Mosquito Season Starts Early This Year

It's not even summer yet, but don't be surprised to see mosquitoes.

Health officials say it's going to be a bad season for mosquito bites.

You can blame it on the mild winter we had. It's created a favorable environment for mosquitoes.

That means you're going to see mosquito season arrive earlier and it's going to be a lot worse this summer.

The WORST year for the most mosquitoes that I can ever remember occurred in 1977. That was the year with winter that was so cold the Chesapeake Bay froze over, and the waves stopped breaking at the ocean!

So how is it that such cold weather produced so many mosquitoes AND very mild weather is slated to do the same??

I was going to ask the very same question. Also, the wet winter causes more, the dry winter causes more. WHY CAN"T WE SPRAY?
Apparently, it's better for people to contract diseases from the bites than it is to kill the biter.(mosquito)
