Dover-Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension Unit (SOAR) is searching for John W. Cox-47 of Clayton, Delaware. Cox is required to register a current address with the State Bureau of Identification (SBI) and report any changes within 3 days. He is also required to verify his address twice a year at SBI, regardless if any information changed.
