We have found a black lab on our farm in the Coulbourn Mill Road area. There are no tags on the dog, however he does have a collar on. Could you post this to your site? I am attaching a picture I took this morning.

I hope he finds his home to...he does look so sad....and he's got some age to him...he doesn't need to be homeless....
