NORTH EAST, Md. (AP) — The Cecil County Sheriff’s Office says alert employees at a bank locked out a masked man carrying a gun who tried to get into the business.
It happened about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday at the Cecil bank near North East. Deputies say a man carrying what appeared to be a shotgun and wearing a mask was walking toward the bank.
