All of the water from my neighborhood on the eastside of Salisbury travels to that area. I'm thinking its going to take awhile for it to go away.
Rt 13 closed in both directions a Priscilla as well as Northwood Dr at Edgemore Av. Must use Bypass or Beaglin Park Dr then onto Zion Rd to travel up North.
The rail bridge down stream fills with debre and trash. It did this a few years ago too. The railroad said it was a city issue, the city and county said it was a rail right of way issue. Once the mess is cleared, the wateer will drop fast.
The bright scholarly mayor of Salisbury looked liked he was scared to death when he appeared on TV for an interview today. He didn't know what to do next.
