Alot of Americans are conviced that war is the only way to obtain/maintain freedom. But it is not. Just look at history. Most countries only enter into a battle when it is brought to them. The U.S. has to go looking for a war: Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and more.
You can support the troops while not supporting the war (i.e. occupation). The troops are doing their job following orders and being placed in perilous circumstances as a result of our government's desire to fix every other country but our own.
If you dont support the War, in my opinion you dont support our troops. We want to be there...if we didnt we would get out of the Military. I am a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division.

That's why I am voting for those who respect and honor our military men & women, and NOT those who call them occupiers.

Tracy, did you ever stop and think that fighting the terrorists overseas does one good thin. It keeps the Terrorists overseas and not inour back yard!
