Border Agent: Vast Majority of Illegals Released into Country – Disease or No Disease

Agents still encounter tuberculosis, scabies, measles, chickenpox and other unidentifiable infectious diseases when apprehending illegal immigrants on the South Texas border, an officer exclusively told Infowars.

Border agent Chris Cabrera, also vice president of the National Border Patrol Council 3307, said the respiratory disease tuberculosis is encountered “pretty regularly,” and that little has been done to improve the quarantine areas where illegals who harbor communicable diseases are detained.

“We see tuberculosis pretty regularly. Scabies – more often than not we have large amounts of infectious diseases as far as scabies go,” the border patrol council spokesperson stated. “And the interesting part with that is it’s not actually seen on the body during the infectious period. And so these people clear through our system and then they go into the rest of the country with that disease.”

One Hundred Nude Women Headed to the RNC

Get ready for some truly naked politics at the Republican National Convention.

Spencer Tunick — a photographer known for his eye-popping snaps of hundreds of ordinary people posing nude together at well-known locations — is planning his latest effort outside the RNC in Cleveland, Ohio, next month.

"The photograph will involve 100 nude women holding large mirror discs, reflecting the knowledge and wisdom of progressive women and the concept of 'Mother Nature' into and onto the convention center, cityscape and horizon of Cleveland," Tunick says.

"By holding mirrors, we hope to suggest that women are a reflection and embodiment of nature, the sun, the sky and the land … Republicans, Democrats and all other political parties are welcome to take part."

Obama Admin. Dumps 4,000 More Alien Kids into the U.S.

According to data recently released by the Office of Refugee Settlement, the Obama administration dumped another4,097 illegal alien kids into U.S. communities during the month of April, adding on to the 29,250 kids the government had shipped to sponsors in the United States between October and March.

Broken down, this means the federal government sent about 132 illegal alien children per day to live in American neighborhoods during the month of April.

While this might not seem like a shockingly high number, here’s another way of looking at it. Based on 2015-16 enrollment data, the average Washington, D.C. middle school holds about 550 students. So in other words, the number of illegal alien kids the federal government processed and released in April alone would max out seven Washington, D.C. middle schools.

These children are usually placed with family members already living in the U.S.,regardless of the relative's immigration status.

Attorney General Frosh Announces Compensation for Maryland Consumers Under Settlements with Volkswagen Over Emissions Fraud

VW Required to Repurchase or Fix Falsely-Marketed Diesel Vehicles, Provide Restitution and Address Environmental Harms; Attorneys General Obtain More Than $570 Million from VW

Baltimore, MD- Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh today announced a settlement requiring Volkswagen to pay more than $570 million for violating state laws prohibiting unfair or deceptive trade practices by marketing, selling and leasing diesel vehicles equipped with illegal and undisclosed defeat device software. This agreement is part of a series of state and federal settlements that will provide cash payments to affected consumers, require Volkswagen to buy back or modify certain VW and Audi 2.0-liter diesel vehicles, and prohibit Volkswagen from engaging in future unfair or deceptive acts and practices in connection with its dealings with consumers and regulators. Volkswagen must pay more than $15 million to settle the claims brought by the Maryland Office of Attorney General.

"Volkswagen's deceptions are particularly egregious because they told consumers that these cars - which are environmental nightmares - were good for the environment, even going so far as saying they were as environmentally friendly as hybrids. Consumers who bought these cars not only did not get what was advertised, but they also paid a premium because they wanted to be responsible environmental stewards," said Attorney General Frosh. "Instead, they have unwittingly been driving cars that were spewing up to 40 times more pollution than allowed by law. My Office will not tolerate companies that lie to consumers and endanger our environment for the sake of profit."

The attorneys generals' investigation confirmed that Volkswagen sold more than 570,000 2.0- and 3.0-liter diesel vehicles in the United States equipped with "defeat device" software intended to circumvent applicable emissions standards for certain air pollutants, and actively concealed the existence of the defeat device from regulators and the public. Volkswagen made false statements to consumers in their marketing and advertising, misrepresenting the cars as environmentally friendly or "green" and that the cars were compliant with federal and state emissions standards, when, in fact, Volkswagen knew the vehicles emitted harmful oxides of nitrogen (NOx) at rates many times higher than the law permitted.

Susan Rice's Benghazi Briefing Suggests Political Cover-Up

The day before Susan Rice appeared on five separate Sunday morning TV talk shows to blame the Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks on a YouTube video, the then-U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations participated in a telephone conference call with David Plouffe, the manager of President Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.

That revelation, which is laid out in the House Select Committee on Benghazi’s report, released on Tuesday, lends more evidence to support the claim that the White House blamed the YouTube video for political purposes. (RELATED: Trey Gowdy’s Benghazi Committee Releases Full Report On Attacks)

In addition to Plouffe and Rice, Obama’s controversial deputy national security advisor Benjamin Rhodes took part in the call.

Rhodes is the guru who crafted the administration’s Iran nuclear deal sales pitch. In a recent New York Times profile, the former aspiring novelist acknowledged manipulating the media in order to spin the deal, which removes sanctions against Iran.

Conservatives Will Get a Kick Out of Which Fast Food Joint Dems Called During Their Sit-In

House Democrats began throwing a temper tantrum on the floor of the House chamber Wednesday, staging a “sit-in” to demand a vote on a gun control measure that would strips due process and gun rights from some citizens and wouldn’t solve any gun violence issues.

Of course, these “protesters” need to eat, and the handful of granola bars and doughnuts brought by sympathetic Senate Dems wasn’t going to cut it, so congressional interns were sent to acquire enough food to fuel the righteous stand in opposition of civil rights.

Ironically, according to the Independent Journal, those interns brought back a cart full of fast food from the one restaurant in Washington, D.C., one would assume Democrats would avoid like the plague — Chick-fil-A.

In case you had forgotten, the fabulously delicious chicken sandwich restaurant has been overwhelmingly demonized over the past several years by Democrats critical of the owners’ stand in defense of traditional marriage.

Benghazi panel: White House focused on anti-Islam film over saving Americans as attack unfolded

Both President Obama and Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta ordered that all available resources be used to help fend off the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack, but top administration officials — including then-Secretary of StateHillary Clinton — put those plans on hold, according to a congressional report, which said the officials instead debated how to appease the Libyan government.

In a draft of its report Tuesday, the Select Committee on Benghazi said that despite clear orders from Mr. Obama and Mr. Panetta, the Pentagon moved slowly and the State Department threw up roadblocks, insisting that U.S. troops wear civilian clothing, forgo the use of wheeled vehicles and get the permission of Libyan leaders before sending help to those fighting for their lives.

Democrats said the report doesn’t do any new damage to Mrs. Clinton, who is their party’s likely presidential nominee. All of the derogatory findings about her were old news, they said.

But Rep. Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican and chairman of the committee, said the investigation produced the most thorough account of the run-up to the attack, the timeline of the nearly eight-hour assault and the administration’s attempts in the aftermath to blame an anti-Islamic video.

Latinos for Trump Blast Politico: ‘I’m an American First’

American Latinos for Donald Trump expressed outrage on Monday against the mainstream media for coverage given to Hispanics who support Trump – specifically pointing to a Politico article published on Sunday titled, “The lonely lives of Latinos for Trump.”

Mark F., who wishes to leave his last name anonymous, was interviewed by Politico and briefly mentioned in the article because he produced many videos for a group on Twitter, “Latinos for Trump.” He said he thought it was unfair that Politico portrayed Latinos as lonely.

“I am not ‘Lonely.’ My whole family is voting for Trump. I am very vocal in my family about it. I don’t hide it,” Mark F. told Breitbart News in response to the Politico story. “If it was Latinos For Hillary or Latinos For Bernie, the [mainstream] media would never ask such questions.”

“I felt insulted that he would write how ‘lonely’ we are,” Victor – who also wouldn’t disclose his last name, but is on Twitter as @elvatoteporocho – added, after also being approached for an interview by Politico. “It felt like there was an ulterior motive for reaching out to us, not to actually do a story on us, but to do a type of hit [piece] to disenfranchise us, to try and show people we are not real or try and prove we were fake. It was very insulting to a few of us.”

Mark F. says one video he produced received 100,000 views on YouTube within the first 24-hours and was shared by Trump on his Facebookpage, where it then received more than one million views.

Maryland State Police Selected As Secretary Of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award Recipient

WASHINGTON – Secretary of Defense Ash Carter announced today that Maryland State Police has been named as a recipient of the 2016 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest honor the department gives to employers for support of National Guard and Reserve employees. Fifteen employers were selected for the 2016 award.

“These 15 employers have distinguished themselves through their outstanding support of our Guard and Reserve members and their families,” said Defense Secretary Ash Carter. “Without the unfaltering support of employers like them, the men and women of the National Guard and Reserve would not be able to fulfill their vital roles in our National Security Strategy. It is a great honor for me to recognize these employers, and I congratulate them on their receipt of the Employer Support Freedom Award.”

The 2016 recipients were selected from 2,424 nominations received from Guardsmen and Reservists in all 50 states, Guam-CNMI, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia. The Freedom Award was instituted in 1996 under the auspices of ESGR to recognize exceptional support from the employer community. In the years since, 220 employers have been honored with the award.

Almost half of the U.S. military is made up of National Guard and Reserve members, many of whom also hold jobs with civilian employers. The Freedom Award recognizes those employers that provide the most outstanding support for these Citizen Warriors. This year’s recipients will be honored at the Pentagon in an official ceremony on August 26.

“We are honored to receive this recognition for support of our military personnel,” Maryland State Police Superintendent Colonel William Pallozzi said. “The dual military and police careers of many in the Maryland Department of State Police is proof of the commitment to service to others the men and women of our Department are known for. Currently, we have more than 140 members of the Maryland State Police and one member of the Office of the State Fire Marshal who are also serving in the National Guard or Reserves. I commend each of them for their service to our state and our nation. We will continue to do our duty to support our troopers and civilian employees who also serve in the military and have given so much in defense of our nation and the freedoms we enjoy.”

Sessions: Clinton Refugee Admissions Could Populate Baltimore

Hillary Clinton’s plans to expand the number of refugees admitted to the United States could equate to 620,000 refugees over a single four-year term in office, at a lifetime cost to the taxpayer of over $400 billion, according to an analysis by the Subcommittee on Immigration and The National Interest.

The analysis, released Monday, charges that Clinton’s plan to admit at least 65,000 Syrian refugees, above the existing annual refugee stream, could find a Clinton presidency admitting 155,000 new refugees each year.

"Assuming Clinton’s desire to bring in 65,000 Syrian refugees is in addition to the Obama Administration’s current goal of admitting 10,000 this fiscal year (out of 85,000 total refugees), that would amount to an increase of 55,000 refugees. 55,000 on top of 85,000 totals 140,000 refugees. The Obama Administration’s target for FY 2017 is actually 100,000 refugees, meaning that adding 55,000 refugees to that would result in 155,000 refugees each year. Due to statutory flaws in our Refugee Admissions Program, the number could be as high as Hillary Clinton desires..."

Obama's Reboot of Syrian Rebel Fighter Training Off to Slow Start

After a first attempt to train rebel fighters to take on Islamic State militants and the army of Syrian President Bashar Assad ended in an ignominious, expensive failure, the Obama administration is off to another slow start with a revamped train-and-equip program that hopes to develop a class of Sunni Arab battlefield leaders that has produced fewer than 100 graduates since March.

The Pentagon said Monday that it had revealed a 2.0 version of the program to train and equip vetted Syrian militias. U.S. generals told Congress last year that the $350 million program produced “four or five” U.S.-trained fighters before being shut down in October.

The new, roughly $400 million program is geared toward training militia leaders — not entire units — in everything from basic infantry combat skills to more advanced communications and complex counterterrorism operations, the officials said, speaking on the condition of anonymity.

Beginning in December, U.S. special operations advisers in northern Syria and elsewhere have been carrying out a series of small, pilot training programs focused more on establishing contacts among the country’s various warring factions.

Even so, the U.S. officials said fewer than 100 senior militia commanders have passed through the various training programs, while also receiving small arms and ammunition. In some cases, more advanced weaponry and equipment were handed over to certain militia commanders who took part in more advanced training.

Brexit Leader: Hillary ‘Feels She Has A Divine Right’ To Be President

Nigel Farage, the leader of the Brexit-supporting UK Independence Party, slammed Hillary Clinton arguing, “It’s almost as if she feels she has a divine right” to be president of the United States.

In an interview with CNN’s Richard Quest from Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday, the host asked Farage if he “admire[s] Donald Trump” to which Farage replied, “Donald Trump dares to talk about things other people want to brush under the carpet. What Mr. Trump is doing in America is very different than what I am trying to do in the United Kingdom. My problem in politics is far greater than Donald Trump’s. We literally have lost our sovereignty, lost our borders, lost our ability to regulate.”

Quest interjected that Trump “would say the same thing about U.S. borders,” to which Farage replied, “The problem that you’ve got in the U.S. is illegal immigration. Our problem is legal immigration to half a billion people.”

Judge Richard Posner: ‘No value’ in studying the U.S. Constitution

Seventh Circuit Judge Richard Posner sees “absolutely no value” in studying the U.S. Constitution because “eighteenth-century guys” couldn’t have possibly foreseen the culture and technology of today.

In a recent op-ed for Slate, Judge Posner, a senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, argued that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post–Civil War amendments “do not speak to today.”

“I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, day, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation (across the centuries — well, just a little more than two centuries, and of course less for many of the amendments),” he wrote. “Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century.”

He added, “let’s not let the dead bury the living.”

Judge Posner, an outspoken opponent of late Justice Antonin Scalia, also blasted “absurd” posthumous encomia for the late conservative.

House Benghazi Report Details Military, Intelligence Failures

The U.S. military never attempted to deploy any assets or troops to Benghazi during the 13-hour attack on the American consulate in 2012, according to a supplemental report released by the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Tuesday morning.

Although Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta has said he ordered three support teams to deploy to Benghazi about two hours into the attack, the committee said it found no evidence that these forces were mobilized until hours after the attack ended. Military assets, such as fighter planes and armed drones never left the ground, according to the report.

“We are now convinced, contrary to the administration’s public claim that the military did not have time to get to Benghazi, that the administration never launched men or machines to help directly in the fight,” wrote Reps. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) and Jim Jordan (R., Ohio) in the analysis. “That is very different from what we have been told to date. And the evidence is compelling.”

The congressmen issued their assessment as a supplement to the long-awaited report by the Benghazi Committee. According to the analysis, the Obama administration was fixated on how to frame the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack to the public, and spent little time trying to coordinate a military response while the attack was ongoing.

In the hours and days that followed the assault, Secretary Hillary Clinton, United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice, and other administration officials publicly suggested that the attack spontaneously spun out of a protest over an anti-Islam video.

The Benghazi Lie in Black and White

The administration's public and private timelines of what happened are very different.

The final majority report of the Benghazi Select Committee is set to be released later Tuesday morning. Representatives Jim Jordan and Mike Pompeo have signed onto the official majority document and authored a supplemental, 51-page "additional views" report of their own.

Among the most interesting aspects of their "additional views" is a timeline that contrasts the story top Obama administration officials were telling in public with the very different story some of those same officials were sharing with one another in private emails, conversations and documents. The timeline reinforces in a compelling way what will be one of the most significant takeaways from the committee investigation: The Obama administration knowingly provided the American people a false story about the Benghazi attack, its causes and its consequences.

House Republicans Fault US Military Response To Benghazi

A report by the House Benghazi panel is faulting the military for its slow response sending resources to Benghazi, Libya, during deadly 2012 attacks on a U.S. outpost, despite clear orders from President Barack Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.

Republicans on the Benghazi committee released an 800-page report on Tuesday on the attacks that killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.

The panel's chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina said "nothing was en route to Libya at the time the last two Americans were killed almost eight hours after the attacks began."

Gowdy said the Libyan forces that evacuated Americans from the CIA annex in Benghazi were not affiliated with any of the militias the CIA or State Department had developed a relationship with during the previous 18 months.

Report: Adult Refugees Enrolled In Canadian High School, Harassing Young Girls

Emails between school officials at one Canadian high school reveal the school has been struggling to integrate into the school adult Syrian refugees, who reportedly are bullying and threatening students and teachers, as well as making advances on young teenage girls.

After receiving a tip about Fredericton High School in New Brunswick, Canada — a region that has been aggressively resettling thousands of Syrian refugees — Canadian news organization TheRebel submitted a freedom of information request to the school, asking for any information regarding problems the school might be having with the integration of Syrian immigrants.

One email, Goldy reported on Monday, said that 19 and 20-year-old Syrian migrants were aggressively confronting teachers, “particularly when it comes to the girls in the class, and also bullying the others in the class.”

One school employee reported “issues surrounding gender/age divisions that seems important to our Syrian population – especially these older boys when it comes to their younger sisters.”

The tip that led originally TheRebel to investigate contained a Facebook post from a Fredericton parent saying that refugees as old as 22 “with full beards and better built than the hockey team” are enrolled in the school, where they try “hitting on the 14-15 year old girls of that year, but are being brushed off.”

The Daily Caller previously reported on how a Canadian newspaper censored its own story on the abuse of elementary students at the hands of Syrian refugees. TheRebel later interviewed members of the school’s community to confirm the abuse.

Brexit Leader Calls Obama’s Brexit Involvement ‘Disgraceful’

A leader of the effort to pull Britain out of the European Union continued his attack on President Barack Obama Monday, saying Russian President Vladimir Putin behaved in a more “statesmanlike” manner than America’s president during the Brexit vote.

Nigel Farage, leader of the Independent Party, last week said that Obama’s chiding in April of Britons to remain in the EU was one factor that influenced their vote to leave.

Obama’s anti-Brexit remarks “backfired,” Farage said last week. “We got an Obama-Brexit bounce, because people do not want foreign leaders telling them how to think and vote. A lot of people in Britain said, ‘How dare the American president come here and tell us what to do?'”

Senate Democrats Block GOP’s Zika Funding Bill

WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate Democrats on Tuesday blocked a Republican proposal to provide $1.1 billion to fight the Zika virus, faulting the GOP for packing the measure with restrictions on Planned Parenthood money and changes to policies on pesticide spraying.

The nearly party-line 52-48 vote Tuesday left the Senate short of the 60 votes required to advance the measure. What happens next is unclear, though neither side is looking forward to leaving Washington next month for a seven-week vacation without having acted to address the health threat.

Zika is spread mainly by a tropical mosquito and is causing an epidemic in Latin America and the Caribbean. The virus can cause horrible birth defects and is likely to spread further this summer. So far, there’s been no transmission by mosquitoes in the continental U.S.

Atheist group quotes Ronald Reagan in Cleveland message to RNC

The Freedom From Religion Foundation is erecting a billboard that features a Ronald Reagan quote stressing the importance of separation of church and state ahead of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland next month.

“We establish no religion in this country … Church and state are, and must remain, separate,” the billboard will read, Raw Story reported.

Reagan made the remarks in a speech on Oct. 26, 1984, to Temple Hillel leaders in Valley Stream, New York:

“Our very unity has been strengthened by our pluralism,” the late conservative said. “We establish no religion in this country, we command no worship, we mandate no belief, nor will we ever. Church and state are, and must remain, separate. All are free to believe or not believe, all are free to practice a faith or not, and those who believe are free, and should be free, to speak of and act on their belief.”

“The RNC needs to be reminded that our nation is predicated on a godless and entirely secular Constitution,” foundation Co-President Annie Laurie Gaylor said in a statement. “The fate of our Establishment Clause hangs in the balance of the election. We’re not voting for the next president — we’re voting for the next Supreme Court justice.”

Philly Schools Ordered To Pay $2.3 Million For Anti-WHITE Racism Photo of Blake Neff BLAKE NEFF

Philadelphia’s public school system was ordered to pay out $2.3 million in damages after a court found it deliberately discriminated against a white-owned business.

Security and Data Technologies, Inc. (SDT) was initially chosen by Philadelphia School District (PSD) and then-Superintendent Arlene Ackerman back in 2010 to install surveillance cameras at 19 schools PSD classified as particularly dangerous. After the company began preliminary work, it was abruptly “deselected” and the $7.5 million no-bid contract was then awarded on an emergency basis to IBS Communications, a company not eligible for no-bid contracts.

The abrupt turn of events, it turns out, had a racial motivation. An investigation by The Philadelphia Inquirer discovered Ackerman became fed up that the district kept giving contracts to white-owned companies. PSD is owned by two white men.

So, after telling other PSD administrators she would make sure “all these white boys didn’t get contracts,” Ackerman canceled SDT’s contract and diverted it over to IBS, which had black ownership.

Benghazi Bombshell: Obama's 'Three Directives' Do Not Exist

The House Select Committee on Benghazi report contains at least one major bombshell: the committee found no evidence of the “three directives” that President Barack Obama claimed he issued when he first learned about the ongoing terror attack.

Neither the committee’s official report, nor the Democrats’ dissenting minority report, mentions the “three directives.” (In fact, President Obama barely features in the Democrats’ report at all, as if someone else were Commander-in-Chief that evening.)

The Democrats’ report does mention a general instruction that Obama gave to Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair General Martin Dempsey when they met shortly after the attacks began on Sep. 11, 2012: “[T]he President made clear that we ought to use all of the resources at our disposal to try to make sure we did everything possible to try to save lives there,” Panetta said.

However, that “ought” is a suggestion — not an instruction, nor an order or a directive, much less three directives.

Subject: Driver Was 'Mad' When Car Struck Pedestrians

WINCHESTER, Indiana — Ramon Angulo Marin told police he was “mad” when his car, traveling at high speed while in reverse, struck three Union City men, killing one.

Marin, 36, also of Union City, remained in the Randolph County jail under a $30,000 cash bond on Tuesday, preliminarily charged with voluntary manslaughter, reckless homicide and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.

Authorities said Marin fled the scene late Friday after his car struck Jose Amelio Aguilar, Juan Aguilar and Neptali Vasquez in the 400 block of West Hickory Street.

Jose Aguilar, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two men, both in their 20s, were seriously injured, and apparently remain hospitalized in Dayton, Ohio.

Marin was arrested that night at his North Union Street home, where police said they also found his car, which had sustained “heavy rear-end damage.” Blood was also found on the vehicle.

Governor Larry Hogan Tours Animal Health Lab

Department of Agriculture’s Salisbury Buildings to Undergo $17.2 Million Renovation

ANNAPOLIS, MD –
Governor Larry Hogan toured the state’s Animal Health Laboratory, which is operated by the Maryland Department of Agriculture in Salisbury. Built in 1951, this facility is slated for a $17 million renovation. The new building will be built next to the current facility in Wicomico County, which will be demolished once the new lab is completed.

“The current health lab is more than 60 years old, and providing the funding for this new facility in our budget was a top priority,” said Governor Hogan. “The new lab will help the state keep pace with the demands of an increasingly more complex and integrated global market, while providing the diagnostic functions we need to better protect the poultry industry, livestock, and public health.”

The FY17 capital budget includes $750,000 to begin the design of this project, which will replace the lab and adjoining building. These buildings are vital to protecting the poultry industry and public health, and will serve as primary resources for avian influenza. Total estimated cost for planning, construction, and equipment is $17.2 million.

Poultry is the largest agricultural sector in Maryland, comprising nearly 40 percent of all farm receipts. The Salisbury lab has a large molecular diagnostic capability to assist the high volume of testing needed for the poultry industry, primarily used for the detection of Avian Influenza Virus, Newcastle Disease Virus, Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus, Salmonella, and Mycoplasma diseases. The lab also tests for equine infectious anemia, Exotic Newcastle Disease, swine influenza virus (SIV), porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDv), and porcine epidemic delta corona virus (PEDCov).

The Maryland Department of Agriculture operates two veterinary diagnostic laboratories – Frederick focuses primarily on livestock health and Salisbury focuses primarily on poultry health. The Salisbury laboratory is expanding to better service multiple species. The mission of the laboratories is to prevent and control infectious and contagious diseases in Maryland livestock and poultry with particular emphasis on those diseases that threaten public health, endanger foods supplies, or threaten the economic security of the animal industries.

Both facilities are accredited by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). Laboratory accreditation demonstrates competence, reliability, impartiality, performance capability, and data traceability that meets or exceeds national and international standards.

Subject: On September 11, Huma Abedin Worked For Hillary Clinton and Saudi Charity Suspected of Terror Funding

On September 11, 2001 Huma Abedin — Hillary Clinton’s aide for twenty years and co-chair of her current Presidential run — was working for an organization located in the offices of Saudi Arabia’s Muslim World League.

That’s a Wahhabist Islamic group that Breitbart News recently reported was going to be put on a list of terror funders by U.S. government but was removed, reportedly under pressure from Saudi Arabia.

This latest revelation ties the Muslim World League directly to the The Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs and the Journal for Muslim Minority Affairs, an organization that Vanity Fair writer William D. Cohan called “the Abedin family business.

Huma Abedin is scheduled to give a deposition today on her role in the Hillary Clinton email server scandal, which involved classified documents.

8-year-old Marine Hopeful Sells History Lessons Instead of Lemonade

An 8-year-old Jackson, Michigan boy loves American history so much that he opened a stand in his front yard so he could school the neighborhood kids for 25 cents a lesson.

“History is very special to the world,” Gabe Fulmerhouser told a local NBC News affiliate.

Gabe said he’s loved history since as long as he can remember and hopes to become a Marine someday.

His dad helped him paint a giant American flag on the front of his stand, which features numerous books on America’s wars and other learning materials like presidential flashcards.

Gabe’s family has a history of serving in the military, NBC reported.

“One of his things that he loves to do is to have veterans, to talk to veterans, so my hope would even be that veterans come over and are able to share war stories with him,” his mother, Lesli Fulmerhouser, told the station.

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama administration lied about Benghazi 'video', GOP says

Hillary Clinton dismissed a Republican broadside on her and President Obama over the Benghazi attacks today saying: 'Move on.'

The Republican members of the House Benghazi committee issued their 800 page report with excoriating words for her and the president, accusing her of 'shameful' conduct over her secret email account, and the White House of lying about what caused the attacks.

Her 'homebrew' server was only revealed because of the investigation into the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

The blistering 800-page report excoriates the Obama administration, finding that it lied about what caused the attacks which claimed the lives.

It says what went wrong may never be fully known because of a 'shameful' decision by Hillary Clinton not to turn over the contents of her secret 'homebrew' server, whose existence only came to light because of the investigation.

But her response was curt. 'I think it is pretty clear it is time to move on,' she said.

Republicans on the House Benghazi Committee claimed Tuesday that the Obama White House and Hillary Clinton lied repeatedly to the American people about the nature of and reasons for the 2012 terror attacks in Benghazi, Libya, even as they privately acknowledged what caused them.

The report offers no explanation for why it took 18 hours for military assets to reach the Libyan city - many hours after the president ordered every possible measure to be taken, and the then defense secretary testified that he ordered deployment.

CONFIRMED: Obama Skipped Intel Briefing After Americans Killed in Benghazi

The House Benghazi Committee’s report confirms that President Obama did not attend his daily intelligence briefing even after the terrorist attack claimed the life of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.

From Mediaite:

According to the upcoming report from the House Benghazi Committee, President Barack Obama skipped his personal daily intelligence briefing the day after the 2012 Benghazi attacks.

The revelation is buried in one of the appendices to the 800-page report released by the Republican-controlled committee Tuesday. According to the Executive Coordinator tasked with delivering the daily briefings, she first delivered the briefing to White House chief of staff Jack Lew. But instead of giving Obama a briefing, she gave the folder to a White House usher.

Subject: Kids can get free summer lunches

Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz watched kids eat lunch, solve mysteries and learn how to fish recently in Richmond.

She visited the Just Us Kids Outdoors (JUKO) program operated by the Richmond Parks and Recreation Department, which took its afternoon campers to Middlefork Reservoir on a field trip.

Ritz and members of her staff are traveling the state to promote free summer meals for children up to age 18. No registration is required to receive the meals.

Hundreds of breakfasts and lunches in Richmond are prepared each weekday by Richmond Community Schools. They are funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Summer Food Service Program.

RCS is serving free meals at a few local schools as well as through JUKO, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County and the Richmond Family YMCA programs. All of those summer meal sites are open to the public. Children do not need to participate in the programs to eat.

In 2015, about 70,000 summer meals were served daily in Indiana. However, state officials know the need is greater, since there are about 1 million students in kindergartner through Grade 12, and about half of them are on free or reduced-price lunches during the school year.

Maryland’s First Responders Get Active Shooter Training

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The deadliest mass shooting in modern history, which took place in an Orlando nightclub earlier this month, shows the urgent need for first responders to be prepared.

FBI numbers show an average of 11 active shooter incidents nationwide every year.

WJZ’s Mike Hellgren reports that Maryland has seen several active shooter situations in recent years, which makes training sessions like the one held at the Department of Public Safety facility in Sykesville Tuesday with federal and local law enforcement present even more crucial.

“A lot of folks are training for the worst case scenario that we hope never comes,” said Agent Adam Parks, of the Department of Homeland Security.

Maryland offers help to West Virginia flood victims

REISTERSTOWN, Md. —Cleanup efforts continued Tuesday across much of West Virginia after devastating and deadly floods.

Thousands of homes and businesses were damaged or destroyed by powerful floods that left 23 people dead.

A number of Maryland organizations are either sending resources or are prepared to send resources to West Virginia.

The American Red Cross, Greater Chesapeake Region, has sent about a half-dozen volunteers and an emergency response vehicle to West Virginia.

"Because of our proximity to West Virginia, I think there's a fairly good possibility we might get some additional calls for deployments," said Brittany Fowler, with the American Red Cross, Greater Chesapeake Region.

WOW: A Comment On Today's Washington Post Article

Hey baltromoreon - it's the same way here in Worcester Co. Joe Albero is a local legend who strikes fear in the hearts of crooked politicians, greedy and unethical business people, and corrupt government employees. Would Oglesby have swept this under the rug? Who knows, but thanks to Albero (and the hero who tipped him off), Beau has a lot of explaining to do.
Thank You!

Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it?

Did you know his trial is over?
Did you know he was sentenced?
Did you see/hear any of the judge's comments on TV or Radio?
Didn't think so.!!!

Everyone should hear what the judge had to say.

Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court.

Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the record, Reid also admitted his 'allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the religion of Allah,' defiantly
stating, 'I think I will not apologize for my actions,' and told the court 'I am at war with your country.'

Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below:

Judge Young: "Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court imposes upon you.

On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the custody of the United States Attorney General. On counts 2, 3, 4 and 7, the Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on each count to run consecutively. (That's 80 years.)

On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years, again to be served consecutively to the 80 years just imposed. The Court imposes upon you for each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000, that's an aggregate fine of $2 million. The Court accepts the government's recommendation with respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298.17 to Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines.

The Court imposes upon you an $800 special assessment. The Court imposes upon you, five years supervised release simply because the law requires it. But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further.

This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes. It is a fair and just sentence. It is a righteous sentence.

Now, let me explain this to you. We are not afraid of you or any of your terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid. We are Americans. We have been through the fire before. There is too much war talk here and I say that to everyone with the utmost respect. Here in this court, we deal with individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals. As human beings, we reach out for justice.

You are not an enemy combatant. You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier in any war. You are a terrorist. To give you that reference, to call you a soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether the officers of government do it, or your attorney does it, or if you think you are a soldier, you are not-----, you are a terrorist. And we do not negotiate with terrorists. We do not meet with terrorists. We do not sign documents with terrorists. We hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice.

Can't We Simply Get More "J" Turns On Rt. 50 Instead Of Lights?

Recently the Maryland State Hwy Department announced they want to place a traffic light in Pittsville. In my honest opinion, this will be a disaster, traffic wise.

In the summer the Eastern Shore enjoys millions of vehicles traveling to Ocean City. Adding yet another traffic light will cause not only congestion for these visitors, it will cause massive traffic for locals as well.

As many of you know, we own a home in Delmar, not far from Rt. 50. When we travel to Rt. 50, we have to make a right turn onto Rt. 50 and go about a quarter of a mile to make a U-Turn to head east bound.

I'm absolutely amazed that they haven't created a J-Turn at Royal Farms to this date. God Forbid they decide to add a traffic light there as well.

So my quest in this article is to ask our viewers, do you believe a J-Turn in Pittsville would be a better idea?

Lawmaker, Congressional Candidate Circulates Petition Calling For Mosby's Removal

Baltimore and Harford County Delegate Pat McDonough began circulating a petition calling for the removal of Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

McDonough, a Republican who is running for Congress against incumbent Democrat Dutch Ruppersberger, accuses Mosby of political grand standing in her office's prosecution of the six officers charged in Gray's death.

McDonough will talk about his petition at a news conference tomorrow.

“The people of Maryland and specifically Baltimore have had enough of Marilyn Mosby’s political grandstanding. This was a baseless, malicious prosecution from the beginning and she should drop the remaining charges and then resign,” stated McDonough in a news release.

Dear Friend:

Marilyn Mosby’s prosecutorial misconduct has embarrassed the City of Baltimore across the United States of America.

She seized a political opportunity and in the process have destroyed the lives of six good police officers, wasted thousands of taxpayer dollars on a case that never should have been filed, and it has divided our city.

Marilyn Mosby should immediately apologize for her conduct, drop the remaining charges against these fine officers and resign her political office.

I do not believe that citizens and taxpayers should remain silent on this issue and allow this injustice to continue. I invite you to sign the taxpayer demand of Marilyn Mosby.

Sincerely,

Delegate Pat McDonough

Cecil County State’s Attorney Hired Son for Job Same Day Dad Sworn in; Primary Campaign Challenger Questions Nepotism

Cecil County State’s Attorney E.D.E. (Ellis) Rollins III, who is seeking re-election to his post, hired his son as an investigator– who began work the same day his father was sworn into office– although he lacked the law enforcement experience of previous occupants of the position. The hiring has become an issue in the current Republican primary campaign.

Ellis Rollins’ son, Kyle Rollins, was hired as an investigator in the State’s Attorney office on 1/3/11, according to county Human Resources Director Donna Nichols, who said his current salary is $53,664. He is scheduled to receive a 4.75 percent pay raise—including a 1.75 percent cost-of-living increase—effective 7/1/14, she added.

The State’s Attorney’s office receives funds from Cecil County government as well as the state but its personnel policies come under the county government’s HR office, Nichols said. The county has an anti-nepotism policy regarding the “employment of relatives” but Nichols said it was determined that the elder Rollins would not be directly supervising his son.

Judge blasts Delaware government in abandoned property suit

DOVER, DEL. A federal judge on Tuesday blasted Delaware's practice of collecting abandoned property, issuing a ruling that could have dire budget consequences for the state.

U.S. District Court Judge Gregory Sleet said Delaware's abandoned property, or escheat, practices violate due process and amount to a game of "gotcha" that "shocks the conscience."

The ruling came in a lawsuit in which packaging company Temple-Inland Inc., a subsidiary of Memphis-based International Paper, challenged Delaware's claim to almost $1.4 million in purported uncashed accounts payable and payroll checks.

Abandoned property is a critical source of funding for Delaware, amounting to about half a billion dollars annually and representing the state's third-largest revenue category.

State Finance Secretary Tom Cook said his agency was reviewing the decision with attorneys and had no immediate comment.

Hillary Clinton Compares Republican Rivals Views on Women to Terrorists

Hillary Clinton today appeared to compare her GOP rivals to terrorists over their "extreme views" on women.

“Extreme views about women, we expect that from some of the terrorist groups, we expect that from people who don’t want to live in the modern world, but it’s a little hard to take coming from Republicans who want to be the president of the United States,” she said in Cleveland.

The RNC called the remarks “a new low for her flailing campaign” and called on her to apologize for the “inflammatory rhetoric.”

“I can’t even fathom how she thinks she can speak for women,” Stacey Dash said on "Outnumbered," remarking that sociopaths say outrageous things when they're cornered.

Andrea Tantaros called her remarks "a desperate Hail Mary" to distract from questions surrounding Clinton's private email server.
