Top Conservative Trashes Hillary's War on Jobs

Hillary Clinton has a message for working families: Drop dead.

And that’s why Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is demanding she personally apologize to the people of his state for working to make them poorer.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Sen. Rand Paul on Monday called on Hillary Clinton to apologize for promising to put coal miners out of work after a report was released showing Kentucky lost more than 1,500 coal mining jobs in the first three months of the year...

..."As Kentucky's hardworking coal miners and their families continue to endure the very real and devastating effects of the Obama-Clinton War on Coal, I doubt they are excited to have the person who promised to put them out of work personally rubbing her anti-coal, anti-Kentucky agenda in their faces today," Paul said on his campaign site.

"Hillary Clinton's apology is long overdue, and I am calling on her to apologize today, and in person, as she faces the Kentuckians suffering under her War on Coal."

France to Ban Islam?

Wearing Muslim head scarves in schools has been banned all over the country since 2004. But will the mayor of Nice get away with telling Muslim football players they can’t pray on the field?

Many in Nice question why Mayor Christian Estrosi is suddenly taking a harder-than-normal line against Muslims—trying to shut down a big mosque and threatening to cut funds to the local soccer club if players continue to pray on the pitch—less than two weeks after a report indicating ISIS is planning an attack on the beaches of southern France and Italy.

“He’s clearly starting a fire designed to pit the local Nicois against the local Muslims,” said Karim, 21, a young activist in one of Nice’s Muslim neighborhoods. “He’s using a form of blackmail to get more non-Muslims on his side and against our community. And to what end? He could end up radicalizing a lot of kids as a result.”

Estrosi announced late last week that football clubs on the Riviera must respect a “secularism charter” that forbids bringing religion into the game, invoking the hallowed law enacted in 1905 that strictly separates church and state.

GSA wants to create a permanent home for innovation with new third service

The General Services Administration is going back to the future and creating a third service focused on technology.

GSA Administrator Denise Turner Roth announced May 3 the creation of the Technology Transformation Service, which brings together 18F, the Presidential Innovation Fellows program and the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies (OCSIT).

“This service will provide technology services to our partner agencies across the government, much as the Public Buildings Service and Federal Acquisition Service do in their areas of expertise,” Turner Roth wrote in an internal message to GSA employees, which Federal News Radio obtained. “By moving these programs into a new service, we are demonstrating a firm and lasting commitment to tackle this challenge. The importance of providing technology services is reflected in GSA’s mission: Providing the best value in real estate, acquisitions and technology to government and the American people.”

GSA issued a press release about the new TTS about an hour after Turner Roth’s memo went to staff.

MAWA Eastern Nationals Arrives on the Tail of Poodle Show

Glen Avenue Road Closure Announced

Salisbury, MD –
The Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Association (MAWA) will host its Eastern Nationals at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center Friday, May 6 – Sunday, May 8. The tournament is expected to draw over 3,400 individuals including wrestlers, coaches and families to the WY&CC generating an estimated economic impact of just over $2 million.

The Eastern Nationals marks the third event brought to the WY&CC by Wicomico County’s Tourism Division within the last 30 days. It falls on the heels of the 84th Annual International Poodle Club of America Show, which drew 600+ poodles and their handlers to Wicomico County. Earlier in April, MAWA’s South Regionals brought over 3,000 attendees. The combined economic impact of the three events is expected to surpass $4.7 million.

Past MAWA Eastern Nationals have pulled participants from up to 17 states, mostly in the mid-Atlantic and northeast. They represent the top four wrestlers from each region (North, South, East & West) in each age division and weight class.

To protect the safety of participants and spectators, a portion of Glen Ave. in front of the WY&CC will close Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8 from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. each day. The closed portion runs from Civic Avenue to St. Albans Drive.

Justice Department Drops Bombshell in Hillary Email Investigation

Hillary Clinton always refers to the FBI investigation of her illicit email server as a “security review.”

If that’s the case, the Justice Department would have no problem complying with Freedom Of Information Act requests on the matter.

About that...

Fox News reports:

Judge Andrew Napolitano explained on "Fox and Friends" this morning that the Justice Department declined to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request related to the investigation because it involves "a law enforcement matter."

"We now know that it's not a 'security review,'" Judge Napolitano said.

He explained that whether it was intentional or inadvertent, the Justice Department has now publicly recognized the criminal nature of the investigation.

"This is the first time the Justice Department has acknowledged this is a federal law enforcement matter. But I doubt Mrs. Clinton will start saying that."

Border Keepers Suppress Drug Trade, Illegal Immigration

The border between the United States and Mexico is nearly 2,000 miles long. It passes through four states in the US, including California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Along this often remote and hostile line, federal border patrol agents are responsible for ensuring the security of the border on the United States side.

They face a tough fight. Every year, more than a million pounds of illegal drugs pass over the border from Arizona into the United States. Unlike states like California and Texas, where the majority of illegal activity involves human trafficking, Arizona is ground zero for the war against drug smuggling, according to federal officials.

Nogales, Arizona is more than 1,600 miles from Birmingham, Ala. In many ways, the two cities are completely different. However, they share one very important problem: they've both been impacted by the trade of illicit drugs, most notably heroin.

Last year, heroin-related deaths were up by about 150 percent in Jefferson County, according to law enforcement officials. Heroin has been called an "epidemic" across our state by drug prevention groups. While not all of that product comes from Mexico, a large portion of drugs that make their way to Birmingham have been trafficked from out of the country.

There Have Been Over 100 Hate Crime Hoaxes In The Past Decade

Victimhood is profitable. On the internet, it can get you thousands of dollars in crowdfunding donations. In the media, it can win you national prominence and a cooing audience of credulous sycophants. On campus, it can get you attention and plaudits from fellow grievance-mongers.

Convince enough people you’re a victim, and everyone from presidential candidates to celebrities will come rushing to support you.

So it’s little wonder that charlatans and opportunists regularly seek to take advantage of our species’ natural instinct for empathy. False flags, in which people deliberately stage attacks on themselves to win the support of society, are as old as history itself.

That isn’t an exaggeration, by the way. They’re really as old as history itself.

Black Conservative Jason Riley Dis-invited From Virginia Tech

A prominent conservative intellectual and critic of identity politics has been dis-invited from a scheduled lecture at Virginia Tech over concerns about his race-related scholarship.

Jason Riley, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and a Wall Street Journal columnist, was slated to speak at a lecture series hosted by the university’s business school, the BB&T Distinguished Lecture. But Virginia Tech higher-ups worried his controversial opinions would cause a scene.

“Mr. Riley, who is black, has attracted some negative attention since his publication in 2014 of Please Stop Helping Us: How Liberals Make It Harder for Blacks to Succeed,” wrote National Association of Scholars President Peter Wood in the pages of National Review, which broke the story.

According to a memo obtained by Mr. Wood, the head of the Virginia Tech Finance Department, Professor Vijay Singal, vetoed the speaking arrangement. He worried the campus was still recovering from the last BB&T Distinguished Lecture, which was delivered by Charles Murray on March 25.

Court Backs Sheriff Joe on Arizona Illegal Immigrant ID Theft Law

States can impose their own stiff penalties on illegal immigrants — or others — who steal someone’s identity in order to get a job, a federal appeals court ruled Monday, upholding Arizona’s strict law and dealing a setback to immigrant rights advocates.

The decision is yet another victory for Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and, more broadly, for Arizona, which has been a pioneer in trying to find ways to punish illegal immigrants, stepping into a void left by the Bush and Obama administrations.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said that while there are still some questions about how police and prosecutors use the identity theft laws, on their face they do not violate the Constitution, nor do they trample on the federal government’s ability to set national immigration policies.

As long as the laws apply to anyone, including U.S. citizens who steal someone’s identity, they are allowed — even if the legislature intended them chiefly as a way to strike at one of the symptoms of illegal immigration, the judges said.

Obamacare's November Surprise

The last thing Democrats want to contend with just a week before the 2016 presidential election is an outcry over double-digit insurance hikes as millions of Americans begin signing up for Obamacare.

But that looks increasingly likely as health plans socked by Obamacare losses look to regain their financial footing by raising rates.

Just a week after the nation’s largest insurer, UnitedHealth Group, pulled out of most Obamacare exchanges because it anticipates $650 million in losses this year, Aetna’s CEO said Thursday that his company expects to break even, but legislative fixes are needed to make the marketplace sustainable.

“I think a lot of insurance carriers expected red ink, but they didn’t expect this much red ink,” said Greg Scott, who oversees Deloitte’s health plans practice. "A number of carriers need double-digit increases.”

Holy Father Attacked by Radical Liberal Mob

Liberals LOVE Pope Francis. Besides when they don't.

This week, Pope Francis used his Twitter to praise Jesus. Liberals responded like savage children. As the Mirror notes:

Pope Francis was subjected to the vile abuse just seconds after writing on his Twitter page.

He wrote: “Jesus Christ, the incarnation of God’s mercy, out of love for us, died on the cross, and out of love he rose again from the dead.”

However, below the post trolls launched a sickening attack on The Pope.

One person wrote “Smells like b******t” while another posted a emoji of a penis with a graphic insult.

Nice, right? The abuse continued:

Another user added: “f*** me with a the cross and get the devil out of my p****."

Liberals have a complicated relationship with the Holy Father. Pope Francis is a divisve character even within his own church. The media is quick to take nearly any statement he makes out of context as a sign that the Catholic Church will embrace the secular, unholy trinity of homosexuality, abortion, and socialism. They view Francis as an Italian Bernie Sanders, choosing to view Francis' calls for compassion and understanding for sinners as endorsement of their behavior.

But they also tend not to cover it when the pontiff puts out exhortations that include lines like:

"No union that is temporary or closed to the transmission of life can ensure the future of society”

and

“So great is the value of a human life, and so inalienable the right to life of an innocent child growing in the mother’s womb, that no alleged right to one’s own body can justify a decision to terminate that life, which is an end in itself and which can never be considered the “property” of another human being.”

The lesson here is simple: the era of "live and let live" and "tolerance" is over. If you're not willing to fully commit yourself to the secular fith that is modern liberalism, you will be subject to the most vicious slander imaginable.

NEVER SAID BETTER

Time is like a river You cannot touch the same water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again.

Franklin Graham was speaking at the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida in January, 2015, when he said America will not come back. He wrote:

The American dream ended on November 6th, 2012 in Ohio. The second term of Barack Obama has been the final nail in the coffin for the legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the greatest republic in the history of mankind. A coalition of blacks, Latinos, feminists, gays, transvestites, government workers, union members, environmental extremists, the media, Hollywood, uninformed young people, the "forever needy," the chronically unemployed, illegal aliens and other "fellow travelers" have ended Norman Rockwell's America.

You will never again out-vote these people. It will take individual acts of defiance and massive displays of civil disobedience to get back the rights we have allowed them to take away. It will take zealots, not moderates and shy, not reach-across-the-aisle RINOs to right this ship and restore our beloved country to its former status. People like me are completely politically irrelevant, and I will probably never again be able to legally comment on or concern myself with the aforementioned coalition which has surrendered our culture, our heritage and our traditions without a shot being fired.

The cocker spaniel is off the front porch, the pit bull is in the back yard The American Constitution has been replaced with Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" and the likes of Chicago shyster David Axelrod along with international socialist George Soros have been pulling the strings on their beige puppet, and have brought us Act 2 of the New World Order. The curtain will come down but the damage has been done, the story has been told.

Those who come after us will once again have to risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to bring back the Republic that this generation has timidly frittered away due to white guilt and political correctness.

Transgender Female’s Claim of Being Escorted from N.C. Womens’ Restroom May Be Hoax

A transgender woman who claimed to have been escorted improperly from a women’s restroom in North Carolina appears to have fabricated the story, according to a local TV report.

Last week Alexis Adams, who appears to be and identifies as female, claimed to have been escorted out of a public bathroom in the Durham, North Carolina Transit Center after being “discovered” not to be a woman.

Adams claimed to have been “speechless” and “humiliated beyond belief” at being escorted from the women’s facility by Durham police.

But no official has substantiated the incident. Further, no surveillance video has been discovered showing the alleged event took place. In fact, surveillance video does not conform to Adams’ account of the events that day, according to a local ABC affiliate, ABC 11.

N.Y. college students accused of fabricating racially motivated attack

(CNN)Three New York college students who said they were targets of a racially motivated attack face multiple charges for what prosecutors are calling a false claim.

A grand jury on Monday indicted Ariel Agudio, Asha Burwell and Alexis Briggs, all 20, each on a charge of third-degree assault and multiple counts of falsely reporting an incident, the Albany District Attorney's Office said.

Agudio and Burwell also face charges of harassment. Agudio also was charged with two counts of attempted assault.

The State University of New York at Albany rallied behind the students, who are black, when they came forward with claims that a group of white men and women attacked them on January 30 in a confrontation on a city bus. Students held a rally and university President Robert J. Jones said in a letter to students and faculty that he was "deeply concerned, saddened and angry about this incident."

Subject: Target Silent as Mixed Bathroom Disaster Threatens Sales, Stocks

Target’s Twitter account hasn’t emitted even one tiny Tweet since April 19, when the company triggered a nationwide boycott against itself by demanding that all of its customers use mixed-sex bathrooms and changing rooms to ensure respect for a few transgender customers.

The two-week silence from the Twitter account is evidence that the company didn’t realize the risks of changing their bathroom policies, said Jim Hughes, a veteran branding expert based in San Diego, California. If the pro-transgender plan has been carefully planned, and if it was expected to bolster the company’s support among millennials, then the company’s P.R. team would be trumpeting the good news via numerous channels, including Twitter, he said.

The CEO “would be out talking it up if it were a strategic move,” he said.

But the company’s public affairs page is silent about the issue.
