than six years (SFUSD is currently experiencing a teacher shortage) — but a 13-member working group, tasked with scrubbing SFUSD of controversial historical monuments and materials says the school has no choice but to jettison the work of art.

The painting "glorifies slavery, genocide, colonization, manifest destiny, white supremacy, oppression" and "doesn't represent SFUSD values of social justice, diversity, united, student-centered," the working group said in a report issued earlier this year.

With Crony Tax Bill, Democrats Are Doing Their Level Best to Revive the Swamp

Congressional Democrats are taking the lead to renew a list of long-dead tax subsidies at the behest of powerful corporate lobbyists.

Their plan is to attach the long-sought-after corporate tax subsidies—called “tax extenders”—to a bill that expands welfare spending. How to pay for it? They plan to cover about a quarter of it by raising the estate tax. The rest would be added to the already-massive federal deficit.

The House Ways and Means Committee will consider the package of bills on Thursday.

There are 14 tax credits and other privileges under consideration that subsidize certain types of energy production and use. Biofuels, plug-in electric vehicles, coal facilities, and energy efficient homes all have their own carve-outs.

SEAN WAS RIGHT! Deep State Crooks Spied on Him — Released His Text Messages to Manafort! What Else do They Have?

Why are criminal THUGS in the US Department of Justice allowed to spy on AND LEAK personal text messages of ORDINARY AMERICANS!

Why are these same thugs allowed to make up evidence to spy on Americans? And then lock up their political opponents IN ISOLATION and jail them until death?
So this is America after Obama?

In April 2017 there were rumblings online that Sean Hannity and Blackwater founder, Erik Prince were being spied on by the Obama administration.

Sean Hannity spoke with Rose Tennent about these allegations in 2017.

It looks like the rumors were correct.

The Obama administration was using all powers of the US federal government to spy on their political enemies, including the Trump campaign, the Trump family, the Trump Transition Team, the Trump administration and those innocent Americans close to President Trump and his campaign.

British Lawmaker Suspended After Footage Shows Him Grabbing Woman By Her Neck And Dragging Her Out Of A Room

A British lawmaker was suspended for grabbing a woman by the neck and physically forcing her out of a government black tie event Thursday.

Foreign Office Minister Mark Field, of Britain’s Conservative Party, was suspended from his position Friday by the Prime Minister’s office for his use of force on a female protester during a dinner at the Mansion House, according to The Associated Press.

Finance Minister Philip Hammond was addressing a group of foreign industry executives at the gala when several female climate activists wearing red dresses and sashes reading “Climate Change Emergency” stormed into the venue, interrupting the speech. One could be seen reading aloud from a sheet of paper as she entered the room.

When one of the activists, Janet Barker, approached Field’s side of the table, he rose from his chair and aggressively confronted her.

Incredible colourised footage shows fearless US Air Force crews carrying out bombing raids across Germany during WWII

Never-before-seen colourised footage has brought to life the horrors US pilots faced while carrying out bombing raids across Germany during the Second World War.

The film was shot in 1943 by director William Wyler, who went on to win Academy Awards, while he was flying on dangerous bombing raids.

Wyler flew in B-17 missions for the US Eighth Air Force and captured footage for his famed war movie, The Memphis Belle: A Story of a Flying Fortress.

Trump Responds To Rape Accuser: ‘People Should Pay Dearly For Such False Accusations’

President Donald Trump released a statement Friday denying that he sexually assaulted E. Jean Carroll, who accused the president of attacking her in the 1990s.

Carroll claimed in a New York Magazine column published Friday that Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in Manhattan, New York. The accusation is an excerpt from Carroll’s upcoming book, “What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal,” in which the columnist states that Trump urged her to try on lingerie and then pushed her against a wall before penetrating her.

The White House denied the claim earlier this afternoon, but Trump released his own, more forceful, statement raising questions about Carroll’s claim.

Justin Fairfax Considering Running for Governor Because Controversy 'Raised His Public Profile'

What is it with notorious lawmakers wanting to run for higher office? A day after Roy Moore announced he's giving his Senate aspirations another go in Alabama despite the sexual assault allegations against him, Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax, fielding a similar scandal, revealed he's "seriously considering" running for governor in 2021.

Two women have come forward to accuse Fairfax of sexual assault. Dr. Vanessa Tyson, a professor at Scripps College, claims that Fairfax took advantage of her in a hotel room at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. Meredith Watson, who was a student at Duke University with Fairfax, said he raped her in 2000. He has denied all of it.

Most people wouldn't see the silver lining of a situation like this, but according to Fairfax, there's no such thing as bad publicity.

“Many people a year ago would not have recognized me, now they really do,” he told the Richmond Times-Dispatch. “People come up to me at gas stations, they say, ‘Hey, we recognize you. We love you. We know what they are saying about you is false?'”

Member of Polish Parliament invites AOC to visit former Nazi concentration camps

A member of Poland's Parliament wrote an open letter to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Thursday, inviting her to visit the sites of Nazi concentration camps in his country.

In his letter, Dominik Tarczyński extended an “olive branch of education” to the New York Democrat, giving her a brief history of the Nazi occupation of Poland and expressing his “distress” about the congresswoman's comparison of concentration camps to U.S. facilities.

“This is why when someone cheapens the history, or uses it for political point-scoring, we become agitated and upset,” Tarczyński wrote. “I understand that there are heightened tensions in your politics right now, but I would urge severe caution in attempting to leverage phrases such as 'concentration camp' for political ends. It will lead nowhere good.”

Planned Parenthood of St. Louis loses license to perform abortions in Missouri

Missouri's health department will not renew Planned Parenthood of St. Louis's license to perform abortions, according to a letter from the state's health department provided to CBS News. However, a district judge will allow the clinic to continue to perform abortions, for now.

In late May, the clinic sued the state for "refusing to renew" its license, which was set to expire on May 31. A district judge granted Planned Parenthood a preliminary injunction, allowing the clinic to continue providing the procedure, until the state made a final ruling on the license. The state's deadline to make that decision was today.

In court on Friday, Judge Michael Stelzer allowed the preliminary injunction to stand until he made a final decision on what would happen next with the clinic. The judge called the case one of the most difficult of his career.

More Than 600 U.S. Companies Sign Letter In Support Of Trump’s Tariffs

Over 600 companies based in the U.S. signed a letter Friday in support of the tariffs President Donald Trump slapped on China, citing a boost in American jobs and lower costs for their businesses.

The letter, shared first with the Daily Caller before the hearing, will be submitted during testimony Friday before the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR). The USTR has been having hearings all week regarding proposed tariffs on approximately $300 billion worth of Chinese products.

It is the intention of Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA), Chief Economist, Jeff Ferry to present the letter Friday morning during his testimony to the USTR. This letter pushes back on the letter last week that asks Trump to stop the tariffs on China. Those signers were mostly big-box retailers who manufacture their products in China.

Hundreds of migrant caravan members found to have US criminal histories: DHS files

Hundreds of illegal immigrants attempting to cross the southern border as part of massive migrant caravans were found to have criminal histories in the U.S., according to newly obtained Department of Homeland Security documents.

The DHS files were provided to House Oversight Committee Republicans in May and included internal data showing more than 1,000 migrants traveling as part of caravans to the border within the past nine months had “U.S. criminal histories” and hundreds had “U.S. criminal convictions.”

The files detailed one migrant caravan of nearly 8,000 individuals that started toward the border in October 2018 and arrived south of California by December. According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), 660 of them had U.S. criminal convictions—with 40 convicted of assault or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and three convicted of murder.

Where Does Trump Get Some Of His Crazy Ideas?

Nolte: Jim Acosta’s Book Plummets to #363 on Amazon

After only a little over a week in release, Jim Acosta’s crybaby anti-Trump book* has plummeted to #363 on America’s biggest bookseller,

Many of you know Jim Acosta. He is the chief White House correspondent for the fake news outlet CNN, a beta male who has been caught lying so many times it is impossible to count, a left-wing activist who prides himself on his dishonesty, a pajama boy who is not all that bright, a walking self-parody with two chins who needs to ease up on the hair dye.

Acosta did write a book, though, a whole book about how hard it is to tell the truth in Trump’s America … and yet, in Trump’s America, Acosta was still able to publish and publicize his book, which kind of undermines the entire premise of the book, no?

U.S. Wind tower goes up in July

After learning details during a public hearing last week in Ocean Pines regarding U.S. Wind’s pending installation next month of an offshore 300-plus foot meteorological tower, Ocean City Mayor Rick Meehan on Monday bemoaned the lack of advertising for the meeting, while championing holding subsequent informational gatherings in the resort as opposed to other communities in Worcester County.

“It was a public hearing, but there weren’t a lot of people there because I don’t think there was a lot of notice about it,” he said.

In a press release issued May 23, US Wind President and CEO Riccardo Toto said an agreement has been reached with EPIC Applied Technologies, which is headquartered in Houston with operations based in Louisiana, to install a meteorological tower roughly 17-miles offshore of the Ocean City coastline.

Toto said the tower will be used to collect raw wind data at a height comparable to the eventual turbines’ height.

Pa. man exposes pedophiles in OC

Exposing child predators one at a time — this is the slogan of Pennsylvania native Justin Perry, aka MR 17540, who recently visited Ocean City to expose three men he believed were pedophiles.

Perry began to document himself exposing people he thought were pedophiles last year after he saw a Florida man do the same.

Since then, Perry has uploaded around 88 videos to his Facebook page documenting his confrontations with the men in question.

“I’ll post to a dating website and…you have to be 18 to have a profile,” Perry said. “I never reach out to one of these guys, I wait for them to send me a message.”

Oregon senator walkout: 'patriot' groups vow to protect Republicans who fled state

Members of rightwing “patriot movement” groups have vowed to protect Republican senators in Oregon who have walked out of the state legislature in order to try and block the passage of climate legislation.

The move by the state senators – some of whom are believed to have fled to neighboring Idaho – was aimed at denying Democrats a quorum for passing landmark climate legislation. The proposed new Oregon law resembles California’s sweeping new “cap and trade” legislation.

After Oregon’s governor authorized state police to bring the 11 Republican senators back to the state house rightwing groups have said they will rally to their defense – raising the prospect of a potentially dangerous confrontation.

Figures aligned with the “patriot movement” group of organizations offered assistance to the rogue senators, though it was not immediately clear if this cooperation was welcomed by them.

Hogan Skipping Md. GOP Dinner With Pence

The Maryland Municipal League to the rescue.

One of the side dramas of Vice President Mike Pence’s looming visit to Maryland, where he’ll be headlining the Maryland Republican Party’s annual “Red, White and Blue” dinner on Monday, was whether Gov. Lawrence J. Hogan Jr. (R) would attend.

Hogan has been highly critical of President Trump and isn’t likely to support his reelection. But early on in the Trump administration, Hogan did mention that he had a decent relationship with Pence, dating back to Pence’s time as governor of Indiana. And according to a story told by former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R), Pence blessed Christie’s plan to funnel resources from the Republican Governors Association to Hogan’s underdog campaign in 2014.

Still, a Hogan appearance at the Pence event could be awkward – given that Hogan openly flirted with the idea of challenging Trump in next year’s presidential primaries. Not only that, a recent public poll of Maryland Republicans showed an overwhelmingly number preferred Trump to Hogan as their 2020 presidential nominee.

Will He Be Dragged For Treason? Obama Accepted Unsolicited Intelligence From A Foreign Source During 2016 Election

The liberal media went nuts. The Democrats had what was to be their 10,000thmeltdown over something President Trump did or said. In this case, it would his remarks about accepting dirt on his opponent from foreign sources, which he said during an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, a former Clinton political operative. Trump said it’s called opposition research. This isn’t anything new. It’s amazing, the gaslighting effort the Left is deploying on this front. It’s not shocking because…Hillary Clinton did it. The Clinton campaign hired Fusion GPS, who then hired ex-MI6 spook Christopher Steele to compile the document known as the Trump dossier; Democrats footed the bill for this operation.

The dossier was trash. The Mueller report debunked it, but at the time, it was a political opposition research document. It also cited sources still active in the Kremlin. And this information, shoddy and unverified, was used to secure a FISA spy warrant against Carter Page, a former foreign policy advisor to the Trump campaign. So, no, accepting dirt on your opponent from a foreign source did happen. It does happen. And even Obama accepted unsolicited advice from a foreign source during the 2016 election relating to Trump-Russia collusion. John Solomon of The Hill has more:
In July 2016, the Obama administration accepted unsolicited information from Alexander Downer, an Australian diplomat who just happened to have helped arrange a $25 million government donation to the Clinton Foundation years before. Downer said that he had witnessed a Trump campaign aide, George Papadopoulos, bragging about some dirt that the Russians supposedly had on Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

WALSH: Reparations Is A Great Idea. Here's How We Can Make Sure That Everyone Pays For The Sins Of Their Ancestors.

Yesterday, House Democrats held a hearing to discuss reparations. Actually, it was a hearing to discuss forming a commission to conduct a study to examine reparations. We may be far away from anything like a reparations system actually being enacted in this country, but we're closer than we were even a few years ago, when the leader of the Democratic Party, Barack Obama, came out against the idea. Now, most mainstream Democrats, including presidential candidates like Sens. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), favor it. As a noted progressive myself, I, too, support the policy. And I think I know how to make it work.

At the most basic level, reparations would involve the payment of a certain sum of cash to people whose ancestors six generations ago were slaves. It seems most reasonable to take this money from those whose ancestors six generations ago were slaveholders. Wealthy Hollywood actor Danny Glover was at the hearing because his great-great-great-grandmother was a slave. The fact that Glover is worth $40 million, and that most of the slaveholder descendants today are likely quite a bit poorer than him, does not matter. As it turns out, sometimes it's okay to take from the poor and give to the rich.

Now, a few questions must be addressed: Namely, how do we know who is descended from slaves and who is descended from slaveholders? Surely, a black person whose family arrived on these shores in 1970 can't claim any historical entitlement to slavery reparations. And a white person whose family came here after abolition — perhaps as Irish indentured servants — cannot be said to carry any guilt for North American slavery in his blood. It seems odd to think that anyone could carry the guilt for slavery in their blood, but that is the premise we must accept in order to get this ball rolling.

White population of the U.S. shrinks for the second year in a row as Hispanic population booms by 1.2M and will soon become the largest group in Texas

The non-Hispanic white population of the U.S. has shrunk for the second year in a row, according to newly released Census data.

In the year through July 1, 2018, the white population decreased by 152,386, while the Hispanic population increased by 1,164,289 and the black population grew by 321,955, according to new population estimates released on Thursday by the Census Bureau.

Asians were the fastest growing racial group on a percentage basis, shooting up 2.63 percent for the year, or an absolute gain of 479,755.

The estimates in population growth, which are updated yearly, are a net figure that includes births, deaths and net migration. The Census does not distinguish how much of the growth is due to migration versus births.

Alleged Burglar Joins Woman In Bed

OCEAN CITY — A man was arrested for burglary last weekend after allegedly breaking into a condominium and climbing in bed to watch television with a woman.

Around 2:30 a.m. last Friday, an Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) officer was dispatched to the area of 42nd Street for reports of a male suspect attempting to break into several condo units. Upon arrival, the OCPD officer observed Rhoan Dennis, 18, of Sunderland, Md., trying to climb a balcony.

According to police reports, the officer approached Dennis, who was now sitting on the railing of the balcony, and determined the suspect exhibited signs of intoxication.

GOP Congressman Introduces Bill to Defund Public Broadcasting

Republican Rep. Doug Lamborn (Colo.) has introduced a bill to defund the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), which includes National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).

"The national debt is over $22 trillion. The federal government cannot continue unconstitutional spending to subsidize media programs that are majority privately funded," the congressman said in a press release.

Lamborn claims that NPR and PBS have "shown increasing bias in sensitive political and social issues." He cites the recent PBS episode of the children's show Arthur, which featured a same-sex wedding. Alabama Public Television and the Arkansas Educational Television Network both refused to air the episode.

"The Constitution does not grant the federal government the authority to subsidize media programming. Not only is this funding unconstitutional and wasteful, but it has also violated the conscience rights of many conservative and religious Americans," Lamborn said, "American taxpayers subsidized the CPB, the parent organization to PBS and NPR, to the tune of $445 million annually for the last two fiscal years."

Chick-fil-A Success Proves You Can’t Fake the Role of Faith in Business Culture

“You can’t sell from an empty wagon.”

That statement from Jimmy Collins, Chick-fil-A’s former chief operating officer (and my supervisor), has always stuck with me.

Usually, Jimmy directed this observation toward the Chick-fil-A operator family around the realities of being ready for business: having proper inventory, properly trained talent, and an “on-stage” attitude all the time. You can never be successful if your “wagon” is not stocked and ready to go.

But while this might be a powerful picture of a business that’s prepared operationally, I also learned from Jimmy and Chick-fil-A’s founder, Truett Cathy, that “you can’t lead out of an empty wagon” either. No organization’s culture will be any stronger than the values, philosophies and, if genuine, the faith of its leader or leaders.

Is there a clear “why” for the business’s existence? Are there strong values that become motivations and filters for decision-making? And if the “why” is rooted in the genuine faith of the leader, then it will impact his or her decisions and behaviors.

Salisbury Drug Dealer Sentenced To 12 Years in Federal Prison for Distribution of Fentanyl Analogues

One Woman Known to Have Died As a Result of
Ingesting the Drugs

Baltimore, Maryland – U.S. District Judge George L. Russell III sentenced Narada Walls, age 38, of Salisbury, Maryland, today to 12 years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to possess and to distribute fentanyl and fentanyl analogues. Fentanyl analogues are chemical compounds designed to have effects similar to fentanyl and can be just as deadly. Judge Russell also ordered that Walls must forfeit anything of value seized during the investigation, including $29,650 in cash.

The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Robert K. Hur; Acting Special Agent in Charge Cardell T. Morant of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Baltimore; and Colonel William M. Pallozzi, Superintendent of the Maryland State Police.

U.S. Attorney Robert K. Hur stated, “Drug traffickers are on notice that dealing in fentanyl increases their odds of federal prosecution. We’re also targeting drug dealers who buy fentanyl on the dark web and re-sell this poison to our citizens. Working together with our local, state, and federal partners, we are determined to reduce the number of opioid overdose deaths in Maryland.”

“Individuals like Narada Walls are producing and profiting from deadly addictions, and the snares of these addictions entrap more people every day,” said HSI Baltimore Acting Special Agent in Charge Cardell T. Morant. “This significant sentence takes one more access point off the street and means fewer network may be permitted to rampantly poison our community.”

According to his plea agreement, in fall 2017, law enforcement began an investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and in Baltimore, which was responsible for importing and distributing fentanyl and fentanyl analogue substances. This investigation revealed that Narada Walls was part of the conspiracy and used assumed names and a fake e-mail address to purchase methoxyacetyl fentanyl directly from suppliers in China. Walls had this product shipped to addresses of his acquaintances along the Eastern Shore of Maryland to distance himself from the packages. Walls imported more than 1.5 kilograms of methoxyacetyl fentanyl in this manner.

In September and November, 2017, a confidential source purchased fentanyl analogue substances from Walls, at the direction of law enforcement. On each occasion, Walls brought the drugs to Baltimore, where he met with the source. During their interactions Walls discussed with the source the potency of this product and how it needed to be diluted with cutting agents or offered only to experienced drug users, or else overdoses could occur.

In December 2017, law enforcement executed a search warrant at Walls’ residence in Salisbury. Inside a safe found at the home was approximately 419 grams of methoxyacetyl fentanyl and approximately $18,650 in drug proceeds. Law enforcement recovered other drug-related paraphernalia from Walls’ bedroom, including a blender, a digital scale, and packaging materials.

Walls agreed that, in June 2017, he was in a relationship with a recovering heroin user. According to a witness, on June 14, 2017, Walls asked this woman to clean up the kitchen, which was the area where Walls mixed his drug product. In the process of cleaning up the blender in the kitchen, the victim ingested some of this fentanyl analogue product. The victim was subsequently found unresponsive on the kitchen floor, next to her minor child. Paramedics were called, and she was later pronounced dead. An autopsy determined that the woman’s death was caused by her exposure to this fentanyl analogue product.

United States Attorney Robert K. Hur commended HSI and Maryland State Police Gang Enforcement Unit East for their work in the investigation. Mr. Hur thanked Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jason D. Medinger and Burden Walker, who prosecuted the case.

College Student Destroys Pro-Life Display, ‘Because I Disagree’

A pro-abortion student at Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, Washington, recently tore down a pro-life cross display put up by the school’s Students for Life of America group. When asked why he was censoring the pro-life students, he replied, “because I disagree with the message.”

Students for Life of America released a video on Wednesday showing a pro-abortion student at Whatcom Community College removing pink crosses representing unborn children killed by Planned Parenthood. The display was put up as part of the organization’s “Planned Parenthood Truth tour.”

The incident, which took place on the campus last month, was captured on camera and shows the pro-abortion student tearing down the display while mocking the pro-life students who are attempting to engage in a dialog with him.

Shot In The Head

Linda Burnett, 23, a resident of San Diego, was visiting her in-laws
and while there went to a nearby supermarket to pick up some
groceries. Later, her husband noticed her sitting in her car in the
driveway with the car running and the windows rolled up. Her eyes
closed with both hands behind the back of her head. He became
concerned and walked over to the car. He noticed that Linda's eyes
were now open and she looked very strange. He asked her if she was okay; Linda replied that she had been shot in the back of the head and had been holding her brains in for over an hour (at least it seemed that way to her, it actually had been 15 minutes, she blamed the inability to tell time on her head injury).

The husband called the paramedics, who broke into the car because the doors were locked and Linda refused to remove her hands from her head.

When they finally got in, they found that Linda had a wad of bread
dough on the back of her head. From the back seat a Pillsbury biscuit canister had exploded from the heat, making a loud noise that sounded like a gunshot, and the wad of dough hit her in the back of her head. When she reached back to find out what it was, she felt the dough and thought it was her brains. She initially passed out, but quickly recovered.

Linda is blonde, a Democrat, and a Biden supporter; but that could all be a coincidence.

The defective biscuit canister was analyzed and it was determined to be Trump's fault

The problem with a 90% graduation rate

Last week, America’s Promise released its 2019 “Building a Grad Nation” report monitoring the nation’s progress toward a 90% public high school graduation rate. It celebrated the progress made between 2011 and 2017, wherein each year saw record graduation rates, and the percentage of non-graduates dropped by a quarter. It also implored greater focus, noting that to meet its goal by 2020, schools would have to double their rate of progress.

A 90% goal is nothing if not ambitious, as it would cut the percentage of non-graduates by more than half in ten years. America’s Promise wants more students—especially marginal students at the greatest risk of dropping out—to leave school “prepared to immediately enter postsecondary education or the workplace.” So do we all, but ambitious statistical targets like a 90% graduation rate, especially when sought quickly, are dangerous because they are as likely to produce empty victories as improved outcomes, especially for the marginal students the targets are purported to help.

One reason a 90% target is problematic is because all graduation requirements aren’t equal, and therefore, neither are graduation rates. Kentucky, the state with the 4th-highest grad rate in 2017, at 89.7 percent, is an excellent example. So close to the 90% goal, it may seem odd that Education Commissioner Wayne Lewis recently sought to toughen the state’s graduation requirements, which would inevitably send grad rates lower. The problem is that Kentucky’s graduation requirements are so weak that more than a third of graduates get a meaningless diploma, one that does not come with the “skills necessary to succeed in college or the workplace.” Lewis is rightly prepared to knowingly forego Kentucky’s enviable spot on the road to 90%, precisely because maintaining it would allow more, not fewer, graduates to leave school unprepared.
