A MESSAGE FROM WICOMICO COUNTY EXECUTIVE BOB CULVER

Salisbury, MD … Wicomico County residents are encouraged to use caution and avoid driving through water running across roadways. In many cases, water flowing over roads actually causes sections of the road to erode and that damage isn't visible to the driver. Drivers can also flood out their engines, cause brake failure and hydroplaning.

We've had reports of widespread flooding and stranded vehicles. Flooding is still a major concern in many areas. The next high tide is around 4 PM. If you see standing water, please do not drive through it.

All available County road crews have been out responding to calls and fixing roads as they go. If anyone knows of a road that has water flowing over it, please call the County Roads Department at (410) 548-4872.

Over the past 24 hours the County has opened all the gates at County-owned dams. Coulbourn Mill and Morris Mill dams are being closely monitored because of their proximity to residential concentrations.

I just want all County residents to be safe and to be cautious. We've just experienced a major storm and threats to safety still continue.

Fitzwater/Delaware Avenue now have multiple potholes and the one near Brew River looks like it could be turning into a sinkhole

That whole area from brew river to Chesapeake shipbuilding could fall in river. It's been that way for 40 years and nothing's ever been done to stop it otherwise

Salisbury and Wicomico County both need a good flushing every now and then, just nature doing it's thing.

It is not normal at all for the atmosphere to hold 10 inches of rain, and then dump it in 1 day.

There are not enough particulate in the atmosphere.
The particulate has to be added by man, hence the geo-engineering.
They spray aluminum particulate into the high atmosphere which absorbs the water.
They way they migrate the rain from one geography into another.
However, in the process the atmosphere holds too much moisture and dumps massive rains.

The military should be ashamed of themselves.
They are creating disasters on local levels everywhere.

Look up folks. Learn the truth about chemtrails.

These roads flood whether there's two inches of rain or ten! Stop making excuses everytime someone brings up your disregard for upgrading system. How much sewage was discharged into the river this time??
