Salisbury Police Department Press Release 7-11-12

On July 9, 2012 at approximately 9:15pm, officers responded to the 900 block of Spring Ave for a reported Armed Robbery.

On arrival, the officers met with two juvenile males who explained that two hours earlier they had been approached by two black males at their residence. One of the black males then produced a small black semi automatic pistol and demanded money from the victims. The black males then forced the victims inside the residence. Once inside, the black males then stole an undetermined amount of U.S. Currency and 4 pairs of Nike shoes from the victims.

The suspects are described as being in their mid 20s, both subjects were wearing blue basketball shorts and both subjects had close cut hair. The black male with the pistol was light skinned, approximately 6’00, and a thin build. The second black
male was approximately 5’07 and dark complexion.

Somebody knows who these guys are, but snitching is considered a bad thing in neighborhoods. Until this culture changes, neighborhoods like these will continue to be subject to the whims of these thugs.

TWO HOURS before?? They had to "clean up" the remaing evidence, like bongs, pipes, and rolling papers, before they called the police. When you're in the game, these things happen. Roll with it, so to speak....
