Most kitchens have hoods with fire suppression.

When they have a grill, which Wawa does not, they only have a high speed oven, a steam table, and a bread proofing/baking station. They do however have lots of cardboard boxes and other flammable items around, so if there was an electrical mulfunction of either of those - or of all of those coffee makers particularly since they are unmanned a fire could start and spread.

Exactly and they are required to be inspected every 6 months and signed off.

Sounds like with that much of a fire load, Wawa should be required to have fire suppression in those areas. Joe Homebuilder must have a residential sprinkler.

They got sprinklers? Any commercial business that cooks/bakes/microwaves or re-heats food should have automatic extinguishers.

They have to have an ansul system all kitchens do
