1. We are advised to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics. Funny how that works.

2. Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money. How come we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money? What's interesting is the first group "worked for" their money, but the second didn't.

3. Why are we cutting benefits for our veterans, no pay raises for our military and cutting our army to a level lower than before WWII, but we are not stopping the payments to illegal aliens. This is what illegal’s receive monthly, $1500.00 per child, $500 for housing, Food Stamps, and in some States, Free education including college.
Am I the only one missing something?

With regard to #1, the writer left out DEMOCRAT lunatics as all of the mass shootings have been perpetrated by leftist progressive socialists. That is documented truth.
I can agree with you on your first point for those that do think that way, it's ridiculous. And the second point is misguided, but think what you will, but the third is pretty much entirely inaccurate. Where are you getting these benefit amounts? Illegal immigrants are entitled only to state and federal benefits such as emergency healthcare which is considered a public safety issue. Even documented immigrants do not qualify for most state and federal benefits. And why the obsession with not wanting people, even illegals, getting any benefits? I've never understood the attack on welfare as if it's evil. Yes, some of your tax dollars went to it, and I'm sure you did work hard to earn them, but the system really is not as corrupt as you think it is. The Christian thing is to help one another out, even if they are downtrodden or, god help them, came here illegally because they wanted a better life for their family. I wish more people voted by their moral compass than by their righteous indignation because they feel they have been slighted in some way.
Wait until the money (and credit) is gone. Their will be changes we can not imagine.

People who live off the backs of those who work will continue to vote for where their welfare is coming from. Those voters will vote 6 or 8 times if they can get away with it. That's why the Government is full of lying Democrats.
It's sad but all true. America is digging it's own grave. Our children have been indoctrinated in the schools by liberals and I don't think there is any hope of ever returning America to what it was meant to be. We now live in a country that has lost so many freedoms and frankly feels like a police state to me.
That's a lot more than most Social Security recipients get... and THEY paid the money in over their whole lifetime.
