1 misdemeanor can result in losing 2nd Amendment right in 6 states
Democrats have come up with a creative way of selectively confiscating guns from certain residents, and several Second Amendment watchdogs say the strategy could soon be coming to a state near you.
A state legislator from Manhattan has introduced a bill that would nullify gun rights from those convicted of hate crimes, even those involving nonviolent, misdemeanor offenses.
If successful, New York would become the seventh state to implement such a law.
The FBI defines a hate crime as a “criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity.”

Democrats are going to keep SCOTUS very busy overturning all their unconstitutional nonsense. Waste of taxpayers' money and the Court's time.
It's going to get to the point where States will lose the right to make any conditions on Constitutional Amendments. Eventually the Feds will get tired of having to clean up the baby Dems' messes and say screw it. Which would mean States would be busted down to legislating silly nuisance issues instead of having a voice in real governance. The Democrats really do have a mental disorder. They're Obsessive Compulsive.
