Probably good but I don't think of pie as being crab - I think of pie as being lemon meringue, coconut cream, cherry, apple, peach, etc.

556, I never looked at crab being pizza, until I went to Paul's Pizza College Ave. @ Rt. 12, but go there for lunch on Friday and try it.

You will make it a Friday lunch destination!

On the news they did an report where they tested lobster dishes for actual lobster. I had the lobster pasta dish at Olive Garden and I KNEW it was NOT lobster. Cheap trick!! They do the same with crab in major change replacing it with crab flavored fish. YUCK.

I am a crab purist....I want my crab to taste like crab and ONLY like crab. When I have time....I will share my crab imperial recipe which is old and yummy. :)

Looks good. Even when I buy crab meat from the store, I still pick through it to remove shells or anything else. I'll save this for when real crab meat is available and I know that I am not eating fake meat. I hope that this summer is a good crab year. lol 5:56 I never thought of crab meat being a cake either but we sure do eat a lot of those crab cakes here!
