Got the call at 6:15, Laurel has a 2 hr delay.
It's slick in Bishopville. Surfaces are covered with a thin sheet of ice. Drive with care and also be aware while walking outside.
Wicomico County has testing so... No Delay
Wicomico is NOT testing today. PARCC TESTINF IS IN March. I am at school now and the walkways and portables all frozen. Whoever didn't make the right call today should he fired.
7:52--Trust me. Those who don't make the right call in Wicomico will not get fired.
I look at it look at it like this. If kids all across the country can manage to get to school in the same type of weather i think its time for the parents and school admin learn how to better cope with ice and snow. Suck it up. Take your time and be more careful. Buy winter coats glove gloves and boot. I promise we will survive
