This year the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 63rd Delmarva Chicken Festival at the Centre at Salisbury on June 15 & 16, 2012. Various package sponsorships are available for the festival ranging from $100-$1000.

Perdue should have plenty of money now after they got rid of a third of their IT staff - along with a bunch of accounting & finance staff.
there's no way 20% of the county's population visits the mall on a weekend.
