Governor Larry Hogan, along with other dignitaries and elected officials, will receive Governor Mandel’s family at the State House at approximately 10:00 AM.
The viewing is open to the public.

Really? He was a criminal!
No, Mandel wasn't a criminal. He was a politician that had a perfectly legitimate idea on how to deal with the MD slots that were not at the time generating a dime in tax revenue. His political opponents put him in the gallows.
Mandel was a VERY smart man.
