Razor Blades Found on Playground Equipment in Illinois Park

East Moline, IL It's perhaps the last thing you'd expect to find at a playground. Authorities say they found razor blades glued to playground equipment at a park in East Moline, Illinois, and a two-year-old boy was injured because of it.

"I’ve seen a lot of things, but not razor blades glued to equipment at a park."

Lieutenant Brian Foltz says police responded to Millennium Park at around 12:45 pm. A two-year-old had been cut on his hand.
