Ice In Delmar
I took this picture moments ago showing the ice on my truck. Some are saying they shouldn't have closed the school, wrong. This was the right move in Delmar, anyway.

My truck looked the same way this morning. I live off Nanticoke Road in Salisbury.
Right, ALL Schools should have been closed. But Wicomico County rather risk the lives of the children and bus drivers to get the kids to school. They close school because it is too cold outside but today the kids stood out in sleet & freezing rain waiting for the late buses to pick them up.
12:36PM You obviously don't get around much! How about all the children in the Truitt Street/Church Street and other parts of town where they have to walk to school. I feel sorry for these kids, especially when I see buses pass them on the streets every morning.

I had to work this morning, I got up, scraped it off, and drove in like I was supposed to.

Worcester Schools are open.
I never see kids stand outside waiting anymore. They wait in the warmth of their parents cars at the end of the street. Spoiled kids.
