I want to point out that Pam Schell who ran for Commissioner in Delmar was endorsed by McGuire and also was a contributor to his blog. Howard Dickerson endorsed McGuire. Neither have had the gumption to express any sort of remorse for backing this sicko.
Maryland's definitions:
1st degree sexual offense: Sexual act by force or threat of force, along with an aggravating factor, like causing or putting in fear of serious physical injury or disfigurement, suffocating, kidnapping, etc. Sexual act is oral sex, anal sex, or penetration by an object, but does not include vaginal intercourse.
2nd degree sexual offense: Sexual act by force or threat of force, or with mentally disabled victim, or with victim under 14 and perpetrator 4 years older. Sexual act is oral sex, anal sex, or penetration by an object, but does not include vaginal intercourse.
3rd degree sexual offense: Sexual contact without the consent of the victim, along with an aggravating factor, like causing or putting in fear of serious physical injury or disfigurement, suffocating, kidnapping, etc. Sexual contact is intentionally touching genitalia, the anus or other intimate area. It includes penetration by a part of the body except the penis or mouth.
Also includes sexual contact with mentally disabled victim, victim under age 14 and perpetrator 4 years older, a sexual act with victim 14 or 15 and perpetrator 21, vaginal intercourse with victim 14 or 15 and perpetrator 21.
4th degree sexual offense: Not considered a sexually violent offense. Unnatural or perverted sexual practice.
(a) Prohibited.- A person may not:
(1) take the sexual organ of another or of an animal in the person's mouth;
(2) place the person's sexual organ in the mouth of another or of an animal; or
(3) commit another unnatural or perverted sexual practice with another or with an animal.
(b) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
I don't think it's additional charges. I think it's a grand jury indictment and it's been now bumped up to the circuit court where they can get a jury trial. Preliminary hearing will now be off I believe since a defendant is entited to either one or the other.
The McGuires were buddy buddy with Howard Dickerson for the Delmar Dustpan. I think he should be looked into as well. The McGuires and Howard Dickerson spent a lot of time together so he might just be another person of interest to keep an eye on.
I know they (McGuire and Dickerson) had the porn thing in common.
so now what?..these two are sitting in a warm room eating 3 meals a day watching TV all day? Send them to Afghanistan to detect I.E.D.'s..or better off..take them into a field and shoot them..2 bullets are alot less expense to tax payers...dirtbags.
