Liberal talk radio host Randi Rhodes never went to college, but she was very mad at Rick Santorum on her show Friday after he accused colleges of liberal indoctrination. “He says that universities that receive public funds should be required to have intellectual diversity.” She satirized: “Those damn colleges! They’re full of objective facts! I want it balanced with a little superstition and some ignorance!”
Rhodes acknowledged Santorum earned three degrees, but then said he is a "waste of an education" and attacked Santorum’s home-schooled children as too dumb to have important jobs:
Oh my God, what a waste of an education Rick Santorum is! Everything he currently knows he could have learned from a pamphlet that religious institutions give out at the door of a bus station! So now you know why he home-schooled all of his kids. Let's just pray that none of his homeschooled kids grow up to be an airline pilot, okay?

this article is so stupid.
santorum made a very good point regarding a "college" education. not ALL people are suited for a "college" educated. not because they're not smart enough, but because this is not the best road to take according to their interests and talents.
why go to college just to please your parents or because of your peers? do you decide to go to college because this is what's expected or because you don't know what else to do?
wow!! what a waste of time, talent and money. think about it. you may be more suited to learn auto mechanics, welding, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry or how about what i do; internet business consulting. how about web design, internet marketing, graphic design. i could go on and on, but i'm sure you get the picture. start your own business and don't wait until you get out of "high school".
this is what santorum is talking about and he is absolutly correct. get out of the box and go do your thing. you'll be better at what you do and much happier.
Some of the stupidest people I know have college degrees and one of the smartest men I ever knew quit school in the tenth grade. The liberals want everybody to go to college so they can all become communist indoctrinated brainwashed fools.
You do not have to be a high school graduate to be a liberal radio host. This woman is proof!
yeah and with few trade and manufacturing jobs the uneducated are the emerging white welfare class
Earn a living first. Then get an education.
