Now, that being said, ANY of my properties are FOR SALE as well. If someone wants to come along and offer me $8,900,000.00 for 300 W. Main Street, I'd sell it in a New York Second! This does NOT mean that this facility has been sold. The Owner clearly states that this is NOT the case.
