Also your car can have lights out, a blown muffler, bald tires, expired tags and the bumper falling off and if it is raining hard out you can speed by a dozen cops and not one will pull you over.

There Cops not AAA

9:48 is obviously not an English major.

Their job is to serve and protect. If someone is on the side of the road that is a danger. If it was so safe we wouldn't have the Move Over law now would we?

9:48 No they aren't AAA but they can stop and assess the situation and call the necessary help. Either that or drive on by for their donuts and coffee.

I like all the cops talking on there cell phones, not wearing seat belts and operating computers while driving.

Another false statement.

The word is "Past", not pass. Same number of letters, though. I guess that's the hard part. Right, 9:48?

Who doesn't have a cell phone now a days? I mean Obama-Phones are free, and people get two or three at a time, right?

5:43 they never use signal lights, either.

Carry a hair dryer for such emergencies. When you break down get out and point the hair dryer at passing cars like you're doing radar speed checks. They'll stop.
