A case of roleplaying getting out of hand maybe?

The officer should definitely be let go for this one. I'm sure the first time he's been caught doesn't mean it's the first to time he's done a this. If the law says a person has to witness it live for it to be a crime then so be it but the law needs to be changed as he was still caught.

Well I thought it was a law that said when your in uniform your on duty oh wait they say all cops are always on duty and if this is the case then, you cannot be in uniform nor in public, having sex on duty... that means he should at least be fired... Conduct Unbecoming law

The law only applies to US..."we, the people". The police , long ago, ceased holding themselves accountable for adhering to the law. There's TOO MUCH proof, too many court cases, too many videos to refute THAT statement. Welcome to the machine.

he should be fired. 334pm, you are unfortunately right. a profession that used to be respected has gone to hell in a hand basket. too many cops think entitlement and act above the rule of law rather than to protect and serve and uphold the law. they should get max penalties every single time just as an example that no one is above the law.
