ANNAPOLIS, MD (August 25, 2011) – TOMORROW at 10:00 a.m., Governor O’Malley, joined by Lt. Governor Brown and members of the Executive Cabinet will hold a press conference to give an update on Hurricane Irene.
In preparation for the storm, the Governor has declared a state of emergency for Maryland.
