Not representative of the Attitude Mr. Rogers would have had. Why this town hates young people when they are the only thing that keeps it afloat I'll never know.

11:47, I don't think that's a put down on all young people, but on what the headline says. But I agree that is certainly not a proper reflection of Mr. Rogers at all. Whatever Internet jockey came up with that was probably just trying to pick up on his "because you're special" without recognizing the disrespect it shows towards this wonderful man.

1147-I believe this is more about the current world we live in, and less about Salisbury. People are sloths being spoonfed entitlements they haven't paid for. But they think they deserve it or have earned it.

Mommy doesn't have to. The dems are giving them away, or better yet, they are exchanging them for votes.

I am one "mommy" who will NOT Be paying for their
cell phone! It's either they get their own cell phone or if under a family share plan, he or she will pay me for their portion or else they are cut off from my plan. Don't see anything wrong with that....even if they are not working. Especially then as if they have no job...then no cell phone. Guess several of you will think that is harsh! Sorry!

If your adult children have moved out and on their own, then they REALLY need to be ON THEIR OWN!

Parents who subsidize things like their grown children's cell phones are in reality trying to maintain some kind of control over them.

Time to get out the scissors and cut those apron strings!

@ Daddio

Some parents keep their children on their plans because its cheaper for everyone involved. If you havnt noticed;signing a contract for services you need and depend on has become comparable to strong arm robbery as of late.
