A couple of math geeks on a college campus. That is nothing new, right?
Hold onto your calculus book, but these two have the same major, the same last name and they are about to graduate together.
Yes,
49-year-old Jody Shipp and 26-year-old Devin Shipp are mother and son.
They are part of the Class of 2012 at George Mason University.
"Before
I even got to the first class, she texted me and said, 'Are you going
to come sit next to me in class?’” says Devin. “And I was like 'Why
not?'"
Even so, it took a little while for the professors to figure it out.

The profs at GWU are a bit slower than most!
And so are, considering the article is about George Mason, not George Washington.
