He is just another narcissistic talking head who can't resist the opportunity to talk about himself rather than reporting the news. He has always over-rated his self importance much like CBS's Scott Pelly.
Who could forget him tying MacArthur's broken shoelace before hoisting him up and wading ashore in the Philippines.
Later he helped sharpen skates before the Miracle on Ice.
And showing Jobs and Wozniak how to wire the first Apple.
Surely hope Stewart and SNL treat him with all due respect.
The network has a serious problem.
