SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) - A Washington lawyer is accused of throwing a live power line at another motorist during a road-rage incident in the wake of Hurricane Irene.
Montgomery County Police say 32-year-old Richard Bialczak of College Park faces a variety of charges, including first-degree assault and reckless endangerment, after the incident on Sunday.
