Police Arrest Second Suspect in Baltimore Beating

A second person has been arrested in the videotaped beating of a man on St. Patrick's Day in downtown Baltimore.

Baltimore police say Shayona Davis, 20, was arrested for her involvement in the assault.
Aaron Parsons, the first person to be arrested, turned himself in to police April 15. Parsons was charged with assault, robbery and other crimes.

Police have said they are not investigating the incident as a hate crime.

10:27, because what you don't get is that me, a black man, walking (I mean stumbling) down that same block that night by myself would have ran the same risk of getting jumped.

@12:37 what Peninsula are you refering to? I recall Florida having a bit of a racial problem as well recently. If you were to get off the Peninsula you would find that pretty much every where it is about race.
