While everyone has the right to decline vaccinations, the rest of us have a right to see these decliners denied access to where the disease could be spread.

The 'herd' effect only works to a certain level - those that can't be vaccinated due to allergies or diminished immune system would probably be killed by the disease anyway.....natural selection at work!
